Hotel super cute, very quiet atmosphere-Zen for adults. Ideally located in the centre of Tulum (bus station, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, post Office. It's all within five minutes of walking! ). The manager of Quebec origin can speak to you French! We regret the small size of the pool (but we knew and it did the job to refresh), and the lack of breakfast (but there are plenty of things to eat very close to the hotel)

We stumbled a little by chance on this charming hotel in the center of Tulum. Very well located in a street parallel to the main avenue, which allows you to be close to all bars, restaurants, shops etc… but without the traffic that goes with it.
No breakfast possible, but the location makes you have a choice within a 3 minute walk in several places and for derisory prices.
The room itself is not super large, but clean and comfortable. With a small terrace for the suites (the price difference is minimal with a classic room).
For those who would like to crack on the beach every day this hotel will not be suitable as you should take the car to get there (5 minutes to the nearest). But for all the others who travel to discover and not to tan, do not hesitate;)

Good in a pinch, not terrible, not great either. Colonial tulum standards it is typical. Works and close to most of what one needs to experience this town. Basic fare. Oldish amenities, like dish TV and mini fridge. Thanks for the stay.

El hotel latino, bueno es un lugar muy cómodo, muy tranquilo, demasiado tranquilo para ser exacto. Si lo que quieres es ir a descansar este lugar es perfecto, no hay ruidos no hay bichos, insectos, moscos, nada. Cuentas con televisión de paga, con aire acondicionado, con ventilador de techo, con agua fría y caliente, con hombreras, refrigeración de alimentos, piscina, sillas de playa, café, galletas y con un servicio o atención de muy buena calidad. Esta bien ubicado, ya que se encuentra a una cuadra del parque principal de tulum, es un lugar precioso y un lugar al que me encantaría volver. La verdad los lugares que comentó son porque realmente son muy buenos y recomendable claro, porque los que no comento son los que no me gustaron o no son muy buenos para difundirlos. Lugar económico, con un entorno muy sencillo, humilde y elegante. Se los recomiendo, hoy, mañana y siempre, espero tengan la dicha de visitarlo y claro hospedarse en el, no importa si solo es una noche créanme que lo van a disfrutar. Pd. Tengan en cuenta que si van una vez van a tener que repetir, esto es porque les va a encantar jeje Saludos disfruten de su viaje y de todas las comidas que aquí se brindan. Éxito y feliz día a todos! Very well located super close to the bus terminal very safe near bars to a street of the main Av very quiet.

OK room, clean and comfortable bed. Good position, close to some good restaurants and two bike rentals, 10 minutes walking from the ADO bus station. Very loud air conditioning, I had to sleep with earplugs and still could hear it. Full of mosquitoes, bring a repellent or you won’t sleep. Friendly staff, but on the second day they took all the used towels and left just one clean one. Also the description on the website where we booked says "complimentary water, coffe and tea", well, the water cooler was empty, there were no capsules for the coffe machine, and yeah, there were lots of tea bags, but without water they weren’t really useful…

Lack of infrastructure and enlarge pool. The service is good and the staff friendly and supportive.

Noisy air conditioning and hard beds, but nice services for well located and nice ambiance.

Overpriced for what it offers, run by a skeleton crew of friendly local kids. Lacks everything else. Sheets and shower weren't clean. Pool is a joke although I wouldn't dream of getting into it. Congrats to the photographer for tricks used to make it look decent.

Place with good environment, comfortable and affordable, 2 blocks from the main avenue and very close to the bus terminal.

Rooms spacious and clean. They have a swimming pool which although not big is good to cool off sitting. Near the area there are many restaurants and cafes. If you cannot afford the price of the hotels on the beach in Tulum, or simply do not want to pay for both is a good option. That if you to go to the beach you'll need a bike, taxi or local bus.

Great place to stay in Tulum. Nice rooms, clean and good air conditioning. The guy who take care of the place is great and the owner is very helpful too.

I am a travel agent who has been to the Riviera Maya 42 times. Hotel Latino is a great hotel in Tulum. Only one block off of the main street. The rooms were nice, the air conditioning wonderful and the staff was great (Gary, Danny and Victor). Gary was very helpful, recommending restaurants. Good pool too. We had no problems parking on the street either. I would recommend this to anyone and I will come back myself.
