Very close to the beach (although with partial view). Excellent location, close to important points of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included is buffet, very good, fresh food. Clean rooms with remote controlled air conditioning. Low prices relative to the size of the rooms and the services they contain.

It is a great place to stay. The people are super friendly, the owner is very attentive and helpful, the breakfast buffet, despite not being very varied, has a very good taste.
The location is excellent, one street from the boardwalk, 10 minutes by bus from downtown, very convenient to see the sunrise.
The room was clean and with the necessary amenities, new air conditioning and very nice bathrooms.

On arrival we were very good, the place is very clean, it's nice. The location is excellent because it is not a busy street but a block pass Q routes take you to the center and several beaches, there are many places to eat nearby and the beach is three blocks away you can walk or take a truck. The "Buffet" although it offers several dishes is very limited one day they had milk and the next day did not, and the same Q served the previous day they gave it again at breakfast the next day. This really wasn't much of a problem until the day we left we happened to go to the beach, we came back full of sand obviously and at the time of bathing it was so much the sand Q was left x everywhere. They charged us two hundred extra pesos which according to them was because they had to send them to clean the towels. Sorry but other than the way we were told it left a lot to be desired on the part of the "receptionist" I am very disappointed and surprised since it is obvious that leaving sand is a hotel that is on the beach and those towels have to be washed every time you use N. I found it excessive in bad taste and left me very bad impression of the hotel. Too bad because the rooms, the other receptionist, the prices and the location are excellent. I won't be back after that bad attitude and bad deal at the time of my check out.
