Worst hotel ever stayed in pokharaa ruined our school trip hospitality not good management disrespectful never coming back in this hotel again dont go to this hotel please 😠

Spent two days with my family in Hotel Murano after Hiking in the mountains which is located 10 minutes walking distance from the lake.
Got a Deluxe family room on 6th floor which was quite spacey with a balcony (partially lake view) and a nice warm shower.
It seems the bedding and blanket has not been changed/ cleaned before our arrival.
But principally the room was looking quite clean.
On 7th floor there also is a rooftop terrace with lake view but without any options for sitting, relaxing or having a drink.
Very limited Breakfast is being served on groundfloor where only few tables are available so we were going to enjoy it at a working desk between motorbikes in the lobby. When you are coming late it may appear being emptied.
Luckily Coffee, juice or Fried eggs can be ordered on request from the kitchen.
For laundry service surprisingly some negotiation skills were needed to bringing the price down from 400 (! ) to 200 Rs/Kilo.
Lets say, we did take note of this.
Our really bad awakening came on second day in the morning when we discovered more and more little itchy bites appearing on our bodies which obviously were coming from the mattrace or bedding.
An absolute no go for us!
Hotel staff decided to feeling more offended instead of taking care about that.
So we decided to leaving that place asap since this indeed was our worst experience after 3 months of travelling in Asia.

Honestly I didn't have good experience, I had huge expectation but got badly disappointed we booked hotel for 2 days.
But the service and the treatement we got from this hotel was really bad.
We had to wait around 30 minutes after we reached because room hasn't managed yet. After we entered the room the garbage was still there in the dustbin, we consider but the main part is.
We were not informed earlier that there were no chef when we oder food receptionist told we don't have any chef cause they are on leave or something.
Then we asked them you had to informed us earlier if you can't give the service, we might be gone for better option and there was a boy who was really rude he told us " why didn't you ask earlier " and stared to arguing with us in a bad tone.
My suggestion is that its your job to manage overall thing not ours. This is a hotel and every guest expect they will get good food to eat and good hospitality, well behaviour. If there is any problem going on you have to inform your guest its a basic thing you have to do. I don't think I will ever recommended others or my nearones to stay in this hotel.
Hope this might not be faced by other guest and take it as a positive criticism!

Had a lovely relaxing stay here for a couple of days after our ABC trek! Great location and lovely staff, would definitely recommend!

Very clean and well maintained hotel. Location is extremely good and very close to Lake and plenty of resturants near to the hotel only walkable distance. I got a nice and clean room with well maintained beds. The toilet was clean and they had 24 hours supply of hot water. The staffs are very friendly too. I definitely recommend this place. On my next visit to Pokhara, I am not looking for anywhere else. A great place to stay if you are planning to visit Pokhara.
