Fantastic location and spacious well thought out rooms.

Very nice property with a great location.

Fast check in, large well maintained rooms, and a good location near the beach. Was a confortable stay. No buffet breakfast but theres a cafe you can access of floor 1. The rooms on the 2nd floor had a nice balcony and good views of the sea.

Very nice place for our family with three small kids. Very friendly staff too.

What a wonderful place to stay. Host was very friendly on arrival and so accomodating. Pure luxury with stunning views, comfortable big bed and very modern. Very close to shops and cafes. I will definitely re-visit and I would recommend highly to stay at this fabulous Hotel. Deanne.

Outstanding service. Nothing was too much trouble Arlene. The rooms are immaculate. Could not fault a thing. So friendly and we will definitely be back, will bring the hubby's back with us next time too. Thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Excellent access to the beach and numerous cafes and restaurants nearby. Perfect spot to be for all our activities over the past three days. Wi-Fi, fridge, microwave, toaster, plates and cutlery, clever closet, beautiful view of the sea from balcony, and nifty shower. And free covered carpark on site. Well done!

Very clean, spacious and super staff. Kitchenette great for tea and toast or microwavable leftovers. Comfy beds, good air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. Close to all sorts of restaurants and quick drive to art deco Napier. We would stay again.

Quiet, clean, well-run, no-nonsense accommodation. Plenty of restaurants & cafes within walking distance. Comfortable beds & great shower. Mini-kitchen too! Plenty of chairs in our twin room.

Driving through looking for somewhere to stay for the night, we came across the Navigate Hotel, couldn't have asked for anything better. So clean and comfortable, Sandra the manager was so lovely to deal with, I highly recommend this place to anyone needing somewhere to stay. We certainly would love to come back.

The rooms make clever use of space. Balconies overlooking the boardwalk seem ideal. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Conveniently located for some very nice restaurants.

Spacious, plenty of funky lounge furniture so guests are not sitting on your bed, close to everything. We locked both keys in the apartment and it was easily resolved even in middle of the night by the Manager. Fantastic. Definitely recommend.

Sandra was fantastic and found us a room last minute. She also went above and beyond to make sure it was cleaned asap so we could get checked in and settled. The apartment was super nice, cleaned daily, and offered great amenities. Would totally recommend!

The rooms and general area around the hotel was great. Beautiful view of the boardwalk and ocean.

Was only in Napier overnight. But we had a sea view, the room was modern and well sound and light insulated. I only bumped into one staff member, she was friendly and helpful. It's about a 10 min walk to the main swathe of bars.

A fantastic Hotel with a super location. My room was very spacious and modern furnished, a small kitchenette (no possibility to cook) also available. Only 100 metres from the beach, a Café is also in the house. From my balcony overlooking the sea, I could even seals in the sea watch. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
