Very friendly staff, hotel is stunning with lovely views! great facilities but the food however was not great although I I think that was dowm to my own personal taste. Over all experince was amazing!

The rooms have not been renovated for quite some time, the duvets are not washed, the bath towels are forked, the heating function of the air conditioning in the room is misrepresentation. The beautiful pool is cold, the formerly chic gardens are just getting right. Breakfast simple, olive oil and honey were all, salt and pepper at breakfast early on, salt and pepper — at some tables, only a bread knife in circulation, scarcity prevails in many things, 1 packet shampoo only once a week, mold in the bath, paid shuttle 2, €0 per trip After Marrakesh with only 17 places, gym has not been in operation for a long time, no animation, very small hammam. Existing 2 outdoor pools have dried up. Worse always goes …

Full hotel about 12 km from Marrakesh city centre. Large clean pool, the food is OK, the rooms clean.
Do not book the tours offered there to the surrounding area! In the city you get the same deals for less than half!

Poor customer service, terrible food, wouldn't stay here again. Shuttle bus 40dh return into Marrakesh should be free.

Dirty hotel. The dishes don't seem to be flushed. Food leftovers over days on both sides.
Towels shred. Bad beds. Shuttle to Marrakech is not free.
No public connection, a far cry from the city.
Rooms are not cleaned (chambermaid has no key).

Don't deserve the four stars. Buffet is poor. Very average rooms.

The pool and the complex are very generous and everything maintained. The rooms are spacious, the sanitary facilities so la la, cleanliness depends on the respective cleaning women. Breakfast o K. But no variety whatsoever. ShuttleBus to the city departs several times a day for a fair €2, — per trip. Bistro by the pool is open until 17:30 and the food there is also in good price performance ratio. W-LAN only in the lobby. Booking for the prices visible on the Internet I wouldn't do it at all.

Horrible hotel it deserves no shabby star to really flee. Is better to stay at home instead of coming to this hotel there is no all inclusive not at all you do not even have the right to have a bottle of water and the buffet there that sick things a buffet makes you want to vomit I regret my vacation DS this hotel realso not recommended.

Very nice sorroundings, beautiful buildings and rooms. Lacks some basic amenities but it seems like they are improving.

Large resort facility, about 10km north of Marrakech. Pool good, outdoor. Service satisfying. Offer in the restaurant Moroccan rustic, simple. Little variety. 0, 25 beers — 3, £50.

I don't really like it this year. The food is so bad. You don't have a lot of choices. And people just leave their towels on the chairs at the pool and go to have breakfast for hours. So you don't have where to sit. So I'm just going to say that I really regret tha I came here.

This hotel was awful. Breakfast was sub-standard. The reception workers weren't very receptive. After agreeing on an extra £120 to upgrade to all inclusive. The man said come back in the morning. When we went back in the morning they said thete was no such agreement and we need to pay an extra £600. Believe me people the hotel is not worth spending that much. As the hotel has Marrakech in it's name when you Google Morocco it seems to come up. The condition of bathrooms is poor. This is a poor 3 star. The tennis area has big ants. The table tennis area full of ants. The bath was full of gunk. So when you had a shower the water came up to your calf. There was no way I was going to pull that junk out and clean for them. Read the negative reviews and run a mile. The biggest negative the hotel is too remote. There are no shops nearby. Expect to pay heavily for anything in the shop even water. Avoid!

An average hotel, the food was quite bland and no Wi-Fi in our bedrooms, have to go to the main lounge to use Wi-Fi, which is so slow because so many people in same area using the Wi-Fi. The hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere. The pool was beautiful and the room was okay, beds were comfortable. The exertion guy Jawad was really useful he helped us a lot with booking exertions at good prices and provided us with the right information and sorted all our problems out.

Im utterly shocked with the reviews that I have read on here and those that say food wasnt great, because the food was fantastic! A family of 10 went to stay in the resort for 10 days and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, hospitality was great, rooms were comfortable and big, the resort is set in a really spacious and open area. The food was really versatile, so many dishes to choose from, breakfast was my favourite my favourite was the parateh and omelette with fresh orange juice :). Lunch and dinner was great so many healthy options to choose from, and the not so healthy for the little ones! I would strongly advise for those that want to do Quad biking/ Camel riding in marrakech to book through the excursions provided by the hotel as we paid £40 pp for the above 2 plus 4x4 an hour each activity inc pick up and drop off which is so decent! The gym is included, only thing is it closes at 5 so abit too early! The sauna and spa isnt inc and it also closes at 5 so that was the only downer for us but the amount we were saving on the all inclusive with all 3 meals included we didnt mind paying for the spa. All in all would fully recommend staying here, couples, friends or fam!

