Staff are not well trained and don’t have manners to talk with the customer. Very bad experience.

All good. They need to repair some stuffs. And employee are not so friendly. I hope they will sort it out soon.

Swimming pool and many other playthings for kids, fun rides. However, some of the rides are not repaired often and they get shut down.

Entertainment place but needs proper management.

Great place to bring your kids but the entrance fee is too high because we have to pay for the individual rides… Otherwise a great place to spend some time with your family and kids.

Away from hustle and bustle of lake side … quite and peaceful experience.

It could be a lot better if it was well maintained. I thought it was a waste of time and money.

This place has great potential but sadly it's below average. We went for the swimming and slash park. The whole place is really dated and not well maintained. Some staff are friendly but others are unhelpful and irritable. The pools are probably the dirtiest I've seen in Nepal. The staff wouldn't turn on the pumps for the splash park and they don't offer towels, so make sure to bring your own. Based on the smell and feel I don't believe they use chlorine or any other type of water treatment. The strangest thing is that you are locked in to the pool area. There is a locked gate that is occasionally manned by a staff member that has to unlock the gate each time you leave the pool to use the restroom, get a drink at the restaurant, or do anything else in the fun park. Small kids will enjoy the shallow, and dirty, water in the splash pool. Other than that, there aren't many other positives.

When I stay in hotel, I want it be my home away from home. It means a bit vibrating space, a bit comfort, a bit of ownership and even a bit of weakness (I welcome).
I have stayed there one night inside cottage! I had a very goodnight’s sleep just like my regular resting nest it was.
I want varieties of chilled beer at bar, crystal clear television network and a bit faster internet wherever I sojourn. That was not then but hope next time I will get.
I recommend the place especially for your family outing, with kids, in Pokhara. Very commodious playing park and water space it possesses. :)

It have very peace and nice environment I like this are.

The food (non veg thali) was awesome, I must say the best thali I have ever tasted in pokhara. Rooms are super deluxe. Staffs are helpful. A small drawback, Phewa Lake is bit far from the place but the supercool swimming pool of this place will make you forget about the lake.

Hi, I was at Chachawee in Feb 2015, Wonderful place in Pokhara Nepal. Enjoyed the hospitality. People and service are excellent. Even celeberated my daughters birthday with everything arranged by Chachawee staff. This place has got a beautiful view of the Annapurna mountains and is very pleasant sight to wake up to. Totally delighted and relaxed. Do ask them to arrange the taxi for local tour as the taxi guy too was totally service oriented and very friendly. Thanks a lot to Mrs. Pratiksha who personally took care of us and arranged our flights and hotel at Kathmandu too. My children had a very good time. Lovely food. Try out the local dishes especially the delicious Nepali Thali :) By the way they are still expanding by adding more guest houses. Hope to visit again soon.

I had been to Chacha Whee on 25 of Oct. 2014. I reached the resort at about 8 PM. In Pokhara it is quite at this hour. The owner Mrs Pratiksha was waiting my arrival to welcome. I was very delighted by the reception I got. The piping hot dinner was excellent. Unfortunately I had to leave next morning and could not enjoy the hospitality properly. The view of Mt. Fishtail was mind blowing seen from the Hotel. I can asure anyone that it is a MUST STAY Hotel in Pokhara.

This place is a lovely place to visit! Initially, it only had recreational activities for children. However, it has added resort services as well so all of your family can enjoy its services in a package.
