Pokhara Grande is a real gem! Excellent in every way; service, rooms, restaurant & all.

It's a pleasant environment and enjoy ful environment.

The hotel was a luxury in its own way. Has beautiful scenic rooms with huge glass windows and comfortable and luxurious rooms. Food was also above a notch taste and a great place to be as a couple or family. The best part of that place is. You get to see the Himalayas right in front of you as if the giant mountains are rising above the sky. A very mesmeric experience. Should definitely visit this place!

The best hotel for my trip to Nepal. There is a swimming pool. Food, breakfast and dinner, is great too.

Great place for meeting, gatgering and weekends. Nice breakfast n othet food items. Silent n calm.

First of all let me say why I only gave it 4/5 they don't have a lift, which is no big deal for most people but if you've been trekking, are old, injured disabled etc it's not great. Granted you can ask reception and someone will come and help immediately. Now on to the good stuff and there's lots of it. This hotel has amazing views of the Himalayas if you are lucky enough to get a mountain view room and the sky is clear. It's clean, well maintained and great to serve as a base before a Trek. It's very close to Pokhara airport too. The staff are exceptional and I mean exceptional. They were very very helpful for my wife and I, very knowledgeable and friendly and a real credit to this hotel. The hotel is close enough to Lakeside for some last minute trekking shopping and some great food places and around 300-500 rupees in a cab depending on where you catch it from. Really pleased we stayed here and enjoyed this hotel and Pokhara much more than Kathmandu, likely because it's quieter. Would definitely stay here again if we came back.

We we're there in the hotel on 23 of June. There was no AC in the restaurant. No good cooling of AC in the room. Room was a three star room. Only for marriages. You can't have peace here. Hospitality was average. Food was ok. There were no green or red mark signs on the boufet and they expected us to ask them for everything single thing if it was veg or not. In no sense it was a 5 star property. Not fit to be a 5 star property.

Best place for staying with family, Halls are best for any conference, location is easily assessible and is at best area and foods are average…

This is a one of the best 5 star hotel located in Pokhara Nepal. You can have very beautiful views of mountain from this hotel. This hotel is 5 minutes close to pokhara airport and 10 minutes away from fewa lake.

Good hotel, the rooms were clean, staff very friendly and polite. Breakfast was good except for the bakery items which were not fresh. The swimming pool could also use some cleaning.

Wonderful Hotel with good service. Breakfast has a lot of options. Rooms are spacious, I stayed in mountain facing room and was able to see the amazing mountain from my room it self. The rooms have alot of amenities. Location is a bit far from the lake side but they provide a free shuttle service at a fixed time.

Straightly faced with the mount fistail This hotel has lot of luxurious facality and many more things which will not make you regreat about the money that u payed in this hotel Swimming pool, casino, gym hall, sauna are the basic facility and the room are so luxurious and interior of the hotel is awesome.

Good place for weekend time pass with friends and dinner on holiday with family members. Don't miss you to visit this place once a month. It's a natural place with green view of city and village once we sit at roof top and cottage at garden near the highway.

Property is good, no doubt but they have Poor hospitality, poor room service… By 1 Jan 2018 we were there, no body picked up the phone at room service, they don't provide proper toilettey items. They gave us a double bed room in which the lamps were on our pillows right away… We can't sit with our back on the bed even.

Good service. We ordered room service which arrived quickly and was good quality. The bathroom could do with a bit of a refresh. Very comfortable beds. Hot water is not available 24/7, but it is usually available the times most people have showers/baths in the morning and evening. Very quiet, nice, relaxing place to stay. Would recommend.

The staff at reception needs more training and they need to understand the meaning of hospitality.

5 star for the hotel and 6 star for view of The Himalaya from hotel window.

Good room. Good stuff… near to Pokhara airport. It would be better if they put some more variety in breakfast menu.

Good rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. They have their own health club. And dance club which are free for the guests.

Nice room. But poor room service. I found my amunityes is already used. I told front desk. But second day also same… very bad.

One of the best hotels of Nepal. Love the facilities here. Garden is nice. Got a swimming pool. Interiors in the dining room are nice. Bedrooms are good too. Parking space is very good. Hospitality here is second to none. And for the service it is not that expensive too.
