Such a beautiful place! Wonderful view and very quiet location! The rooms are amazing and the service is top notch! Had a company party there yesterday and they did a wonderful job with everything.

Very nice view of the Apoyo Lagoon, though no access to its waters. I went for the day to try the grill buffet for 15 USD, which gives access to the pool. The food was nice, well prepared and high quality. All the staff is very nice. It's also a very beautiful place to stay overnight (though I can't describe the rooms). Don't expect too much space, because there isn't much. The pool is quite small and there are not that many spots to get some sunlight unless you are lucky enough to arrive on a date with low demand. Probably the best consequence of it's location in the high part of the crater that constitutes this lagoon is the constant flow of fresh air coming from the East… very easy to fall asleep!

Great place, very good hosts, impecable rooms and the nature throughout the compound is out of this world.

Very nice hotel that is also quite new. The prices are too expensive by Nicaraguan standards, but it is worth it for 2-3 nights. The kitchen makes very good dishes. The best thing about the hotel is the view of the Lagoon de Apoyo.

Fantastic couple of nights at Pacaya, the rooms were excellent, service of the staff was also 5*, a lovely cocktail on arrival, definitely a luxury way to spend Christmas. Our only disappointment was that they had ran out of several drinks and food choices on the menu. Their signiture cocktail and both Pinot Grigios. Having said this I would still recommend.

The weather is very nice, enjoy with family, friends is an excellent place. Of the meal.

Unbeatable views overlooking the Apoyo crater lake and top rate architecture, design and furnishings for the rooms and casitas. Staff are prompt and very accomodating. Consider this as a perfect getway from the hustle of the hostels and hotels around the lake.

Beautiful place, it's view is breathtaking! The rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable. Good option to stay, better than staying in the proper Granada town. it's food is so normal… and expensive, they even charge for a cup of water! American breakfast is included, but don't así for any additional platter feom the menu! (For example eggs, it will be too much expenditure for nothing special) my recommendation would be to stay there just for resting, use the swimmingpool, but eat at the town (there are many good options there, and it is no problem to go there if you have rented a car, as its a 25 minutes ride.

With its spectacular view, the rooms, the personalized attention is an excellent place to spend a very good stay.

Nice place. To expansive but worth it.

I am volunteering as an English teacher nearby and recently had the chance to tour the lodge and sample some of the delicious food they will be offering. The views and luxurious rooms are outstanding. My favorite part about the lodge is their commitment to the local community, employing local artisans to outfit the place with art, furniture, and fixtures. They also work with a local high school to offer intensive workshops to students specializing in tourism. A truly unique and authentic luxury experience in the heart of Nicaragua!
