Pecimo atencio al cliente… cuando llegamos nuestro cuarto esta bien caliente bajamos a decirles si podiamos agarar otro cuarto con aire y vista a la calle… nos dijieron que hasta las 3 nos ivan a dar otro. Se dieron casi las 4 y nuestro cuarto nomas no estava listo… hasta que finalmente subimos al cuarto y todavia lo estavan limpiando esperamos como otros 10 minutos. Al entrar al cuarto fuimos a ver la alberca… horible estava toda sucia y la agua cafe… la verdad si saben que en estas fechas ahi jente deverian ser mas amables y tener mas limpio. Nosotros no volvemos a llegar aqui.

Please note that not all rooms have control for Air-condition. We always had to call a reception who send maintenance guy with bunch of controls to adjust temperature. Totally unacceptable. Otherwise it is a Nice hotel with great room and good comfortable hard bed. Please note that all spa services are for additional charge for minimal amount 400MXN which we didn't know before.