Awful hotel! This hotel I would rate 2 star. This hotel is false advertising. Firstly everything you would expect from a '5 star' hotel, you had to pay for a safe, only 6 cocktails available (vodka and orange? ), room had bed bugs and dirt everywhere and only one awful buffet restaurant available. The list goes on… please don't book and waste your money!

Nice rooms. Beautiful design. Staff at a minimum and too young. Shower quickly cold. Good animation. Medium and poorly organized Buffet.

Hotel ok, personal nice, decent restaurant, although impassable pool being not heated, even if some brave.
And indoor pool at the spa fee (5 euros per half hour). Our TUI accompanist (Mr Harif), very efficient and friendly

Very bad hotel, medium quality food, very poor service, the hospitality staff presenting unsatisfactory service to the customer.

Just back from a short five night break and was not disappointed, food was great, lots of choice and staff were helpful and friendly. Pool area was awesome and room was clean, spacious and comfortable, would recommend for a winter break in the sunshine.

Honestly the hotel is great (architectural side) but the service, the food, the room decoration, the absence of the smile of the staff, the payment system in the various points of sale (with rechargeable card) … I think it's a management problem… this hotel deserves better treatment.

We chose it for the end of our trip throughout Morocco to rest a little. It is one of the few TI what's in Marrakech. Facilities are of 10, it's all spectacular, but the all-inclusive has nothing to do with the Spain while the owner is Spanish. There is no food outside of set meals and drink a little scarce variety. Excellent treatment, the children enjoyed a lot, in the pool, courts, with the entertainers etc. We went to the Spa and not worthwhile, the water was not hot…
They have a bus service to the Center to visit it for very little price (don't remember how) and also service shuttle bus to airport, payment, but compensates for.

Very nice and enjoyable weeks holiday. I would rate this as 3 star hotel. But it's good for what you pay.

Got home 7/4/16 was pleased to be home hotel not all inclusive you have to pay for drinks after 11pm! staff very unhelpful lack of plates and glasses! The plates that were available were chipped and far from clean! No ice-cream or slush puppies for the children! Pool nice and large! Only a very small child's pool the other pool to deep for my seven year old! food very nice but a bit repetitive! no food available between lunch and evening meal that started at 7pm! Except for some crepes at 4pm, to long for my daughter. We had a junior suit it was very basic but functional fridge came in handy but very noisy at night had to turn it off! Maids very good kept the ryads clean! The entertainment team were very good! I understand we went out of season and some maintenance was going on. I would hate to be here in the hight of summer, they couldn't cope and the hotel was empty! Bus into town you have to pay 20 dirham which was fine! We got a taxi back each time as the bus was to infrequent was about 150 dirham for the taxi! You get what you pay for in life and this was exactly it a cheap week away in the sun!

Worse hotel ever poor rooms smell of sewage poor service food average management shocking reception staff rude abrupt incompetent hotel is poor service please avoid and do not go through what we did. Thomas cook should be ashamed to refer this hotel! avoid at all costs. Go stay in marrakech better service. country is beautiful but hotel is a poor example of morrocco. Worse holiday ever.

They claim to be a 4 star hotel with a 5 star service! Day 1 — problems with the toilet/plumbing (toilet flushing — rooms smelt of dirty sewage) their resolution to change rooms. Day 2 — 5 — constant problems with toilets again! Reported to reception staff who were reluctant to help and offered alert over room! Day 5 — electric went several times through the night when wife was in shower. Electrician came out to fix problem but continued throughout the night until the next morning! Day 6 — 8 — continuous problems with the above! Spoke to Omar on reception who was unwilling to help and was very arguementitive and aggressive throughout! Eventually spoken to Nadia (manager) who was very abrupt and rude. Only offered a free meal for all the stress and inconvenience caused! Thomas cook need to reavaluate their customer base this wasn't good enough! Felt isolated with no one to help whisky overseas! This was a disgusting experience and has put a damper on a lovely country! Marrakech should be ashashed of this hotel and customer service! Will be reporting this to our Bank and Thomas Cook and raising this with the regulators! No one should experience what we went through. Would strongly recommened no one to spend thier summer holiday at this resort. Waste of time and money! : — (

Fantastic amazing hotel with friendly staff, superb facilities, cleanliness of all areas is continuous and excellent selection of morrocan and western food. Pools are fantastic. Excellent shuttle to Marrakech… if you want relaxing holiday I highly recommend it. Also excellent entertainment both throughout the day and evening. Children we'll catered for… Michelin star recommendation as a single lady who stayed here for a week from 5-12 September 2014
