A Small hotel in the centre of Amsterdam (opposite the Ibis), the rooms have a shower and sink, but the toilet is one on the floor. Overall clean but very cramped. Breakfast. There is a small paid parking nearby. For the night on weekdays about 120 euros, on the weekend-the price tag is twice as high.

Beautiful property located in Prins Hendrikkade, right in front of the central station and the stop from the airport to and from Eindhoven. Very helpful Staff, clean rooms in a very Dutch style. The breakfast is rich and the breakfast room overlooking the station takes the morning the colors of the day that is born.

Very good hotel in the centre of Amsterdam. Excellent breakfast.

The location was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's not adapted for the handicapped.

Quaint little hotel wonderfully situated. Great location and superb breakfast.

Arrived at 1pm, the room was not cleaned. We came back at 6pm and found the room a little cleaner. The room and the bathroom lived. Some places are rooms and worn out. Attention, the hotel is in an air corridor (frequent passage of planes in bases altitude) convenient next to the station but that's it. I don't advise.

Simple rooms but good. Breakfast is great!

Hotel to avoid! The rooms are small, not very clean and very poorly soundproofed. The staff is not very friendly. There's a big problem with the breakfast room. It is too small to accommodate everyone, so sometimes you have to wait to have a table. The only practical thing is that it is very close to the city center and the train station.

Not a luxury place but really a good base to visit Amsterdam. Extremely central, 2 min from the central station and from the tram terminal. Generous breakfast included. Need to book few months in advance!

We were arriving from central america after long flights in the morning. I asked them if early check in is possible. The room was ready when we got there without extra charge. That was very very nice thank you. Breakfast was great too. Rooms are ok. Very good location and place to spend few nights in amsterdam.

Was the cheapest. We had a pram, had to carry it up and down stairs without any support. Breakfast was average. What you pay for is what you get. But it was sufficient for us, as we were there for only one night.

The people are very friendly in reception and where breakfast, only downside is that in the beds I felt pickets will be fleas or chinces not saw should fumigate the beds lis rooms but the staff very very friendly.

Spacious and comfortable room. Good value for money Two hits: — The cafeteria for breakfast is small, sometimes you have to wait for a table to be released — you don't get a key from the front door, they control it from reception and they are not very attentive…

Time for a short stay. A lot of noise at night though.

Good location close to Amsterdam Central Station.
The exterior façade is pretty however the rooms are a little old, a little refreshment is necessary on the Deco side (it lacks modernity) as for the cleanliness of the rooms it is rather average, dust on the chandelier etc…
The bathroom is clean overall.
The breakfast is really top, lots of choice, there is sweet and salty.
To conclude the reception of the staff is top. Smiling and helpful team.

Loved this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room had everything we needed. The breakfast was lovely.

The Hotel is a good value for money and especially ideally located: 5 mn from the train station, and 10 MN from the historic centre of Amsterdam.

A convenient location, next to the station. Clean bed, but worn furniture. It is better to come to breakfast earlier (there is a risk of being left without it)

The door only opens from the reception which is kinda idiotic cause that makes it predestinated for an nice cold, wet wait outside until the person on the inside hears the bell ringing. Rooms: They're really small but provide you with anything you need. TV, Baththub/Shower, Hair Dryer, Safe, Table, comfy bed. Staff: most of them are semi professionell. Location: Perfect couldn't be better in order to see all the must haves within walkin distance.

The hotel is comfy, very close to Amsterdam central. The front desk lady is very nice and helpful.

Cleanliness and hygiene are a foreign word.

Good location near Amsterdam Centraal, away from busy street of Damrak. Clean, good portion of breakfast, love the salad, good coffee. We were in the bigger room for two with bed for three. Enough space for us to move around, nice bed. But price a bit too high though! A good rating for location & breakfast. Gennerally we were fine with this.

The hotel is a great location! The reception desk are great and so friendly. The men on desk where the best helpful thing of the hotel The downfall of this hotel is the rooms were dusty, we had to top up the sugar/coffee etc ourselfs and take from breakfast as the housekeeper forgets. The windows cant shut properly very stiff so slept with open window. The breakfast is the downfall of the hotel and experience- You have to wait for a seat and there was a que of people waiting for a seat to be free, someone was eating standingup. You had to share tables with people, the chinese woman behind bar you have to order your tea or coffee from her, shes very overbearing very loud for a early morning, tells people to wait outside untill theres a seat, I avoided ordering a hotel drink to avoid her. A seat was free we told her can it be cleaned she shouted "i am alone! I cant do this all at once" I was very embarrassed by her. The toaster was broken twice in a row so no toast during our stay, I actually felt like buying them a toaster it was so embrassing. The breakfast is basic! Its more continental. Wouldnt go back due to breakfast. There was a black girl who was behind bar on Saturday morning for breakfast very friendly but rubbish, she gave my mum a hot drink with spilt marks all over mug not presentable. Thanks anyway x.

For Amsterdam, pretty good.

Stayed at the hotel from 17-19 July 2017. Came to the reception desk at about 9h, only to be informed that the check in was from 13h. Pros: The hotel is very close to basically everything. Some of the personnel are really nice. Cons: We spent 20 minutes or so trying to explain that we wanted to pay the invoices by ourselves, in order not to credit the card of our business partner who made the reservation. Even after the hotel manager arrived, it took them 3-4 tries to print out the invoices correctly. Before the manager arrived, were told that one of our rooms was ready, only to be informed that it was a "mistake" when he came by. Either way, we left our suitcases in the dining room, as the storage lockers were full, and went outside. Once we got back, the rooms were still not ready, but were given different ones. The rooms were dated but were decently clean.

The rooms were damp and the bed were really small. Fo 400 euros a night there is absolutely no value but the location.

Location was great, right next to the red light district and central station. Had everything you'd expect of a hotel — breakfast, shampoo and towels, etc. Was a bit expensive for a small 2 bed room but it is Amsterdam on the weekend so it can't really be helped.

Prices of the high rooms considering the comfort and the beauty of the room…

Overpriced with tiny rooms. Really old building. Bathroom sink was severely strained. Staff was nice though.

Great location, very close to Central station and other public transport. A Short walk from the centre and tourist routes.
Good value for money.

The breakfast buffet was good.

The room we was in was not good, the door just fitted in the frame so could hear everything when passing our room so felt we had to talk low. The bed was comfy and free Wi-Fi only thing I could give it a rating. Shower was pants and you get the take offs from the airport straight over every 10 mins first thing. Breakfast well even the cooked side was cold to the point we decided to have boiled eggs in a bun as both was fresh. Much better hotels around for a bit more. We are going to visit Amsterdam but stay else where.

Good for a budget hotel. Friendly desk who changed the room because of noise. Breakfast was great for an included hotel breakfast.

Cozy and good treatment, good for its price, a bit uncomfortable access to rooms.

The service was good, It was a little difficult getting our luggage to our room because of narrow halls and small stairways here and there. I liked the room, not fancy but I did not paya fancy price either. I will stay here again. The location is PERFECT.
