Great service, very clean and comfortable.

Hello I visited at the end of January and my stay was of the most father, the comfortable rooms, clean and super that give you bikes to walk around Tulum I loved ⭐ Super recommended and first attention.

The hotel is very friendly and helpful. The room is nice, the bed is rich and the bathroom is spacious, everything is ideal to spend the stay comfortably. The location is located in the center of Tulum, maybe if you want close co the beach would not be your choice.

It's a very quiet little hotel, with everything we need. Close to everything, ADO, collectivo or taxi and rental scooter and bicycle. Owner at your service. 2 times I come and come back again.

The place is very nice and the people very friendly, you can cook your own food and lend bikes, the bad thing is that the rooms are a little girls and the shower very short.

Excellent place, since Leo greeted us we made it feel like in our house. The room was very clean and well lit. The best thing about it was the bed, very comfortable! It has very good location and you move easy. It has bicycles that lend you to move to the nearby places. He gave us recommendations of places to go. I would definitely go home fan:)

Great little hotel. The owners are very frienldy. It's clean, neat and very cosy. AC in the rooms. And a wonderful communal area, where you can hang out and relax or cook yourself a nice meal. Bikes are included. We enjoyed staying here.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The cottage style rooms are beautifully decorated. Parking is no problem, free Wi-Fi worked well, there is a guest kitchen, and beach towels and bikes can be borrowed for free. The location is a bit tricky to find but only a few km from the Tulum ruins and the Grand Cenote.
