Absolutely loved our stay here, friendly and charming hosts, well appointed rooms, beautiful gardens and quizzical chickens 🐓 I highly recommend this accommodation and it is in a great location central to everything and a very easy walk into town. Definitely would stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤠 Also the included hire car made getting around the island super easy…huge thank you to Steve and Kerri-Ann for helping to make our holiday memorable.

Channers on Norfolk is absolutely fabulous. Thank you so much to our awesome hosts Kerri-Ann and Steve, we all had to jump a few hurdles to make this trip happen, but with your help we had the best time 👍👍 We love everything about your little piece of paradise, our second story apartment had everything we needed for our stay, the comfy beds were just what we needed after a day of sightseeing, the great little car that we had access to (lol even one that wasn’t ours 😂😂😂), tour bookings were no trouble for you, the coconut cake on arrival was lovely, many thanks to you both and we will definitely be back for another visit very soon, Judy, Judy and Lyn (Victoria)

Great place to stay Steve and Kerry-Ann were wonderful hosts went out of their way to make our stay an enjoyable experience 2 Bedroom unit was great had everything we needed even thermos and picnic basket which we used on several occasions added bonus was the vehicle to use whilst we were there would recommend to anyone travelling to Norfolk.

KerriAnn & Steve are wonderful, helpful and thoughtful people. Beautiful gardens with lovely coconut cake on arrival in your apartment. 2Bedroom ocean view apartment was great and had everything we needed. Thank you to you both for helping making our stay great, the cake on arrival, helping us with tour & restaurant bookings and can't forget the emergency dental appointment which was unfortunately required. Accommodation was comfortable & homely with everything required to make our stay comfortable & memorable.

Everything! Kerri-Ann and Steve run a wonderful getaway. They are helpful and informative.
Units are modern, clean and roomy. There are gorgeous gardens everywhere and Steve’s artwork looks great!
The view from the outside deck is fantastic.
Having free Wifi was great and the car that you hire goes anywhere.
Channers is in a terrific location, within walking distance to town and the Hilli Restaurant.
You couldn’t pick a better place to stay.

We stayed a week at Channers, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel at home straight away. The rooms are modern, spotless and extremely comfortable with everything you can possibly need. Channers gardens are gorgeous, spotted with Steve’s paintings throughout.
Steve and Kerri-Ann were amazing, they are so helpful, friendly and accommodating. Having a car supplied is marvellous, they also taxied us to and from our evening entertainment. One of the nicest most welcoming.

There's a great view out to Philip Island from the huge deck. Great amenities — kitchen is excellent with everything you need.

What a lovely surprise driving up through the lovely gardens. Shown to our spacious apartment, well stocked kitchen & two outside seating areas. Aware of more accomodation, but with the gardens & decks, it was like you were in a private villa. Greeted by Steve & Kerri-Ann and lovely coconut cake. Hire car was waiting for us, given a mobile phone for our use, and Wi-Fi was provided. Channers on Norfolk was close to the town and within walking distance. We would stay again and highly recommend Channers on Norfolk.

Warm welcome from owners, Kerry Ann and Steve at the airport. We stayed in a two bedroom, two bathroom self contained apartment. There was a choice of coffee machines with pods or a plunger as well as a teapot. Plenty of supplies as well. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable.
Set on two acres, there's plenty of gardens to wander and the chickens are free roaming and friendly.
In the gardens there are a few different BBQ areas to choose from, two with a views to Phillip Island.
If a relaxing, peaceful holiday is what you want Channers on Norfolk, is the place to go.
We will definitely be back. ❤

We enjoyed a wonderful 11 nights holiday at Channers on Norfolk from the 9th-20th March 2020. Kerry — Anne and Steve are beautiful people who ensured our stay was welcoming and comfortable. Fantastic house with stunning view. Didn’t want to leave this beautiful island and already dreaming of returning, staying at Channers of course.

Perfect place to stay — the house is clean well equipped great for three couples 3 large bedrooms each has an ensuite bathroom five stars ten out of ten. The hosts extremely helpful so well organised. Great stay.

Just returned from a week at Channers! Great accommodation and from the time we booked in early October to the time we departed on February 25th, Steve and Kerri-Ann were so helpful and answered any queries promptly.
Loved the gardens at Channers and the fresh eggs were appreciated.
It was so easy to book airfares sand accommodation through Kerri-Ann.
Really was like a home away from home! It’s closeness to the town centre and Kingston made trips to cafes, restaurants and the beautiful Emily Bay for a swim very easy! Thanks so much — we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The most friendliest people ever, with such a warm invite with something special on arrival. I highly recommend to stay here if you want to feel relaxed, beautiful gardens, or drinks looking at a view. We will definitely be back stunning place to visit.

This is the ideal place to stay. We have the house which is ideal for families. Everything is provided for and you could not ask for any better service by the managers on the property who are so happy friendly and accomodating. Nothing is a problem to them and we are treated like extended members of their family. An amazing place to stay. Highly recommended.

We highly recommend Channers. From the initial greeting from Kerri-Anne we felt welcomed. Our cottage was light and airy with good sized rooms, clean and every need met. The gardens were delightful and only a short walk to Burnt Pine township, though a car was supplied during our stay. Thanks again for your care and hospitality Kerri-Anne & Steve. The word "awesome" covers it all. Awesome accommodation, awesome hosts, awesome people, awesome scenery. My wife and I normally rush every holiday to fit as much in as we can possibly do as we can normally only have a maximum of 10 days, but on Norfolk we found that in the week that we spent we were able to see and do everything but in a relaxing schedule.

Lovely place. Close to essentials but far enough to be private and quiet. Great rooms with modern fixtures and facilities.

I’d thoroughly recommend a visit to Channers on Norfolk. I’ve just had a week there & had a great time, in a two bedroom apartment. Excellent location — for walkers it’s just on the edge of town only a 10-15 minute walk into town.
It was lovely & quiet, though not full as we’re not in high season, but we didn’t even hear our immediate neighbours.
Great apartment with everything we needed to cook the occasional meal — we were on holiday!
People are exceptionally friendly & were happy to oblige with any request.
I could live there quite happily and have already recommended it to friends as a place to go.

Our group were well looked after. The units were clean and comfortable, the owners made every effort to make our stay something to remember.

Just fantastic — the guest rooms are fabulous, we are staying upstairs with a great view. Kerrie-Anne and Steve have been wonderful hosts, very friendly, easy going and soooo helpful. I will definitely stay at Channers next time and would recommend it to everyone — just great.

Kerry-Ann and Steve are wonderful hosts — nothing is too much trouble. Always there for advice on where to go and see. The apartments we stayed at are lovely, couldn’t ask for anything better and a car supplied as well. The apartments are walking distance to town. We have had the most wonderful time here and can’t speak highly enough of our hosts who have made that possible. Norfolk Island is definitely one you should put on your bucket list. Just back from Norfolk Island where we enjoyed staying at Channers. It's a lovely relaxing place with gorgeous views from the BBQ area, chickens on the lawn and a tropical garden to enjoy. Just a short stroll to the main shopping area so no need to be jumping in the car all the time. Nothing was too much trouble. We were welcomed with some local baked goodies on the kitchen bench and even a few kitchen staples in the fridge to get us started. After a few days we mentioned that we found our King sized bed a bit hard because we both have back problems. When we returned to our room after our next hike we had a soft "topper" in place on the bed ready for a wonderful sleep! We will certainly recommend it to others. Very generous hosts!

Easy living: our hosts, KerriAnn and Steve, seem to have thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. And they were always helpful with good advice. And their info folder is worth reading cover to cover.
