At the beginning of our trip we went to Windhoek directly in this beautiful lodge.
We had a chalet right by the waterhole.
Incredibly nice and clean. Nice staff and on our first game drive immediately saw great animals and could enjoy our sundowner very close to two rhinos.
On the next Namibia round trip, this lodge will definitely be there again 😊

It was an extraordinary atmosfeer to be in! The food was heavenly, the animals were gentle and friendly, the Xmas lunch was a definite success! I just got back from Lapa Lange and I miss it already.

Worst service ever. Not even the managers were able to serve me a salad with my main course. Even after I said I would pay for it. Beautiful place unfortunately these people don’t know the word service.

Very nice place to freshen up and recharge youself after a long roadtrip or even if you want to spoil the wife.

I would recommend this place to anyone, anytime… from the day we arrived we experienced awesome service. Friendly staff, the room is well kept. Clean and peaceful surroundings. The game drive is topped off with a sundowner… breathtaking! Definite value for money.

The most beautiful Lodge of our 14 day stay in Namibia (the others very good too but this one really top! ). Chalet overlooking lighted water point where you can see the animals of the reserve come to drink (ostriches Zebra Gus Springboks giraffes…). And as not seen Rhino during the sunset Safari, the boss organized specially the next morning an outing to see them. The kids were thrilled! Possibility also to caress the guepards (accessible according to size: my daughter of 12 years could, my son of 9 years could not), magical moment! And walk with the Bushmen, privileged moment! In short we recommit strongly!

We spent 2 very nice days here and had the executive villa which was very clean and nothing wishes open left great cook and living area beautiful bedroom and a great bathroom the Jacussi should absolutely you have done it. The lodge is definitely worth a visit. I highly recommend the lodge if you are looking for some peace and quiet.

Very good infrastructure. However, as far as service is concerned, the lowest German category offers more, even in an emergency (Scorpion engraving) at night, you remain on your own, as no one is to be reached, even at the gate which is not occupied even the whole day.
Also the price-performance ratio is not acceptable. Although restaurant is open until 9pm, at 20:30 the bill is presented so that the staff will be returned to their accommodation at 22:00 pm.
Will never visit this lodge again.

Nice campsite with soft grass and your own shower toilet. The pool and the water hole is a very nice asset. The night at the campsite costs 400 N$, only 6 campsites available.

Gosh, a stunning place in the middle of nowhere. Friendly staff, good food and a great place to relax. Fantastic animal life around the water hole. Rooms adequate.

Overall the lodge is only satisfying and does not coincide quite with my expectation especially for the price.
Positive:
The facility is modern and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and clean. Various animals are lured through the water hole. Rhinos can also be seen, which is why a game drive is not absolutely necessary.
The staff is eager to make the dinner okay.
Negative:
The prices are high for Namibian as well as generally tourist conditions. Dinner costs at the current exchange rate €22, which is a lot of money in Namibia. However, there is only a buffet, which is mediocre overall and does not justify the high price in quality. Drinks are extra.
The Cheetahs are trapped in very tight space. This does not correspond to any arthritis's animal husbandry.
The breakfast, which is officially announced until 10 a. M. Was already cleared at 8:30. At 8 o'clock the empty cheese and other like coffee were no longer refilled. Also plates were missing, which meant that we were allowed to ask for and wait for every little thing. The coffee from the machine is not worth the name; The filter coffee, which is not brewed after 4 people, is fine. The bacon old and tough.
The complex is frequently visited by larger buses with guided tours. As the gravel road runs 200 meters next to the plant, at regular intervals you can also hear lorries quite intensively.

Great place to be at. Friendly staff and great food. Havent went for a wild drive but got to see the cheetahs. Its a place to be. Not fully child friend but I know in time there will be a play area for kids. Most ideal place to relax. The wild come to drink and u get to see them.

A very nice lodge with its own pond outside the door where many animals come in the evening. Giraffes and more… But the best thing is: 3 Tame Cheetahs (Cheetahs) so you can go into the terrain and the cats will visibly enjoy being caressed. Licking one's arms all the time because of the salt on the skin. And purr so loud. Didn't want to let us go anymore and be caressed more and more. A great experience. Food very good. Room full OK. Pool to forget. Too small and unkempt with green water.

My first trip to Namibia and Lapa Lange was our choice for the first two nights of our two week road trip — and what a superb choice it was! A great start to our holiday. Fabulous location with amazing staff. Food excellent, accommodation spacious. Clean and comfortable with wonderful views. It is so relaxing here that we both slept for over 10 hours on our first night!

We loved the place. We camped there for one night. The facilities are great — pool, game watching, even cheetah. We will be back.
