Highly recommended (the 3 Bs) and close to the best Beach❤

The hotel is very nice, The price is good and the location is very convenient, I have to give them a on costumer service! A week before our arrival they keep in touch with us, when we got there they let us check in a little early and we also had a beer during the check in process, they gave us a list of restaurants and also explained us how to get there. In the morning you can get a complementary breakfast (bread and a drink). They were really helpful in any requests we had! Definitely we are booking for next year!

Wonderful boutique hotel. They received us with a beer in a super hot day, that was great. Very attentive and responsive staff. It’s a small hotel which I think was great so they could make our stay feel like home. The bathtub in our room wasn’t working but they cordially moved us to another room for a night and gave us a respective discount. After all everything was great. Would stay again!

Great experience at this hotel. Room was spacious, AC worked well, all different lighting options, had a little fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. Every morning a little bread and juice was delivered in the room in whatever time you chosen the previous day. We liked to get that little snack in bed and sleep in. The pool in the rooftop was decent and the staff was great! Highly recommend it!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The staff at Quinta Margarita take such good care of their hotel and it shows. From the smiles and greeting by everyone who works there to the detailed cleaning of not just your room, but the entire hotel, you can see the pride they take in their job and the accommodations they provide. The hot water is HOT (so be careful) and the water pressure is not strong. But honestly this is the only thing “negative” I can say. It’s quiet, clean, a great price and suuuuper close to 5th which is the main drag in Playa. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re coming to Playa and want to be close to the action. Speaking of… do your research on where you’re coming. Playa is definitely a tourist location complete with restaurants, souvenir shops and street hustlers trying to sell you everything from a trinket to a tour. The hotel has a relationship with a beach club just blocks away. Do your research there too to ensure you want to be there. We found there are nearly zero public beaches nor access to the beach unless you’re staying with a resort. Resorts and “beach clubs” span the entire coastline. This was a HUGE disappointment for us… but again NO reflection on the hotel. I’m happy to share more details about where to eat, explore and do while you’re there, just message me (I’m an AirBnB host). We rented a car a couple days and also ferried to Cozumel (where there is no seaweed… do your research about that as well, too.

Beautiful hotel… The name says it all… 16 bedrooms… literally half a block from 5th Avenue. All very nice and attention of 10!

Beautiful city and peaceful place to stay located in the perfect blend between ave 5 and the beaches. All the restaurants are walking distance so are the nightclubs and the beach. Economical and very helpful staff.

Location is great and on a quiet street and still very close to the beach. The room I was in was very large, very clean, had an oven and stove unit, sink, and large fridge it felt like a small apartment. The employees were great, very helpful, gave useful information on the area and best of all were very welcoming anytime they were needed. I would definitely choose or recommend this hotel when coming Playa Del Carmen.

Very quiet and peaceful. The concierge was extremely helpful, she even chewed out the cab company after they were late. Rooms are clean, their ac kicks ass. Maintains your room cool in the humid days. Hot and cold water, with great pressure. Recommended for your stay. Will definitely return to stay.

Simply PERFECT! Great location, in the middle of the city but out of the movida mess. Great hotel, nice rooms, spacious and clean. Very good services, a beautiful pool on the terrace to enjoy the right relaxation. The staff are great. They waited for over 2 hours after the closing time of the reception. When I return to Playa I will definitely be their guest, winning place does not change.

Chic little boutique hotel in a super convenient location to all playa has to offer. Just a couple nit picky suggestions would be dehumidifiers in the rooms as they tend to get a bit musty (also it would probably help if the staff didn't turn off your a/c every time they reset your room) and asking the cleaning ladies to not wear their key rings which woke me up early every morning when they were walking back and forth outside our room. Just a heads up there is no parking lot for this hotel (which is the case for most boutique hotels in playa) but we were lucky enough to find a spot on street right in front of the hotel where we left our rental car for our 3 day stay. For what we paid (under $100 USD a night) I would definitely stay here again.

The room is very large and tastefully decorated. We have received very good vibes and the location is perfect! Close to the beach and the center.

If you gotta stay in Playa del Carmen, you might as well do it in this place. Good location, nice rooms and staff.

Wonderful place. Friendly and efficient service. Spotlessly clean. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Unbeatable location 3 blocks from the beach and steps from the 5th and all you need for perfect holiday nails.

We loved this place and didn't want to leave. It was amazing! The customer service was incredible and the staff were so very helpful all the time. Our room was immaculate and the roof top pool area was amazing. 6 out of 5 stars for us.

Two blocks away from the beach. Great customer service. Room on the first floor can be improved: room fridge was not working. Rooftop garden and small pool are a nice touch.

The place is clean and it's in a great location. We had a great time and definitely we are going back.

Our room was nice and big and the kitchenette had everything you need to make your meals (although you might want to take a flipper! ). All the appliances were fairly new and clean. I also enjoyed the grill on the rooftop! We were able to bar b q steaks and chicken and enjoy the rooftop terrace at the same time.
Our room was exceptionally quiet considering how close we were to 5th ave. I felt very secure there, mainly because there was an iron gate that locked behind you. The rooftop pool is small but I wasn't there to do laps, although I didn't go in it more than once because the water was so cold so it wasn't very comfortable to sit in.
There was a great little reading area on our floor and on the rooftop which was so cozy!
There is also a great coffee shop just a block away that made fantastic coffee (although is there ever bad coffee in Mexico? ), everything was so convenient! The price for the room was fantastic for what we received and the staff was great, very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very central location and very attentive service. The room loft-style although the lower part is living room kitchen and bedroom, all too close together. Direct access to terrace and swimming pool from the top. Recommended.

We spent wonderful days full of tranquility, is a small hotel with great people all attentive, you feel in family, thanks for everything hopefully see you soon.

Highly recommended when you come in to plan out all the attractions in the surrounding area, rooms very comfortable and cleanliness excellent, staff very friendly and attentive.
