The hotel is very comfortable there is no question, but when we went we received an extortion call which gave details of the room and others that we had only given the hotel staff. In addition to that there was a day that did not make the cleanliness of our room because according to this our room was not registered, I do not go again nor recommend to go to this hotel since in my opinion filter your private information.

Very good hotel, I have been to many hotels in Villahermosa, some of lower cost and others of higher cost, and I can definitely say that the Hampton is the best hotel price, comfort and benefited. This weekend I stayed at the Graham thinking it would be a good choice to spend Christmas, but be disappointed, all weekend I spent the thought, as I did not leave the Hampton, no doubt a mistake I will never commit again.

The meeting room is very comfortable and with adequate lighting for any type of event or presentation, the staff very attentive.

It is the only hotel in Villahermosa where they really make you feel welcome. Friendly atmosphere and very good location.

Hotel and grounds are very clean and pristine. The staff is exceptional in making you feel comfortable and make sure all your needs are met. We have 3 dogs with us and there were no problems booking a room. Great place to stay!

Nice bedrooms, comfortable, clean and spacious — > Everything that you need for 1/2 nights. The breakfast is OK but the restaurant itself sucks… We ordered some pastas for dinner and we did not feel so good afterwards. It has airport shuttle for free, but only from 7am, and if one person already booked it, you really have to insist that you need it as well, otherwise they suggest you to pay a taxi — like the shuttle should be for 1 person only.

First off wonderful staff I have never been treated so well in a hotel. Secondly, the rooms are very clean have a great view of the city. Third, the breakfast is really good the Oxaca tamels are so good and the freshly squeezed orange juice. Great hotel with a Great enviorment, pet friendly, at a great price. Well come back and recommend.

Pros: — Clean and comfortable room. — Breakfast buffet is better than Holiday inn express. — Meals The fact burger and Salad berries are delicious. Cons: Not found out yet… to be picky is no swimming pool.
