Don't stay with them they are irresponsible. Once you leave the place they don't help you. I had a really bad experience with them. Please take your time to read before you decide to book. They took my passport once I arrived for record, but he didn't do it straight away he was talking to his family. I stand there looked at them talking. I was starved after 12hours with no foods, I stink after 3days no shower from desert, my baggage were not where to place. He was chatting for ages I couldn't wait anymore so I told him I need food first. He said he will give me back my passport later but he didn't give it back to me. I know some part its my responsible cause I shouldn't forget about my passport but I was really tired after long traveling. They are the host, there were plenty of time to give it back to me, I was there two days one night but they didn't give it to me. Even after they knew my passport was with them they didn't inform me, no call, no message. I found out after I reached Chefchaouen which is 4-5hours away. I called the guy, he doesn't showed any care. After so many time calling him to make sure they send me the passport I got it from a bus driver. A bus driver that come to chefchaouen. He didn't come on time I waited him for 2hours. He threatened me for 200dirham to give me back my passport. This is not my fully responsible and this hostel host should bargain with the driver or tell me the price before he gave it to anyone. The ticket price from fes to chefchaouen is 70dirham, I wasn't in the bus and I need to pay 200dirham. I am not happy at all cause they host were not helpful once you leave the place and they don't realize that they have responsible with the mistake they made. I got threatened lots of money to get my passport because of the host not doing their job well. Even after the mistake the made they were not trying to help or showed any concern. They didn't say sorry, didn't call and didn't ask. I traveled for years, they are the most irresponsible host ever! If you are still going to stay with them that's fine. Second, make sure you don't join their tour guide cause is just about selling you their homemade things in medina. If you don't buy it you will get faces from the tour guide. Third, their number that they provided are not working. They might give you new number after you send them an email or message online but the new number is not going to work again. And they will contact you with another number. It's hard to contact them, plenty of numbers but non of them are working all the time, or no one pick up the phone. Irresponsible is what I can say. Good luck if you are staying with them. Take good care of yourself cause they are not going to help you.
