Beautiful hotel and easy to get to if you are driving not hard to get to ether if you fly get to Central station and catch the 22 bus from H which is just up top in the same station. The hotel was not badly priced at 115 euro a night not including breakfast. Parking out front of hotel but you must pay per day at 14.40 euro. But really enjoyed Amsterdam and hotel staff were great and all speak English which is a bonus will be back again.

Affordable, handy burger King at the foot of the building, the rooms are not quite young but clean.

We booked a room on Accord hotel. We could do the checking at 2:00. When we arrived at 3pm the Ibis Hotel had cancelled our reservation.
After contesting this fact. We were able to get a room.
I paid by card. They tried to make me pay twice, claiming that the card was rejected. When I called my bank, the payment had been made.
We were able to take possession of our room.
Then at the time of entering the keys the same circus started again telling us that the payment had been refused. Finally we left leaving our coordinates.
to flee!

From the Location in my Opinion good, you can reach the city Center by bus in 5min the Airport in about 20-30min.
Breakfast completely adequate!
The Rooms are slightly small otherwise okay for a City break of 3 Days the Hotel was ideal for us.

The bathrooms are lacking in linen only one garment for two people. Insufficient dinner is poor in quality. Bedside Table Not clean.

Great hotel, clean tidy and on a 15 minute bus route to the city centre. Just right.

+ Good location in the outskirts of central Amsterdam, with very helpful staff. + Bus stop is pretty much outside, Metro line is at five minute walk away, and the train station is a 15 minute walk. + Rooms are cheaper than most around the city centre — Rooms are pretty basic, but ideal for a sight seeing holiday. — If you arrive early, and your room is ready, you have to pay €10 per hour to go to your room before the check in time.

Great hotel, nice staff, but rooms that leave a little to be desired.

Tight… dirty… away from the center though with bus stop in front of the entrance. Room with 3 beds a real theft. The third bed is a terrifying openable chair. Value for money.

Good hotel at good price. The location of the hotel is very good. Very far from the shot and almost nothing in the area. The hotel, the rooms and the staff is good, the breakfast is fine.

Modern hotel in the business centre of Amsterdam.

Functional hotel for guests who are looking for a centre-close accommodation with easy access to public transport. Friendly staff at the reception and especially at the bar kept the guests happy. We had problems with the room service and the evening buffet was not always sufficient for the group.

The people here are very nice and attentive. The room for two is amazing and not too big. The breakfast here is a little lackluster, and not worth it for longer stays. Or any stays actually. The bar here is fairly adequate though. All in all it's a great hotel to stay at. Spend your time outside it.

Good rooms, much too small breakfast room, dry cheese and wavy cold cuts. Once again? Then at most without breakfast! Not acceptable!

I did not like the room the bathroom seemed to subte the carpets with little smell of inputs the toallon had portions of cloth with the scripts nomas very ugly would not return.

Good location just out of Amsterdam, but on good public transport. The room was good, only need a bed and bathroom for a few days, wasn't flash but did the job.

Clean, the IBIS standard! … 20 mn from the Centre by bus (line 22) and 20 Mn from the airport train 2 stops and Metro 1 stop!

A little far from the city but it has good location as the bus leaves you one block away and the train is only 2 blocks away.

Very good reception. Cleanliness of the hotel to the top. Breakfast is located in an industrial area, close to the highway.

We stayed here 5 days. Rooms are clean and nice, the hotel is outside of the city center, but there is a bus station right in front of it and you can reach the central station in 15 minutes. There are also a train station, which is connected to the airport one, and a metro station not so far from the hotel. Food is expensive but we never ate in the hotel. There is also a burger king right outside the hotel. Good overall experience.

Room really nice and comfortable. Staff not so great at the check in, but the hotel was all booked so maybe they were full of work. Although they kept our luggages (for free) at the check out. 15 min by bus and you are at Centraal Station. 7 min for the train that takes you directly to the airport (even took it to go to Delft and The Hague). The two bus stations are right in front of the hotel. There's a burger king right on the left of the building so if you urgently need a coffee for 2€, there you are.

Nice hotel great location. Only downside the staff do not speak French.

Quiet place, perfect to spend a few days in the city. Communicated quickly with the center by bus line. 100% recommended.

