The information check in ladies are kind, restaurant food is nice but takes time to serve. 2 buses will bring you to a huge mall 10-15min bus ride away. Otherwise parking is good if u drive. Wifi is good too.

Good central location for my work depots, friendly staff, great priced two and three course dinner options. Nice clean rooms. Have stayed several times and always an enjoyable experience across various staff.

We stayed two nights at the Mount Richmond, good location close to access points for main travel routes, very comfortable accommodation, extremely friendly and helpful staff, good food, enjoyed the spa pool :), not a noisy location so will definitely be back again. Good stay, a little noisy but seemed to have gotten quiet by sleep time. Good service, an easy stay. Price was more than reasonable.

Rooms clean and tidy. Very nice pool/spa area. Staff are friendly. I had a very short trip so didn't get a chance to try their restaurant but the photos I have seen of the good look great.

Good location, easy to find. Easy access to motorway (Southern or Northwest motorway). Nice breakfast and the meeting room was just the right fit for our team.

Nice little place. Could use some freshen up. But very nice and friendly personal. And a surprisingly good restaurant. I would eat there again if was in the neighborhood.

Great little hotel located relatively close to Mt Smart, not within a short and easy walkable distance however. Although the room was quite small, it had everything we needed and was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Bathroom had just been renovated. I would stay again.

Great staff, nice dining experience. Go for the $39/ 3 course meal on Friday and Saturday nights. The Sirloin Steak meal is big. The portions are generous for all the starters, mains and desserts. A well kept secret… Oops did I just reveal the secret…

Really upset with this motel. So expensive for what we have. Not impressed at all. Booked 4 3 people and we don't even have enough things on the room 4 3 people.

Proximity to airport, own restaurant, food in rush hour rather tedious to reach, bed was pleasant, room clean, but for two people there was only one shampoo.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room very clean. New bathroom. Very comfortable beddings and mattresses. Crisp white beddings! Very good complementary continental breakfast. Servings of dinner are very generous. Spa is right next to the pool which is right next to the restaurant… pool and spa too exposed for my liking but others may prefer it that way. Supply of fresh milk for tea, coffee or hot chocolate would be great! All in all, definitely good value!

While very accommodating initially to secure our booking, we were very disappointed in the lead up to our lunch and what was provided. The quality of food was substandard and the buffet food ran out and they never attempted to top up. Highly disappointed and will not book here again.

I've stayed a few times now and most of the rooms have been excellent apart from one room. It was very worn down and definitely wasn't appealing. Other then that the staff were friendly and helpful and the food was awesome.

The staff where very helpful, friendly and made you feel welcomed. The room service was good and the room itself was comfortable. if I ever get the chance to go back to NZ I would look at staying at this hotel again I would recommend this hotel to family.

Good conference facilities although a bit worn out. Super friendly happy staff.

Friendly front staff. Good accommodation for the price. Great location wise to CBD and South.

Room was badly worn and everything was damaged, worn out or marked. I heard so much noise from neighbouring rooms/hallways/outside/down the street all throughout my stay. Any time anyone opened or closed a door the entire room shook. Next time I'll sleep in my rental car.

You get what you pay for. Staff are alright had a bit of a laugh. Restaurant is good for the price you pay.

Rooms, carpet and walls quite dirty. Walls are so thin and all noises throughout hotel can be heard. Noisy people talking all night. Bed uncomfortable and no hot water for a shower in the morning. Check your bill as I was overcharged for my dinner. My company will never send people here again. Ever.

Not as good as other times I've stayed. Room I got this time was not as good as in the past. Needs maintenance. Room wasn't ready at 2pm when I checked in so I had to come back. Front desk person Eric makes it a pleasure each time I visit though. Its a good location etc but def needs a bit more work.

Absolutely the most horrible place ever. After being robbed of my money without even getting the dam room they did not want to help me nothing! Dont stay here staff and manager is a absolute KUNT!
