Super bad service at reception, I just went today Wednesday 17 to book and the girl didn't even return me good morning, all the time she has a bitter face and didn't even say thank you
Almost every week I go to book there because of the proximity to my business and the customer service at reception is lousy.

Literally Unbeatable price, had to stay here for a week in order to attend visa at us consulate as its pretty close. Clean rooms with calm corridors, Ac works great even during midst of summer. Great room service nd overall respect dealing with customers. Its does have a small gym. Hotel also have a restaurant downstairs, serves breakfast to dinner. While breakfast is on house, rest of the dishes are really good and tasty. During my stay of week I almost tried all the dishes in the menu. Totally liked them. Couple of — things, Wi-Fi needs to improve, quite slow, may be add a kettle or microwave to the rooms.

Have stayed here a few times, but this time was different, staff were rude to us, no cars on parking lot and we wanted to switch rooms, they said tjey were booked but no cars in parking lot, every time we came down saw no one, and still no cars out in lot, I have been here and parking lot was full and still got a room switched … Dnt recommend this place ill find some where else to stay…

Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms and an area for children, the TV service is limited, there are few channels. This central and good point especially if you come to apply for the American visa.

It is a very nice hotel where staying one night, I live in the city and still went because we really like this hotel.

Good place as advertised good bedrooms, good service and its restaurant serves good quality food, no doubt the next time I visit Matamoros I will stay there.

The hotel was a pretty nice one, there was no fridge or microwave in the rooms an the free Wi-Fi is so slow that you can’t even watch a movie on Netflix.

Hello today is going to be my first day going to matamoros tamps I was looking thru the enternet for hotels near the bridge don't wanna drive to far in wanna be close to the border, is this a safe place? what about Price's? help plz.

Quiet place, close to the center, close to the consulate and in a decent area, ample parking, good attention, the rooms are nice, good combination of colors and decoration inside and outside the rooms, the lobby is comfortable to be a while sitting watching the " Feis "When there are soccer games you can see them there, the hotel offers free breakfast that are decent and very rich, the only thing is that the coffee tastes horrible and there is no coffee maker in the hotel. The restaurant is not your forte much less but it is passable.
All in all it's a good place to stay.

Got there in late night around 3:00 am and was told there is no check in from 3:00 am to 6:00 am. Finally was given room about an hour later after asking them. The gym is poorly equipped with equipment that does not work properly. Internet is slow or does not work at all at times. Breakfast is good and the rooms are well kept and clean. Will continue staying here but they need to improve the gym and internet.

Very good service, the treatment is the best, good facilities, the food is fantastic and the bedrooms are comfortable with good space, I would gladly return to this Hotel.

Excellent place! No one spoke English, but it was surprisingly nice and clean. Felt safe and right down the street, there's a convenience store. Only wish they had a pool. Breakfast was great also!

The hotel is decent and I really like the restaurant. Has good variety of dishes for lunch and dinner. Ample parking.

Very good service in general, in the restaurant the waiter very friendly just a suggestion, in my case I attended a lunch on the occasion of the meeting of the work and the noise of the tvs distraian a little, so that sugereria lower the volume. Thank you.

It is great being here is like a paradise for my have many great things that surely no one will want to lose on this holiday and rooms are very cosy and beautiful as all the other. And if I do not in fact believe I'm just now at this hotel.

Excellent room, especially considering the price. The only detail is that if you may request a room at levels above is best as much noise is heard on the floor below.
