Excellent service and very rich super recommended.

Overall the hotel is good. The only thing I did not like were the pillows, they were very watery and the air conditioning does not work properly; they told me that it is almost in general. They offered me to change my room but I didn't accept since I was leaving the next day. The ideal is that they solve it and do not spend it changing the guests that once installed it is annoying to change rooms.

I recommend it to you all over platinum status around the world. 　Classic taste recalls nostalgia. The facility is not new, but it is properly maintained. 　Reception staff is polite and sincere. Housekeeping is also very wonderful. Both of them feel great hospitality and can be likable. 　The reason for subtracting one star is because the cocktail time of the club lounge, many waiters are rude. They make loud noise. They do not respect the upper class clients.

It is a hotel with a good location close to department store spaces, Gastronomícos centers and sports areas. It has close to everything you need, also not far away are tourist areas such as the Museum of sale, the Natural History Museum, Parque Tomás Garrido and the House of the Earth. As for the service, it has a good care and facilities duly cared for the lodging, meetings of businesses and events.

Only attending the symposium of General Medicine by the Medical College of Tabasco, is very nice location along with the facilities eventhough I was only in the classroom for the papers. I hope to attend the hotel again.

Recommended the food buffet, delicious. The chef makes a different daily special dish just ask for it in the omelet bar.

The hotel has excellent rooms and facilities, the breakfast is extraordinary in variety and quality, the only negative is that if you send clothes to the laundry you must pay this service in reception so you can take it back to the room, never I've seen this in another hotel.

I came to a wedding and the light went out all day and there was no hot water. Many of the guests (foreigners) bathed in cold water although they offered us a bucket of hot water. They did not want to repay anything which I think is very wrong! Only some had breakfast courtesies, at least I didn't.

Lousy attention! I went to visit a cousin with my baby and literally chased me around the hotel like I was delinquent. They wanted me to give them my ID and pay 750 for going to talk! Had to talk my cousin to the manager so they would leave us alone… and the hotel was empty! I'm not surprised by that deal.

Excellent hotel, the rooms are very comfortable, spacious and clean. They have everything you need for a good rest. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was great and the pool was excellent. The food in the condiment restaurant is very tasty and its buffet breakfast as well as the food very rich and varied. Highly recommended the hotel.

Asistí a un evento ahí… Y la respuesta del personal acargo deja mucho que desear… Los asistentes no tienen idea del alcance de servicios que ellos mismos venden. Y el estacionamiento se cobra por entrada… No por evento. Así que si tienes que salir 20 veces. 20 veces pagas el estacionamiento… Que lamentable.

A comfortable place with very good look before real way, the breakfast is good the food not so much. Rooms very clean and the details cared for, the staff are not acomedido but if you have attitude if you press them. The lounges even that are great the service offered by banquets is limited offer for certain people and does not meet the contract, I would not really hire with them ever again.
There are better options in VILLAHERMOSA.

Last time I went, the service at the resataurant was to a tad bit slow even tho the place was relatively empty, the foood was good tho.

It is a good hotel with a nice swimming pool and some amenities. Beds are confortables and rooms are vintage decorated. Due to weather conditions in Villahermosa, rooms smell like humedity but ir is not tío bad.

Amazing Hotel! This was my first time in Mexico. I'm not gonna to lie I was very scared. But this place made me feel 100% safe when I was leaving the hotel I had a taxi pick me up and one of the staff there said thank you for staying here and asked if we felt safe with that taxi driver if we knew him before we got in and yes we had a friend referred him but that made me feel they cared for my safety. The hotel was extremely clean and the food in the hotel was to die for. Overall I can't say enough about this place I want to say one of the best places I have ever stayed and I have stayed at 100's of hotels.

The Hotel is pretty cool. I loved the scale they had in the bathroom because I am a fitness guy. They also have have comfortable beds, iron and ice dispenser. It would be great if they offer shoe polisher and free Wi-Fi during the whole stay, not only 1 day. Food was very good in the restaurant, as well as the room service. It was awesome I could get printing servics for free during the convention. The amenities such as the gym were awesome. They offered snacks like apples inside the gym. There were some leaking tubes in the place but the service was awesome. Invoices were given very fast.

The hotel is difficult to reach by car due to insufficient signage, but has a private parking.
The facility is very large and the lobby is majestic with a host of staff at the doors and desks very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately the rooms only represent the memory of a 5-star past, the air conditioning is loud, and furnishings and accessories are dated. Completely empty minibar. Not recommended except for one night at a super cheap price.

There was an incident in the toilets of the restaurant a person of the third age couldn't get to the bathroom and built by the floor both outside and inside the bathroom and took a long time to go to limpiatlo, despite the fact that we were several people that we report.

Excellent facilities, treatment, warm staff, roomservice, service, breakfast bufett, very rich and varied and there are different options to the letter! Children's area is very wide the only thing I would appreciate would be more channels on the tv. Highly recommended.

An awesome experience if you have the cash to spend in it. Did not eat in it, so I dont know how's the food like, but the place is clean, it's an awesome service, the pool and the steam bath is awesome.