It fits the night. A clean and small room with a safe (you didn't have to rent extra) which requires getting used to, that there is no heating in the bathroom, but is running via a central heating. Furthermore, there is only one small trash can in the bathroom, which was emptied every day. We did not have breakfast, because €16 per person was too expensive for us. Bus stop right in front of the hotel, with this one comes directly into the city. For those who are looking for a room to stay.

Good service, good breakfast, restaurant with limited menu but good food.

Located in a business and financial district (next to the Dell headquarters) in a perfect Ibis style, very clean with good continental breakfast.

The rooms are standard Ibis, well clean but a bit spartan with the bathroom "plasticky style ferry ⛴".
Negative note. There is no toilet brush and especially for us Italians there is no bidet.
Overall recommended if you want to avoid the chaos of the center!
PS: The rooms are soundproofed perfectly and in any case the rest is quiet!

Extremely comfortable beds. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. The reception area is used as a cafe serving drinks and snacks. The 22 bus stops almost outside and takes you into the City and back in 10m. Nothing much around the hotel but not really needed.

The rooms were really nice and clean with a modern spec. Hotel staff were really helpful and we were able to store our bags in the storage as we turned up early. My only negative points were the prices for food and drinks and the room had nowhere to hang towels or your jackets.

Clean and functional Room Although it is not in the central area, the Metro and bus stop are close by. There's also a Burger King nearby.

The hotel was OK for the price. It is located outside of Amsterdam, but therefore it is also cheaper as the hotel in the city. Breakfast was good, but in my opinion, price performance is not.

First point, I had booked and paid for a room with 2 single beds.
We are given a room: 1 double bed and especially a busy room!
We go back to the reception: no excuse… We are told that there are no other rooms! We insist, we end up giving one.
We were given the breakfast schedules saying we paid gold it was not breakfast but the late checkout (17h) that we paid…
The next day around 1pm, the badge no longer works (while we paid the extension…), we are told that it is always like this, that the badge is deactivated from noon! …
I pass on the fact that waiting at the front desk was often very long (a quarter of an hour waiting to have a coffee for example…)
A stay to forget…

Location is superb as it is approx 100 yards from the main train station. A short walk will take you to the main tourist centre. The hotel accommodates a range of customers from families to stag do's. The staff ensure that guests adhere to the hotel rules so that everyone can enjoy there stay. Rooms aren't huge but they are clean and modern. Great value for money overall.

Attention The second night someone from the staff walked into our room… the person apologized but we were not happy.
The bed is comfortable, the rooms are clean, the sheets are changed once per stay (stayed 3days), bathroom with banal toilet.
The breakfast is very varied, and those are good products.
The hotel is located 10min from the city center by bus.
Next to the hotel there is a burgerking, the day we worried gone, they had no meat, empty restaurant, very amazing.

The hotel is 3 km from the centre of Amsterdam. At 100 Mt There is a bus stop that takes 5 minutes to the Central station of the district and from there every 10 minutes pass trains or trams to Amsterdam
The hotel is very comfortable, clean, staff always smiling and courteous.

Really enjoyed the experience, the online booking experience was easy to use and very informative, easy to get out to the hotel from Amsterdam Central on the number 22 bus as informed on the website. The hotel check in experience was quick and easy and the staff were very friendly. We did have to pay for the city tax which I thought was included in the price of the hotel as it was stated on the online bill this was a little frustrating. The room was comfortable as we were only using it to sleep really. The shower and toilet was spacious and easy to use and the beds were comfortable. The rooms are very quiet and I managed to sleep comfortably on all four nights. Our key cards did stop working on day two of the stay but the staff sorted it out quickly and easily. The check out experience was again quick and easy and the staff looked after are bags after check — out which was a nice touch.

I actually found your hotel whilst searching for one, online. Your room rate attracted me, along with your facilities of en suite bathroom and close proximity to public transport (bus stop and metro station). Having said that, your rate could be a bit lower, which would be ideal for me and want me to return to your hotel albeit the distance from the city centre. Breakfast was sumptuous with adequate variety, staff were quite friendly and hospitable but the ensuite bathroom was a tad claustrophobic. A bit more space, specially a bigger sink and shower space would be brilliant. You also need a mini bar in each of the rooms and your prices of refreshments at the lobby are way too pricey. The option of delayed check out is recommended but charging 10 euros per hour is not.

