It is a central place and very near to the consulate there are places where you can go walking, the restaurant service to the room is super well. You are rich. Food. At an affordable price.

I called to inquire about the bed size in the guest rooms. The phone was answered by someone who did not speak English. When I asked in Spanish did they speak English, they said no and hung up on me as I was asking was someone else available who spoke English. Needless to say they lost a customer who was paying for an entire week. Hotel Roma or Best Western here I come!

Great place, right in the center of Matamoros Downtown area… clean facilities, the staff is friendly and helpful… and the food from the hotel's restaurant is great… definitely I will be staying here on my next visits!

Love my home away from home;have been staying here for nearly 3 years and have never had a bad experience;the staff go out of their way for the guests!
