Nice hotel in the city center of Leiden. Nice room, nice breakfast. Possibility to park the car nearby for half of the normal price (6 euro per day).

Location is great! Breakfast is poor. Add some more greens and low carb options please.

We had an excellent stay in Leiden. Just a 10 minute walk from central train station. Staff is very attentive and nice. Included Breakfast was a delicious way to start every morning. Free hot drinks all day. There is only 1 negative, and not about the hotel. They offer bicycle rental, but the bikes are limited, and not high quality. Our electric bike lost all power after a few hours, and it's heavy. Better to rent somewhere else. Overall a nice value hotel during peak season of tulip festival.

The bathroom was poorly built, without a window and the water splashes to the door as the shower has no curtain or separator. The sinks are too small so they are uncomfortable.

I've been here 3 nights. My company booked a junior suite, and it is a pretty nice room. Unfortunately, the bathtub (sort of a jacuzzi one, too) didn't work… Or, at least, they left a sign telling that. One out of two radiators (the one closer to the bed) didn't work; fortunately they give you an extra mini-heater. Breakfast was pretty weak… I'm giving 3 starts because, with everything working properly, it would have been a pretty good experience.

Let's say that by Italian standards I would give an x, new bathroom, not bad bed, floor in patched old planks, a bit noisy, good breakfast with great variety, lack espresso.

Great hotel, almost right in the middle of the centre. Very good breakfast buffet … but very thin walls — therefore very light hearing.

Great service! Had to leave early at 6 am and they served me breakfast an hour before breakfast actually started at 7

Room was clean and neat and room service is good. Selection and quality of food is good (Full English Breakfast). Our stay was pleasant and the accommodation was well priced. I will gladly return and recommend Best Western Leiden to others.

Location is very good. Very central. Breakfast excellent. Wifi non existent. Generally rather tired and in need of attention on lots of small DIY tasks.

Received a very small room, when we got another room it was next to the stairs. For the price the first room was far to expensive. Service was nice, 3.

Our room was old, broken and very noisy due to broken window and ventilation shaft in front of the window. Cabinet broken / Window broken / Light behind the cabinet mirror already started. Stench in the bathroom.
Despite the complaint, no help came from the hotel.

Don't be fooled by the high star rating. Beds are knackered and cupboards are broken. No parking, need park and ride (free). It is conveniently situated in city centre.

Very nice little hotel, my room was huge and had a jacuzzi.
