Unfortunately I did not like the hotel, first there is no active restaurant, being that before my arrival by wsp they invite to the restaurant, I ordered Swiss enchiladas for room service and I do not know if the chicken or something was made to lose I could not eat them, the air conditioning can not be modified I do not recommend it. Bad experience.

Excellent staff, good location, excellent breakfast, the room is quite comfortable and the interior design is nice, apart has a breathtaking view, and all at a good price; My recommendation is that you can improve the bathroom and upgrade with the air conditioner, but I would still return to stay.

Place with good facilities, good service from all your staff, almost always there are rooms available. The food in their restaurant is good but the service is a little late, it has outdoor parking but there is vigilance all the time.

Good hotel, is very central to where we were we had Q pass by the hotel, people serve you in a nice way, I just would have liked some shop on the terrace or in the pool to spend the most enjoyable time, the prices of food a la carte is somewhat expensive.

The facilities are good, has pool its the cost is super accessible, and but the front desk staff should be able to treat the guest are of the most impolite especially a Miss Ruby, more than rude, the other staff is super friendly.

It is an excellent hotel, good attention from the service staff, in its restaurant serves very rich food with a good variety and from the waiters is provided a quality attention with excellent kindness, very recommendable hotel.

It Is very cozy the only air conditioned to veses not serve because they are old and some waiters are less cordial in case resection are very attentive in particular the stay is pleasant.

The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The location is OK, you have many places within reach. The staff makes you feel welcome, there is good hygiene in both the rooms and the rest of the hotel.

Only one suggestion the internet was not stable.

Everything was ok! The rooms are too big, it has 2 rooms, one with 1 king size bed and the other one with 2 single beds, includes a little living room, kitchen and a big bathroom. It also has a pool at the roof and a restaurant.

The strong point of the place is their good service and the friendliness of their employees, at all times are very helpful. The facilities are actually very ordinary. I used a Junior Suite, with two rooms and three beds, but the furniture is old, no décor in the rooms, the mattresses are a little comfortable, the air conditioning system as it is very old and noisy. It has a small room with a sink lavatrastes, which makes no sense since that is not equipped with a kitchenette, grill, oven, or refrigerator, in such a way that the space is very badly used. The breakfast is not free and not cheap, but the quality of their food is good. In conclusion I think this is an acceptable place but very ordinary, good for stays of very short-term. If I had to stay in Villahermosa again, I was looking for another option.

El hotel tiene excelente ubicación, el servicio de limpieza es muy bueno y las habitaciones son cómodas, lo único que llega a fallar es el servicio de internet por lo que hay que tener un poco de paciencia.
