Frankly a big thank you for the whole team of the hotel. Only happiness for my little family and me. Very holy setting (especially in this time of pandemic), respectful and a gastronomy of madness. I love it.

Simply the best no way you will find better in Morocco.

We got sick from the food at the hotel, so had to stay for one more night, witch they had us pay for. We didn't get toilet paper when we called for more, we didn't get water in the room, they didn't put new shampoo ore body wash in the bathroom. This was not a 5 star hotel. We have stayed at the same hotel in Cannes, and it is not the same standard at all.
Very disappointed.

Very good treatment, lots of attention. I don't like to have a person all day attentive to whatever you want, but as soon as you notice they are there, they are very discreet. However, if you come here you assume that luxury is paid, not that they are prohibitive but more than in other places, coffee at 250 DH, food for 500 DH, etc. Otherwise it's a luxury to have your own private pool and the silence of the area.

Beautiful hotel very good restaurant one of the best chef in Morocco in my opinion I highly recommend you to try this culinary experience.

Booked to stay here back in February 2018. Received an email today to say that my booking this September had been cancelled due to an invalid credit card. Apparently notified 24 hours ago, except had no notification or contact prior. Called up within 20 minutes to resolve and told that if I wanted to keep my booking I would now have to pay €500 more. They refused to honour the booking. Disgraceful. Book at your own risk. Holiday ruined.

Quality telephone service, a hotel offering rooms for 14, Asian soap, condoms, wine dating from before the cosmic Christ as well as sensual two-sided massages on demand. On the menu, there are appetizing dishes such as blacks dancing on a banana bed. The staff are kind and having conversation, we enjoyed the history of Marseille.

Even in the middle of Ramadan and late in the post the staff was very friendly. The setting is pretty but the ideal lies in the private Riads which are very spacious and in which you can isolate yourself from the crowds and enjoy as a family a garden and a private pool with all the services of the hotel. Very good compromise.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal in the Medina, less than a 10-minute walk from Jemaa El Fna square.

Great hotel with really great rooms. Service was good but it always took some time until the food arrived. Other than that it was a wonderful weekend.

It has everything you need along with great service.

Very warm welcome, the riads of some rooms have a staff of their own and fully available to the guests. The rooms are quite large, the bathroom is very large stone, the bedding comfortable. Private pool in the Riad. Breakfast is served on the large dining table of the Riad, which is very nice.
The staff is on top and we had the right to a demonstration of Moroccan cuisine recipe at breakfast, a very interesting bonus and a good time spent.

I advise the ryads privatized for families. Very nice place. A small haven of peace at the entrance to the Medina of Marrakech!

Well, to start with, we have stayed in this hotel for 3 or 4 times. Our last stay in December was just something out of possible. To be precise:
1. The managers are arrogant and are unable to face and cope with critical point of view! We were woken up at 6am due to the fact that the employees were cleaning the swimming pool with heavy hoovers. The manager, instead of saying we are so sorry, casually mentioned that we were the only people who had got disturbed.
2. We booked the room in advanced, it means in August, and we got the confirmation. However, in December, shortly before our stay, we got contacted, that the remaining amount to be charged at once. The argument was : to insure that you have a room in our hotel. The amount was charged automatically. Of course, it is against the agreement. The managers, one of them was mr. Mustapha, was unable to say sorry. And of course, we got a compensation: two plastic bags.
3. On the second day of our stay we noticed that it was impossible to close the balcony doors. We called the reception in order to have the doors repaired. It was impossible. The reason for the broken balcony doors is the burglars. Of course, this fact is unimportant for the hotel management.
4. There were, in addition, so many negative aspects during our stay, but I do not want to bother anyone with them. But one incident is worth mentioning. Before setting off early in the morning, we decided to pay the bill in the evening.

The location of the hotel, the quality of the reception, the quality of the services and especially the catering with a Chef of very high level make the Naoura a privileged place whether you are tourists or golfer to recommend + + + + +

Really loved our stay here. It was a lovely escape, and we were offered an upgrade to the junior suite which was so lovely. Could not fault the hotel. Would recommend to our friends. Breakfast was good but a little on the expensive side of 275MD per person.

The Naoura spa is very far from the prestige of the French barriers. The treatment rooms are without any privacy (open door) and beauticians pleasant but far from competent. The "micro-peeling" male programme is to be avoided urgently. The treatments are unpleasant, painful and abrasive. My companion ended up with the skin sharp on his face. When he complained of pain during the treatment the beautician told him that it was perfectly normal and that the benefits of care would be felt afterwards. He must now take care of a dermatologist to treat the damage caused by this treatment. Unacceptable.
As for the restoration, you will have to iron. The pool snack is limited, but the most disappointing is undoubtedly the restaurant "Fouquet", also, very far from the Parisian prestige. Bland dishes, and a tasteless couscous, which has nothing to do with local traditions.
The rooms are still very nice, and the staff extremely helpful and friendly.

The Barrier Group is a spirit, a form of excellence. Naoura is the essence of this in Morocco. Sleeping, strolling or dining is a pleasure that is constantly renewed.

Great staff, beautiful hotel, and they serve beer wine and cocktails (not that common in Marrakech).

Friendly staff, Hotel has a good location inside the city of Marrakech (between old and new town), breakfast is local and individual, hotel is sometimes crowded.

When I stepped into the breakfast kitchen, I was fascinated by his Open breakfast bar! This is not just the idea of the heart of the management of an attitude, too much like!

I loved this hotel! I'll be there again when I come back to Marrakech. It's very beautiful, comfortable, with a wonderful staff. Only problem: Wi-Fi connection was too slow.
