The main characteristic of this hotel is the excellent treatment of all, from the reception, the parking, the Bellboys and the restaurant. The firm is a very good sample of regional food, which by the way is the best we tried. They accepted our small pets and the room has a small rustic terrace which, along with our pick-up bag, served perfect to avoid our classic morning of taking them outside. Roofed parking, good weather… all right!

The location is exellent if you plan to visit UJAT university. It is also very close to "La Venta" museum. The staff is always polite and willing to help you at all times. The lobby area is big and well decorated, and the rooms are quite big, they include everything you need for a pleasant stay. The pool area is small and cozy, but the best asset to it is the view since it's located on the roof.

It is a very good hotel, attentive and srviciales the only 2 things that I found annoying was the internet that sometimes grabs and sometimes are disconnected and the keys of the gate was annoyed that with being next to the phone will be erased the pass for the fourth but from there, the rest all very good.

Well, it's located near to one of the most important avenues of the city (Av. Adolfo Ruiz Cortinez and Av. Universidad, the services that I get were fine, the rooms are so pretty and confortables and I will return soon for pleasure.

I host for 4 days. The service was bad. Every day I had that go to reception porq wash not opened. Poor cleaning and the fourth had an unpleasant aroma. The last day leave under the guard of the reception my luggage, where it was stolen a IPAD. Which to a despite cameras, nobody is responsible.
I do not recommend it for anything.

I love the room service, although I have q to admit that pass a cold night, ask for blankets when staying here.
