This is our second time in this beautiful romantic friendly hotel, reason is the staff and wonderful accommodations near by all restaurants and bar walking distance store and pharmacy across the road and thanks to Miguel, Che and all their helpful staff made this a wonderful vacation! We will be back next year for sure! Gracias a todos Tago!

Can’t recommend Tago Tulum enough! The hotel is beautifully situated right on the beach with beach views even from the “jungle” rooms. The concierge staff, Becky and Morgan, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. They made local recommendations and dinner reservations nearly every day/night. They also made us feel safe and comfortable in this covid world! The on-site restaurant is amazing and you get a delightful breakfast and bottle of water in your room daily. Avocado toast and Salmon toast were two of our go tos and never disappointed. Honestly, can’t say enough about the beautiful accommodations and wonderful staff at Tago Tulum! If you’re on the fence, save yourself some trouble and book here!

Very nice hotel with big and beautiful miy rooms.
The shower is separate and contains two showers for two people.
The bed is big and very comfortable.
The air conditioning has functions for drying and lowers the temperature.
The balcony is large and has a private pool.
The people staying at this hotel are very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is amazing!
The only thing are the rations… you have to be careful when ordering some conid, as a snack can be a big dish.
Prices are based on the high stand of the hotel and are not bad.

Charming hotel: 20 very quiet rooms by the sea.
Very nice rooms with small private pool. Very beautiful beach unfortunately invaded according to the currents of sargasses that hotels remove from the morning. Breakfast service a little slow according to the waiters but what a pleasure to have breakfast with your feet in the sand!

Have only great comments to make about this hotel. We decided on Tulum for our honeymoon and couldn't have picked a better location. Coral Tulum is a beautiful hotel and we chose the suite Burbuja with an ocean view. The room was amazing, everything in the room flows, from the double shower, to the beautiful sink and full length mirror. The bed faces the ocean and once you open the wooden doors you have the most serene view of the ocean. The room also has its own pool and it's perfect. The breakfast was included and service/food also was top notch. During the day we opted to walk to Ana y Jose (sister property) due to more activity and less seaweed — service and food there was also impeccable. We would grab a pallapa and have full service during the entire day. Overall we were very pleased with our experience. I am a hotel major and have 15+ years of experience in hospitality — therefore I am very picky when it comes to spending my own money in a hotel. I only have great things to say about Coral Tulum and I couldnt be happier with our choice. Beautiful facility and away from any noisy beach club… but close enough where 100 pesos and a quick cab ride would take you anywhere in the tulum beach or tulum town.

Very warm welcome Grace to Marisol. Rooms with small individual pool very spacious and very well oriented. Missing a large pool. The sea is impassable during the influx of brown algae, constant during the four days spent in February 2018. Very classic cuisine and breakfasts. Restaurant service far too slow. Room service very well.

Wow! Stay far away! If you've ever been worried about a bait and switch unsafe place, you found it. I highly recommend avoiding this place. This is the solid worst place I've ever visited in Mexico.

Restaurant cilantros has very good food and wines, very nice service and music. Pity the green wall is fake… But who cares! :-)

Incredible hotel by the beach, each room has a great lap pool to hang out. Easy to get to anything in Tulum.

Just finished lunch. After waiting 45 minutes for a salad and having all other food served we're told they don't have a key ingredient, the substitution takes another 20 and there was no consideration on the bill. Food was good, but c'mon!

Beautiful beach and amazing service.

Ask for second floor rooms. Beach front are way better than the others and much more Price worthy than the rest. Great food! Spicy Lobster empanadas and lobster carpaccio/ceviche are a must! Breakfast on the Beach is lovely. Slight problem on the colors choices, but lovely people to make up for it.
