Excellent hotel, great food and friendly staff, will stay there again and would recommend without hesitation.

Great service and Nice clean rooms.

Centrally located hotel. Within a few minutes at the train station or in the city centre. Outlet Center about 10 to 15 minutes walk away.
The breakfast buffet was very good. Nice service.

The condition of the Zimmmers is very rundown. Even worse is the location of the room, right next to a giant generator or similar, which buzzes all day. You can't sleep at night because of the noise. At the reception there are 3 nice ladies, but unfortunately they are only shouting, whether on the phone or with other people. It is ok. The bathroom is recoverable. Orienflecken on the toilet seat. There's hardly any water coming out of the shower. The bathtub is leaking.
The location of the hotel is good, breakfast was good too, otherwise I would not recommend it to anyone.

The hotel makes a decent impression. We stayed 2 nights there. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and speaks well the German language. For dinner we had reserved a table in the brasserie. The salmon for my wife was good and was also brought to the table at the same time as my meat skewer. Unfortunately, the meat and the vegetables were only lukewarm. Probably the whole plate then went into the microwave. The plate was hot but the meat was dry and it didn't taste right. More than half of the court remained on the plate. No demand from the staff. That's a pity. Not a word of apology and payment of full price. Anything can happen, but I would have expected some kind of reaction.

Nice hotel in Roermond. Nice room and good breakfast. Right in the city centre. There is also a nice bar to drink a beer in the evening.

Best places to spend time with loved ones.

Our suite was gorgeous, beautiful clean and comfortable bed linens, only the room services could use some more attention. Our bfst was late and not as big as expected. No choice neither. Late checkout is perfect for lazy mornings with the nice view, if your room is on the higher floor.

One of the best places I've stayed in Germany or Holland. Good location.

At each coming, the service is always with the worries of the happy customer.
The reception, room, kitchen and restaurant staff are welcoming, smiling and helpful.
The rooms are always well appointed, large, functional and clean.
The breakfast is provided and generous, it may lack local products.
Parking is a big plus and very appreciable.

Well kept but not all rooms have the same area. The very windy time to finish squeaking the window for two days: very unpleasant!

The room was clean and good. Breakfast very good lunch moderate could have been better the dinner well that soup bad.

I have stayed here approximately 15 weeks for work. The location is great as it is right downtown Roermond. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is great with lots of good food.

Good hotel in a convininet location. Rooms are furnished in classic style to underline it is in the same building of the theatre.
