Good budget hotel with a impeccable location. Good staff and clean installations.

Best experience for the price, I've been in other hotels for the same price and they don't have the same service.

The Hotel itself can Be One of The Best around the Area but You Have To Be Careful With The Valet Parking If You left Small Accessories Like Earphones, car Adapter, External Battery Can Disappear and Never come Back; usually I'm a Traveler and Is My First Time that I Lost a Accessory in This Hotel; It’s No Fair I Work Hard to Get my stuff and Even every time I Can I Give Money to the Valet parking Service.

Hotel nothing exceptional, rests well, acceptable breakfast, in shower good pressure, small room, has iron, tv, safe. Just to be 2 days, no more, the bad: the attention of the girls of the reception, they need training, they are not at all friendly, even, and that because we observe that in this Hotel as normal couples enter for a night of passage, and the attention to the guest quel comes from so far (like us) you are asked wrong things, in bad taste, very bad, in the old, old and noisy air conditioner, no control to level the air, the atmosphere is vitiated and you have to get up in the middle of the night to turn off, and on, there was no hot water in the morning in room 111, have no donkey ironing, at 8:30 am they knock your door to know if you have clothes for the laundry, and that day you already retire, I wish and have a list of the guests who leave the room at 12 o'clock, and those who are not to be disturbed, I have never seen that in a hotel in their lighting have motion sensor, it makes it look very poor, ugly and dark. Now you know, take precautions, if you're planning to stay.

Comfortable place and with good attention.

The location of the hotel is excellent, there are places to eat, or to walk around. The rooms are very comfortable, it offers a very nice comfort and the service is excellent.

Attentive Staff, fresh water with fruit in the day and coffee in the mornings courtesy. Excellent this detail on the part of the administration. I Definitely recommend it.

The price of the hotel is excellent, it is not expensive, and the location is very good right in the downtown of Villahermosa, the rooms are quit good, and the only problem that was found was the air conditioner, it offers free breakfast and there is a gym.

Good Place to rest, the rooms are a little girls but they are comfortable and the advantage is that you can check out until 5pm, I think that's a good thing, plus the staff is attentive and they help you in whatever you need.

Excellent value for money, very good facilities and very rich breakfast. The murals on the stairs are pretty, so it's worth a little exercise and put the elevator aside. Although it does not have parking the valet parking solves it quite well. Very good option to make base, one or two nights, and to move towards the Haciendas Cacaoateras, the Archaeological park of the sale and the Regional Museum of Anthropology Carlos Pellicer.

This hotel is located in the Centre of the town of Villahermosa. Not really parking in the hotel, you have to leave your car to the valet which is very efficient. The entrance to the hotel is pretty good but the corridors and rooms are aging. The room was rather spacious with a very light entrance door that did not block the noise. Window that overlooks the walls of other buildings. Really not very nice and not very clean. Everything else was fine. Breakfast is a nice buffet.
No nice restaurant around the hotel.

The hotel is located in the city centre, the staff is helpful even when they don't respect the reservation, they give you the room available. The rooms are clean but very small.

At least I had a horrible view, I know it is not a tourist agency, but at the reception they do not know how to orient in basic questions of their city. The night light in the room was not good, luckily the Wi-Fi worked very well and the buffet breakfast although limited in variety, is rich. They allow you to keep your baggage while your flight leaves.

It's a cute place, it feels confortable. I really liked colors, the treatment it's okey, it's difficult to drive to the hotel.

I spent 15 days, the weather is already very old, loud, that would be the only downside of my stay.

The air conditioning this horrible, serves but is very noisy. I host several years ago with a few colleagues, Paola, blankets, gaby, snowman, the gohu or hugo something. Very cool.
