Great hotel for a short stay. Especially if you're out all day and only need a place to sleep. Expensive breakfast though but fortunately McDonald's is right across the street with a cheap breakfast.

Clean and very easily accessible hotel in Rotterdam. Gas Station across the road, perfect. Don't understand the logic of 2 single beds when one person rents a room. One comfortable bed could do just fine. Hotel is located next to a busy road. Vehicle noises all day and night, slightly audible even when windows are closed on the highway side. Gate to hotel closed all the time and entry is not accessible from outside until one rings the bell. Button is horrendously positioned so one has step out of the vehicle to get to it. Breakfast is great, Fresh bread, and everything else with it. Chef is very attentive and prepares extras very well. Surprisingly no water at self service breakfast. A Lunch packet can be ordered but at €9.50.

Breakfast is super, room for this price was great, good parking. 5/7min Walk to the Bus is okay! Top.

Make your bookings threw the website. Much cheaper than in reception.

Very basic. Location is far out of the city, €30 in a taxi. Staff were average. No shower gel, cheap blue shampoo. Beds very uncomfortable. Difficult to actually get in to the hotel — no clear signage / welcome. Very high metal spiked gates surrounding the hotel. On the plus they have a smoking area inside!

Clean well maintained rooms for 2 people. There is everything you need to relax after the road.

Rooms could have new paint. Everything seems to be old. Very poor breakfast. At least very helpful and friendly staff.

The hotel itself wouldn't hurt if it wasn't for a too high price being out of area and quite uncomfortable for the means. To be taken in case of emergency. A positive note LA. Indoor smoking room That does not force you to smoke in the cold.

Disgusting service at dinner. Good breakfast and a decent room with small beds. Next to McDonald's, if he's a jerk.

A nice, relaxed hotel. The rooms are clean and cozy.

A good hotel. The room is spacious and modern. My bed was already well-located and you already noticed the feathers. But still it was pleasant 4 nights and I slept well. The breakfast is very good. Very much choice and fresh. Fresh fried eggs or omelette is made for one. The lunch package is also fine for the price.
There is also a gym, but the equipment has been somewhat affected. Nevertheless, their purpose fulfill this perfectly.
The front desk staff are all very polite and take time to ask questions. Since I am often in Rotterdam from work often I will visit the hotel more often.

Great new beds, great bar personell (thanks Britt, stacey and lientje) and customer friendly management. Guaranteed to come back!

Rooms OK. Service OK less slow restaurant albeit tasty dishes. Slow Bar. Reception in standard.

Ideal for business travellers, good parking facilities, service is very good.

Stayed here a night to get a good shower and bed after a grungy travel week. While I've been satisfied with the amenities and the quality of the stay, one of the staff acted quite rude to my friend checking in, which tainted the experience somewhat. Treating us like we're dirt isn't acceptable — we pay the same price as everyone else in this hotel.

Comfortable, with small but comfortable rooms, the mattress was soft, the breakfast plentiful.

Small rooms quite basic. For the price was expecting something better. Rooms are clean and tidy. Food is decent but a bit pricey.

Room full of insects, window sill full of dead insects. Sleeping has been impossible with this number of crawling animals and mosquitoes. On request at the front desk whether the room can be changed came the answer: we have no free rooms anymore. I offered the receptionist to go to another hotel of the same chain and stay there. This was also rejected. Every suggestion was rejected with the statement: I'm alone I can't do anything, there's no manager there. If the bed is even covered with dead insects, you should be able to change the room or at least provide a room at a different location. Customer service cannot be described. It is about hygiene and not a piece of soap or other trifles. Have gone to another hotel the same night. There was no money back or a refund or credit. Never again.

For a night okay, not to reach in terms of price in comparison with i. O. But with public TRANSPORT is also good. The Hotel was worn for my taste and the cleanliness was also rather "well": in the Elevator, trash was on the table and in the bathroom visible "edges" of the parked goods containers on the shelves. In comparison to the city centre, of course, priced well and with a Parking lot in front of the door.

Normal hotel. Location, of course not Ahti-far from the Centre of Rotterdam. Food is normal, normal accommodation. The cost of the rooms adequate.

Very good dinner and breakfast.
