I have stayed here a number of times and it's okay. On my last visit the TV was playing up and the air-conditioning was broken but the rooms are clean, the windows do a good job of keeping the sound of Leiden Central out, there's always hot water and extra pillows. Good value for money.

A bit expensive in general but we had a conference rate. Nice clean rooms. Free breakfast is awesome, everything from eggs and sausage to poffertjes and fruit, yogurt, croissants, juices. Rooms could be improved by fridges but maybe that's an American thing. edit: Updated because I forgot to mention the outlets are kind of sparse. There were only outlets right next to the window, and in the bathroom.

Nice, basic hotel in the central area. Very convenient for shopping and trains. The rooms are small and have just barely minimum for USA standards, but it's still a nice place. Clean and friendly. Close and walkable to everything. They do have upgraded rooms available as well.

Well priced and close to the station.

Room incredibly small but does the job forna quick stay in Leiden. Rooms facing the road/station are noisy. Generally clean and staff very helpful.

Rooms are fully in order. Zemtral located, train station and the pedestrian area with many cosy locales are within easy walking distance. Right behind the hotel there is also a large parking lot which is unfortunately not so cheap. Still thumbs up for the hotel.

I stayed at Rro Hotel on a business trip. Great location for train connections. My room was very spacious and clean (quadruple). Very good level breakfast. Not beautiful the outside views but around the corner you get in 5 minutes in the Canal Area center. Friendly staff.

Nice hotel with excellent location : almost 3 mints by walking to the train station and 1 mints to the bus station and neighbor to the Aldi supermarket and 10 mints to many shoping and resturants all by walking. Have a warm reception personel.

It looks like my company took me a "green" room, but maybe they are all alike… The bed is good, great shower, just the heating is not completely of my satisfaction: you have an A/C you cannot completely control; you can adjust the temperature and the fan speed, but never know when it will stop by itself… Breakfast is pretty good. Didn't really get the parking price (yes, you have to pay for it) …

Very close to the station and the bus terminal. Structure new basic rooms at least the one I took. Plentiful international breakfast. A little pricey in general as very hotel in Holland. All in all a good choice.

Excellent location, just over 100 meters from the train station (and bus), rooms quite spacious and spotless, quite quiet hotel, and reasonably priced.

Close to the station, great for staying and cycling to discover the beautiful and lively university city and the tulip fields.

Very clean hotel. Direct station proximity but which you do not notice inside. Very nice staff. Rooms with air conditioning.

Nice hotel. Not too expensive, however the breakfast wasn't as good as I expected. The rooms are tidy and not too small. Comfortable beds and the bathrooms were nice.

Basic accommodation, good value for money. The best feature of the hotel is its location, directly opposite the train and bus station. The rooms are small, but have comfortable beds, and are quite without any traffic noise. The staff is always friendly and efficient. Stayed here several times and will definitely come back again.

Average hotel. There is no kettle or fridge in the rooms. And the price tag is not the smallest. The breakfasts are also not varied.

The biggest positive of my stay so far was the option to do early check in. I arrived by red-eye flight to AMS, which got me to Leiden by around 8. I was so tired and being able to nap and shower right away was a huge relief. The check in staff I encountered was friendly. The rooms are small and minimally appointed but not uncomfortable. We did have a problem with the bathroom lock, but I am hoping it is handled soon, and am interested to see what the complimentary breakfast is like. All in all, a convenient option.

Good location right across Leiden Centraal train station and within walking distance of the city centre. Rooms arent too big, but the location largely makes up for it.

The location of the hotel is in proximity of the train station and the room is kept neat although it is small.

Perfect hotel for city exploration, right in the middle of the train station. Practical rooms without luxury with a very good breakfast buffet. Good value for money. Recommendation, especially for guests with dogs!

Had a pleasant stay. Hotel is located in close proximity to the train station, yet it is very quiet. Breakfast buffet surprised me in a positive way. Only the bathroom could have used a little more care.

This hotel is located across the street from the Leiden Centraal train station and a 4 minute walk to The Pit of Leiden with great restaurants, art, and historical buildings. The breakfast at the hotel has a little for everyone including local meats and cheeses. The rooms are clean and quiet, and very affordable on a budget.

For what it is, quite nice. Clean rooms with good budget hotel standard. The location can't possibly get any more convenient, and despite the central location, there's very little traffic noise. The breakfast is mediocre, and not worth the steep price. If you have time to go somewhere else, there are many better and cheaper places in central Leiden for breakfast. The aircondition in our room was so loud we couldn't have it turned on while sleeping. Helpful and friendly staff, excellent English language skills.

Friendy personel. Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is good. The hotel is fine if you need to stay here. The trainstation and centrum are on walking distance.

The front desk is very nice, and English also well speacking. Just a little noise at night due to train station.

Great customer service here elevates this basic hotel to a 4 star in my books!

It's right next to the train station so very centric. Staff is kind and professional. The rooms aren't big however they're clean and functional. The only thing missing would be a safe.

Walking distance from the central station, friendly desk staff, nice lounge. Rooms are basic, but suffice for one or two nights. Since Schiphol is well-connected by train, this is a good alternative to Hoofddorp for relatively early flights.

The Ibis doesn't claim to be anything exotic. It promises a clean, comfortable hotel and the promise of a good nights sleep. Ibis Leiden Centre does exactly that. The hotel is clean and the rooms spotless, the staff are pleasant and professional. The breakfast buffet is more than adequate and will set you up for the day. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the centre of Leiden, but it is a nice walk, the situation is perfect for the station about 2 minutes across the station plaza.

Hotel ideally located just in front of the train station of Leiden and has more a local bicycle secure if you come with your. The décor is cold but everything is clean and the prices are very fair. The breakfast is plentiful but there is no restaurant in the hotel. Fortunately, nearby, you can find many restaurants, good and cheap. In short, an address to remember to visit Leiden. And if you are on the first floor, choose rooms station to see the ballet of bikes at peak hours in the morning. It's very relaxing.
N. B: to avoid the restaurant soi Chinese buffet next to the hotel "De Kleine Wereld". On the other hand, if you want to do a washing, there is a laundry on Morsstrat. Entrust your laundry to a gentleman who will do everything (run the laundry, do dry, fold it) for € 10 per machine.

Staff is just great, helping the customer in any trouble as much as they can.

Clean and close to city centre. I had a single room. Bed is smallish but ok. Room is small but big enough. Internet wireless is very good. Breakfast buffet has all you need. I would recommend it as it is conveniently located. 24/7 bar could be useful, but I didn't use it. It is lacking a coffee pot or water boiler imho.
