My wife Erika and I had the joy of spending a few weeks in Mexico this past summer, and luckily it included a few days at this unique hotel in Puebla. The service was beyond any expectations we might have had. Jose Luis the manager and everyone else made us feel so welcome and special while we were there. The food was incredible and the architecture had so much history that added an extra star to our stay. Our girls were so pleased that they did not want to leave. We would highly recommend this hotel to our family, friends or anyone else planning to visit Puebla.

Primera vez que no doy 5 estrellas a un Rosewood. La persona de recepción no estaba seguro de los horarios, así que al subir al bar la vista linda pero habían cerrado. Estaba helado el restaurante y las mantas que ofrecen parecen manteles. El mantel tenía un hoyo y el supervisor la regó con el servicio que la mesera había ya llevado bien. Menú de cocteleria super básico solo clásicos. Eso si la comida fue espectacular, la burrata, pork belly y pulpo a la brasa excelente.

The service here is world-class. The room and amenities are astounding, especially the view from the rooftop pool and bar. Everything about this place is extraordinary. If you’re traveling to Puebla City, be sure to stay here. We’ll be back for sure!

Expect nothing less than Excellence. Though, a "tlayuda" for a bar snack seems to much for me. Nevertheless, if you come only to the hotel, Rosewood offers you what YOU deserve (make reservation via website)! Trully, Rosewood are the best Hotels.

AC didn’t work on our first night. It was set to cool to 66 degrees (18C) but our room stayed at 72. The problem was fixed eventually next day thanks to hardworking and attentive staff. The hotel, the bar and the restaurant are all first rate.

We (my wife, kid, and I) stayed at the Rosewood for a couple of nights while visiting Puebla, and were super impressed. The architect pulled off combining 400 year old ruins with a modern building, creating a unified design. We dined a few times in Rosewood's restaurants, Pasquinel and Cafe Azul, and both were great. My 8 year old son particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool, which has a stunning view of Puebla. We enjoyed visiting the sites in Puebla and Cholula, and look forward to returning.

You can relax in the beautiful spa, the view of Puebla from your roof is not good, it is unreal beautiful! Far outweighed my expectations. The best hotel in Puebla without a doubt!
