Loved this hotel! Everything was very clean, beautiful decor and delicious breakfast. The pool was very cute and Sylvia was helpful with directions and finding stuff to do! Highly recommend.

The hotel this beautiful has that minimalist and very cool touch! The room I touched was santiago and this beautiful but they took out a 100 in bed because it is super comfortable and the pillows the same. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect and in a noise-free area.
If you're going to tulum, this is the best option if I ever go here again.

Very nice hotel, I liked the concept that it manages. The food in the restaurant is very good although the menu is limited.

The room is average, the breakfast includes scrambled eggs, or waffles, nothing more… they should put the Classic toast, minimum.

Great staff, very clean and comfortable rooms. Secure and quiet-ish location. Only suggestion is rent bikes elsewhere. They likely will be cheaper.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ginger last week! The room was super clean, had a great air conditioner, and it had a mini fridge that had been thoughtfully stocked with a few different complimentary drinks and snacks (so welcome after a long day of travel — and there’s a grocery next door so you can restock as needed). They have bikes on site that you can rent for only 150 pesos/day, which proved to be a great way to get to the ruins and the beach. The location is fantastic:… 1 block off of the main street so you’re close to the action but don’t have to listen to it all night. (It’s also close to Tulum Scuba, which is why we booked it initially as we had early start times for our cavern diving course with the awesome Gosia! ) A hearty breakfast with fresh juice and excellent coffee is included, and for my fellow vegans: the chilaquiles are vegano if you don’t include the egg/cheese, and they are super delicious. The wonderful waiter worked with the chef to add fresh onion and sautéed mushrooms to mine to jazz them up, and on my last day they gave us some frijoles on the side which were also really tasty. (Only suggestion would be to add a non-dairy milk option for the coffee. ) Long story short: this place is clean, cool (literally), and well located, and the folks who work here are all awesome. Love Ginger and hope to get back soon!

I had a very pleasant experience! I wish I could remember names but all the staff here is wonderful. After day time activities you can literally walk around the corner and find late night food and drinks.

Beautiful clean hotel so handy to the restaurant's. Has a lovely swimming pool and free breakfast included.

I liked Ginger. Very close to everything and a fantastic breakfast. Loved the Mexican style wall in the room and the room names instead of numbers.

The hotel is very nice has a good decoration. We had a problem outside the hotel, and Abi one of the charge had the best disposition to help us.

A very comfortable place and with a lot of security to a part of your amazing pool very good I recommend it.

Hotel very nice and staff are friendly and nice. The rooms are large enough and nice spacious bathroom. Breakfast plentiful and yummy. Beach towels available at the reception.

Extremely helpful staff, always good for a tip on what to do around. Rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is great quality. It is 5 min walking distance to the tulum city centre.

This is a gorgeous place with impeccable service from both the staff and the owner's. The included hotel breakfast was simple but good. It was extremely quiet and people seemed to turn in early.

What a great place to stay in Tulum! First of all, the hotel is super clean & comfy. The staff and service is very professional and helpful. Then you have the Ginger restaurant, where you can induldge in delicious cusine mastered by chef Javier and his team. Most importantly, it feels like home away from home, because everyone is doing their best to make you feel that way. I highly recommend it, without doubt!
