We recently stayed here. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was quiet. The staff were friendly. The 1st night we had an amazing meal at the onsite restaurant so returned the next night for a meal. Sadly that meal was very average. I read previous negative comments just prior to posting this — cant believe it is the same place we stayed

Awful awful! Dirty room, no maintenance carried out on the rooms and a very bad restaurant with no customers other than us! Broken window latches in the bathroom with mould on the ceiling. Extractor fan didn’t work, which causes a very damp cold bathroom. No sign of the cleaner the next day to empty bins and replenish tea, coffee, milk or towels etc. Booked 3 nights but only stayed 2 as we couldn’t bare it. Won’t be back.

Absolutely shocking, dirty, this place is being run into the ground, no maintenance, dont stay here we couldn't get I to our room until 4pm, Laundry bags lying everywhere, and nobody anywhere to be found doing anything, door locks broken, other doors banging in the wind all night long, cant shut or some doors, curtain rails falling off, rubbish under beds, beds broken, for $250 per night we were very disappointed, we should have read the reviews before booking, definitely not a retreat.
