The tacos were not that great. Tuna was overcooked and lobster did not need to be fried.

Lovely place, with a super cute sea view, good food, not cheap but for the service they provide and the food they offer you this well.

Beautiful hotel, rich food. The downside is that the pool is freezing.

As hotel should be wonderful, I used it as a beach club.

We didn't stay here, only for lunch, which was fine but not great. The best part was handrolled fresh tortillas.

We spent two days at the Beach Club and loved the place, they cleaned the seaweed every day, all spotless, all very attentive and helpful, the service a little slow but always with good predisposition.

Read before eating at their restaurant. My wife and I are still suffering from salmonella poisoning from March 16th, 2018 when we ate there. We always ate dinner at Coco Tulum. Which was excellent every time. One night we decided to eat at a different place. Seven hours later, we were projectile vomiting and diarrhea. As a biologist, there is no doubt what happened to us. They do not have procedures in place to prevent foodborne illnesses; such as preparing fruits and vegetables on the same surface as meats and fish. Please do not suffer the same vacation-spoiling event. Stay far away. BTW, they were rude and dismissive when confronted about it. I am sure it is because we are smarter than they are about foodborne illnesses.

Great service is hard to come by but the entire staff was very accommodating during our visit. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the beach club for a day & received a couples massage (our massage therapists were fantastic). Great staff, good food & amenities. Ana y Jose Hotel & Spa is a must while in Tulum!

A beautiful place. We went to the beach club to spend the day. All very clean, beautiful and the staff very nice. The food is not very good and the prices are very expensive for what it is but the experience makes up for it.
Sadly we had bad luck because the sea was terrible full of zargazo and the beach dirty by it. Gladly hope to return soon to see if it improves the luck. ❤

The beach is very nice but the hotel very old and with little care for the price you are paying we found cobwebs everywhere in the room and then moved to another room even worse the air conditioner did not work well and dripped over the bed. I do not recommend.

Excellent place to relax on the beautiful blue beaches with its white sand. Everything Tulum style.

Thw ocean view is gorgeous! The atmosohere at the place is nice! The food tastes delicious, could really recommend this place!

The atmosphere is gorgeous, and the staff are wonderful. I recommend the stuffed calamari and the fish, but not the filet migñon. Good job guys!

The view of the beach was spectacular, the chips and condiments were not our favorite, the food was fantastic the waiter was spot on.

Excellent place to spend the time enjoying seeing the beautiful beach of Tulum, I recommend this place to 100% since the facilities and the service are of super quality.

The food is good only that the service goes a little slow if you don't tiemes hurry to eat it goes well. The facilities are adequate and the beach excellent.

We used the beach club for the day. It costs 25 USD plus you have to spend 25 USD in the restaurant. They provide beach towels and comfy lounge chairs. Pool was awesome for our son. Pina Colada cocktail was tasty.

Incredible food and atmosphere. Eligant location with soft, sandy floor. It a plelace everyone needs to go at least once.

Nice place for breakfast. Unassuming from the street, but the terrace is overviewing the beach and the staff is nice. Food is good. It adds someMexican flavor of clasical American omelet/eggs.

Hotel room was very nice. Staff was exemplary. The private beach was very relaxing and quiet. Also no mosquitos unlike some places further down the road. Would love to come back again.

The place is amazing. On the beach with white sand and blue water. A bar/restaruant for food right there. The rooms are like little huts and they are cute and comfortable. The staff is wonderful and local venders come to sell their wares. They are a decent walk along the beach to other locations and I felt safe and comfortable here the entire time!

Food was good, drink was pricey although good. $25 for lunch and drink for one person. Mayan massage was great, the palm and foot pressure point massage wasn't any good but they refunded me willingly!

This is one of the best hotels in Tulum. Even though is rustic on purpose you still experience the amenities from any other hotels. Staff is super friendly, the food at their restaurant is memorable. If you don't know where to stay in Tulum this is definitely a very good option.

My experience with this hotel group has been very bad. First that nothing call to book in Ana and Jose but I recommended that out to the hotel Coral that not had Sargassum. First lie, in fact are metres away from other.
It next was that in Google maps puts that the hotel this within a book of the biosphere out of the area hotel of Tulum, because after 2 hours of road terrible discovered that has badly it location in Google and an employee us said that already has last more times (obvious).
It following is the cool of two plants in a place fragile as ecosystem where pay 450 dollars for a room that not it is worth. The beach view is ubiquitous and zero privacy.
The great detail that had was to make a upgrade in view of beach, which was not provided, was "partial".
Details very ugly in a category such as that the breakfast is very limited and only serve juice of Orange, juice of other fruit is paid apart.
From the point of view environmental disaster, that area is desobacion of turtles and was the only hotel that kept the lights on all night with what takes away space and privacy to turtles assumed all area needs to recover in number and quality of life.
Other details are the tank with captive fish at the reception, minimum certainly created building, the toilet size are not dry, etc.
