Dirty, unfriendly and … wrong place! My boyfriend and I had booked in another hostel, Dar Yasmine, a month in advance and — as it happened to many (so I read) — we were told that there was a problem with our room and that they were going to lead us to their other hostel. We were quickly shown the room (no explanation about breakfast, terrace etc. ), which was on the ground floor, GLASS door ON the main hall, only a curtain. 0 privacy. The bathroom didn't have a shower plate (no curtains), so basically everytime you showered there was a lake in the entire bathroom, we had to use flipflops, and the ONLY way of ventilating the bathroom was a small top window that opened on…? The Kitchen!. At night the sweaty smell of the matress as much as the curtains and the sofa was awful. Very unfurnished in general, I think we were lucky enough to get toilet paper! On top of that, we did not hear the staff apologising ONE single time, and we were charged the full amount of the staying! As if we had stayed in the much better room booked initially. Usually, when hostels have inconvenience, they try to compensate with kindness at least. Nothing like that. Just the minimum required, but we definitely were not taken good care of. They must be used to this "shower problem" (ALIAS overbooking). The people I spoke to during breakfast had a nice staying if in groups, so for that it must be a reasonable option I assume. But in our case… NEVER again.

We loved every minute of our stay. The driver picked us from airport. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. My 2 boys loved it. The breakfast was tasty. There is a roof trace. Nothing we asked was to much trouble. We definitely will be coming back. The location is great.

Well located Hotel, breakfast well but the broken beds held with some stone below and many taxes and they do not deliver bill when paying.

This was a great place to spend the night. For less than 10 USD, I got a bed, a reasonably functional hot shower, and a wonderful breakfast. The people were interesting and the owners were very helpful.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff :) the only disadvantage is that they have recommended us a guys who organise desert trip. The trip was totally under our expectations and didn't meet the plan we diiscussed before. We had a feeling we had been deceived.

This hostel in Fez was an amazing experience. The staff was so gracious and helpful (shout out to Said! ). It was the first time my friend and I had ever been to Africa and this was the first hostel we stayed at. The staff met us at our cab and guided us through the medina. They offered guided tours of the medina, served a decent breakfast and offered up some great hookah. My friend and I enjoyed our time so much here we stayed over 5 nights. Dar Rabha helped us set up our travel arrangements to Chefchaouen and even to the Sahara Desert. Thank you guys so much for making our visit to Morocco such an awesome vacation!

Don't stay with them they are irresponsible. Once you leave the place they don't help you. I had a really bad experience with them. Please take your time to read before you decide to book. They took my passport once I arrived for record, but he didn't do it straight away he was talking to his family. I stand there looked at them talking. I was starved after 12hours with no foods, I stink after 3days no shower from desert, my baggage were not where to place. He was chatting for ages I couldn't wait anymore so I told him I need food first. He said he will give me back my passport later but he didn't give it back to me. I know some part its my responsible cause I shouldn't forget about my passport but I was really tired after long traveling. They are the host, there were plenty of time to give it back to me, I was there two days one night but they didn't give it to me. Even after they knew my passport was with them they didn't inform me, no call, no message. I found out after I reached Chefchaouen which is 4-5hours away. I called the guy, he doesn't showed any care. After so many time calling him to make sure they send me the passport I got it from a bus driver. A bus driver that come to chefchaouen. He didn't come on time I waited him for 2hours. He threatened me for 200dirham to give me back my passport. This is not my fully responsible and this hostel host should bargain with the driver or tell me the price before he gave it to anyone.

Nice place! You will have difficulties explaining yourself when you speak english only. Rooms get damp and cold in the winter season but that is expected from moroccan low-budget accommodation anyway. Bit hard to find.

The riad is beautifull decorated amazing Moroccan Courtyard and large room and service is great breakfast is hugo? :).