Our stay in the hotel was amazing! The rooms are very spacious and clean and the beds are super comfortable! The hotel is located in a really nice area of Amsterdam, a little far from the city center and the tourist attractions but it is really easy to get there by public transportation (you could also walk as I did, but it's about 3 km). They provided free coffee and tea and could pay for breakfast. If I ever go back to Amsterdam I'm surely staying there again!

Rooms with little place to sitemare the suitcases, cleanliness not very accurate, towels at the limit of the worn, not the usual standard accorhotels, the management could do more, very expensive the snack bar service. The garage is uncomfortable, the entrance of the same is next to the bins of the waste, the staff at the reception is little attentive to the needs of the customers.

When you reserve a room for three people, there are 3 beds, it makes sense no? At Ibis Amsterdam, the third bed is actually the unfolded armchair of the room for 2 people. For an infant, it passes, but for an adult, frankly no! Not only is it uncomfortable, but in addition there is no room in the bedroom. If Ibis offers rooms for 3 people, it takes 3 real beds, as in all the hotels of this game there… and at that price.

Ibis Amsterdam west is a lovely and well situated hotel. Very clean environment. Transportation which is the most important when visiting Amsterdam is right at the door step… about 2 minutes to bus stop then straight to Sloterdijk train/metro station. The only criticism is their breakfast which is not really up to standard and no toaster to make a toast so most things are pretty cold. But overall considering the price, its satisfying. Finally staff are very friendly both receptionists, cleaners especially. I will definitely visit again.

The hotel is clean. Nice and helpful staff. Access to Amsterdam is right across the path. The hotel is quiet. The spacious shower. The quality of the bedding is at the top.

To be truth the hotel was nice and worth the money, We arrive with our travel group from Germany right about the evening pt 7:30 PM on Monday July 31. The staff was nice but the lady manage wit brown uniform was rude and treat us like we are bunch of idiots. After a long journey we deserve a little bit of friendly faces. Instead she was yelling us to wait outside of the hotel with a non friendly manner and almost with hateful way. I stayed on lots of Ibis hotel in Europe such as Paris and Italy. They all deserve a 5 star. Except for this one. The management should teach her some customer service. I mean a nice smile goes a long way.

Positive: We are French and we speak not a word of English and frankly we get to understand. The people at the reception are very nice. L bus stop and 300 meters from the hotel. I parking and free weekend. Payment of the room on arrival. Very clean, quiet room.
Negative: A fridge is missing in the room.
There are only three channels for French France 2 and 2 news channels. A Review on this point.

A bit far from the center but perfectly connected.
Only possibility for dinner the budget king adjoining the hotel.
The room was not cleaned even after reporting to reception.

Points less good points: the room design very cheap and there is only 2 refreshed Sockets (very light to recharge phones, cameras, tablets and other devices. Modern) and besides these 2 are far from the bed (in the office) and on one side of the bed
Secondly the temperature of the water that, once set, varied alone. Unpleasant

Located close to the city center and with a "slightly above IBIS average" standard. Rooms are clean and spacious enough to fit two suitcases apart from the bed ;-) The hotel is rather "new". The breakfast buffet was included in my booking and was good. Nothing special, but enough variety to start the day. The surrounding area is a pure business district so you wont see any people on the streets during the weekend nor is there ANY charming places around. Tip: The hotel rents out bikes (15, — € / day) and on the way to the city center of Amsterdam (around 3km), you will most probably pass Westergasfabriek / Westergarden. A cool area that was rebuilt from a former industrial complex and now houses some bars, restaurants and clubs and has cultural events going on. Perfect place to hang out a whole night and do some bar hopping ;-) My tip: Rainarai — Alegrian restaurant.

The relation quality/price in Amsterdam, made us opt for this Hotel. The room is equal to what they remembered of Zaragoza, I guess that they are all equal. We took an offer of 30% discount for 3 days. And went out for a few 182€ room/3 days In front of this Bus Stop 48 which drops you at the central station, cadence every 15 minutes up to many. As burger King on your bass, put that opens at 10, but at 9, you can now go down to breakfast to him; a coffee and a bun for less than 3 €. In the Bar of the Hotel there are people night taking something, it's cozy. — For me it was good (well we were 4 and we all thought the same thing).
