Excellent Hotel, friendly, friendly, comfortable and very clean rooms, very good choice to stay here in Tulum ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The place on the outside looks beautiful but the rooms are horrible the beds are filthy and the bath dismisses smells.

Servicio un poco deficiente, el precio te lo dan sin IVA y cuando pides factura obvio aumenta y ya no los vale la habitación. Lo bueno es que si te urge… Casi siempre hay disponibilidad.

Very good location, good price, good staff Highly recommended, not in the center but it is not so far, to my point of view.

The most thing is that you are supplied with their washing machines, very useful for those of us who travel for many days and occupy clean and dry clothes. Very spacious rooms and very good service. If we come back. The only bad thing is that it's a little far from the center.

We stayed three nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host and staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large for us with a burner and they provided a pan and some dishes which was unexpected but we took advantage! The bikes were solid and worked fine for roaming around the city, we even road them out to the Tulum ruins, lock included. Nice quiet place, fair price, good Wi-Fi and lovely staff!

Incredibly nice staff and quite helpful. Rooms were simple but it's what we expected for the price. Be advised though that you're a good 20 minutes walk from the "centro" so either ask for a bike (I think they lend it rent them) or take a taxi or collectivo to the centro. The neighborhood is fairly poor but seemed safe to us (we have young children and walked through it). There's also a nice playground about for blocks South.
