Very well located. A bit tricky to find it, but rooms are nice.

A very nice hotel with a great location. Prices were fair. The hotel was clean, secure and comfy.

Cleanliness and location are the main advantages of this establishment. Also the staff helps a lot and gives conversation. It shows that the rooms are cool in case someone travels in summer.
At first difficult to locate (one arrives better from the place Jemaa El Fna) The Baths a little dirty and occasionally they had no paper. Breakfasts are simple (if you are looking in the city you can have better breakfast) but for comfort they are good. The terrace is very nice (no spectacular views). If someone is very annoyed with the noise it may disturb the rooms to the patio where you hear all the conversations of the people passing by.

Nice hotel, small but clean rooms. Beautiful rooftop and big breakfast. We paid 220 DH per room with breakfast — we just went there, we did not booked it via booking.

Great value for money Basic and essential.

Great price. Cold in winter, especially in the rooms on the roof. Very good location within walking distance of everything. Definitely a "budget" hotel though.

Small rooms, but good price and really good position, literally 1 minute walk for the famous Jaama el Fna. Informal and nice staff.

I stayed 1 week there in a double room with shared shower. The room was clean and tidy but very noisy, you can hear everybody in the hotel that was speaking. We also had a problem with the person on the reception, he took our shisha and didn't want to give it back, so I considered that it was stolen by him, so be very careful with your belongings.

Very nice, clean, centrally located one minute from the square. Fairly low prices and with the inevitable terrace overlooking the medina.

Totally decent little room for an okay price just steps from the main square in Morocco. The roof patio is nice, too!

For the price you pay, this riad has everything you need. We are a couple and we are paying 170dh every night (this is our last night) : big bed or two small together and a little sink, that's it. But I tell you, everything is very clean, I did not find any single hair on the sheets or things like that, neither bugs around. For 25dh you get a complete breakfast with jus d'orange, coffee, egg, bread, crepe, butter, jam and cheese. You can take the breakfast at one of the beautiful tables they have on the terrace. The terrace up to the last floor (3rd floor) has two parts and it's soooo beautiful. There's also a beautiful inner terrace where all the rooms are facing to. It has only three bathrooms, each one in a different floor. They are communal for boys and girls and there is no toilet paper so you better buy at the shop. There's also a shower in each floor, and to get hot water you gotta wait and wait. We made a reservation the first time we came, but then we came twice with no reservation and it was difficult to host us. I recommend you to book it before just in case. There are two guys keeping the keys. They take turns for that, and both are nice. One speaks also spanish and the other one it's'nt but he smiles more, so "una por otra" haha. Nice and cheap place. Incredible close to Jemaa El Fna. Hard to find how to get there at the beginning, so find its website through HostelWorld or so.

There is no better located twenty metres from place Djeema-el-Fna square, rooms simple, literally simple but functional, with shared facilities. But at this price, it is already great if it includes a very nice terrace and a friendly staff.
