Here's a free piece of advice: If you're not ready to open yet, don't open. Make sure you have reliable staff and professional management! Then when you feel ready, open your doors to guests, so that your guests will be guests, not victims. 4 of my colleagues got their money stolen (significant amount of cash), the hotel management was rude and indifferent, & they keep sending me maintenance every day when I never asked for it. Please try to avoid this hotel and book somewhere else.
