This hotel was not so good as shown or described on the post Worst hotel ever visited.

Nice hotel to stay in Thamel area. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Rooms are quite good and clean. They have hot water. Loved my staying there.

Good value vs price ratio. Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly-helpful. Situated in a quiet street of Thamel, def recommend!

The room was clean but not enough space to put our stuff (2 backpacks). The place was old and could use some renovation. Hot water only available in the afternoon. Location is near the end of Thamel, but still okay, although the surroundings looked a bit gloomy sometimes. The owner was friendly and kind, though.

Not hygienic, no proper daily facilities and costly breakfast.

Good value for the price. This is a neatly run family business. The owners are very kind and considerate. The place is really tidy and clean. There is a cool little rooftop you can sit on to have a drink and a smoke. It's on a side lane so it is quieter than the average Thamel hotel. There is a great wee restaurant next door called Hello Kitty and taxis just up the street.

If you care your money more then it's a good place to stay. I found nothing bad and nothing special.

It's amazing how smiley the family running this hotel were every single time we saw them! Fantastic place — great shower, best Wi-Fi we had in Nepal (though that bar is set quite low), and definitely the best/cleanest linens I've slept on in months upon months of traveling. So glad we found this place!

Excellent hotel, reasonable prices, hotel management respectfully treated, I advise you to stay in this hotel, close to the market, restaurants and famous places Good luck.

After 12 days trekking in EBC I almost ran out of money. I only got 2000 rupees. And I came to this hotel were greeted smile and friendliness, very refreshing. All the rooms are full but there was one single room being cleaned. Having seen the condition of the rooms, comfortable enough to spend the rest of the time two nights in Kathmandu. The room rate is offered a VERY cheap, 500 rupees for one night. Alhamdulillah. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Locations in the area of Thamel. And more importantly, just steps to Al Madina Halal Food. Recomended for anyone looking for a cheap and clean rooms with free Wi-Fi, location in the Thamel area and very close to halal food restaurant. The hotel is managed by a family and they stayed on the 1st floor.

I had such a good time with bright star family during Holi festival, everyone stay there gather on the roof to celebrate! Best experience ever!
