The attention from all the staff is spectacular, very attentive and always willing to give great recommendations for tours, food and attractions that sometimes as tourists escape sight.
the cleanliness of the hotel is top notch, super comfortable beds, the pool clean, the only issue I could suggest that it improves is the parking, but from there out it has a 10.
if you go, stop by the spa, the attention of the girls is amazing, we left in love and relaxed from this hotel. We will definitely be back!

If you travel to the beach, this hotel is a very good option, its staff is very attentive and friendly, the location is excellent, the pool is very nice overlooking the 5th av and plaza quinta alegría, has its own parking, the rooms are clean and very good to rest. Definitely super recommended!

Worst customer service by far. They’re rude, give you the runaround and will refuse to give you a refund even though you have proof of positive COVID diagnosis and a death in the family. Insensitive and unbelievable. I have reached out to profeco and Guru hotel. I would never book with them again or use guru hotel.

I really got very discouragement I thought that this hotel was going to give me another concept but I was wrong this a few days but instead of peace and quiet I only had noises and bad words all excellent in the room with the cameramen who touched me but what I most discouragement was when her head of the cameraman treated her badly Abla ugly and one afternoon the girl was in a room roasting cleanliness and her boss started scolding her and to insult her the only thing I hear the lady told her was aand I'm going ma'am went all red because she realized that I heard the conversation her boss had and as she misunderstood the truth that even in my house my children don't really give me much discouragement as that lady treats her I will never go back to that hotel she is very nice to everyone and very kind.

I highlight the excellent attention of Jesus, Carlos and the entire reception team, trying at all times to meet the needs of the guests. And always with a lot of kindness! The hotel is also beautiful!

Excellently located, the facilities are not luxurious but nice, has a small pool but enough to cool down, eye, does not have breakfasts although in some agencies offer it, we have no complaints regarding cleaning and when we requested something immediately they were concerned with solving it, in a simple, inexpensive and practical summary.

A basic hotel for people who just go to the room to sleep. It is very well located and practically everything is close, from premium places to tricycles with cheap chunks. The negative point is that depending on the room you will be touched by the ruidazo of the Red Queen Hotel. The service is friendly. It has No elevator but it's two floors.

In a great location if you like to sleep late because at the sides you have bars with live music, for Lonque sleep will be until very late, the rooms with good distribution that we toc9 with a view of the 5th and terrace so we could enjoy the live music from The room, in reception we attended David very friendly helped me to print my voletos of plane that I would not let the application of cel make them electronic.

Sparse rooms and a pool that is more like a pond. The hotel has a block of rooms that is a block down the street and sits behind a bar with karoke, and with poor soundproofing, don't expect to get any sleep… Or bring really good earplugs. Showers are also spotty.

The hotel was very expensive. Careless facilities, no parking. Arrive and the old air conditioner doesn't do their job, problems with the cable service. Go to another.

Well located. It doesn't offer. Nothing but hotel and pool. My room was very big but the. Air conditioning was not served and in the middle of July there is an unbearable heat in Playa del Carmen.

The hotel is not very large, only has 2 levels, has a large pool, the rooms have cable TV, Minisplit and Wi-Fi. It is very central, on Fifth Avenue, in front of the Plaza Comercial Quinta Alegria and about 2 blocks from the beach.

Staff is really nice. The hotel location is awful, the bar down the street has there band play terrible music extremly loud between 12:30am-2:00am. It’s as if they are playing in your room. Some guests are on drugs & unacceptably drunk — we woke up to someone screaming for help & banging on doors at 4am last night… it was extremly terrifying! The staff refused to inform us as to what happened. Overdose off of all the drugs offered on 5th? Probably. Stay away.

Good thing: The location on Fifth Avenue and a few meters from the beach.
The bad: very small rooms with lack of maintenance. The cable service did not work and the person who went to "repair" did not know what to do; The bathrooms were very old and with unpleasant smell all the time.
Recommended only to get to sleep.

Nice and cozy Place. It is Not a place for anything fancy and complicated to find by its sign which is very small; However it is a recommended place for its location and price. It's Not a quiet place if you like the silence but it has a panoramic view of Fifth Avenue.

Pesimo. They oversold the hotel, sent me to another that was not bad, when I checked out they wanted to charge me what I had already paid when I checked in. No water. PESIMO, I wouldn't stay here again.

Good location close to main shopping street and beach, though not too noisy at night, friendly staff, lovely pool. However when I stayed (May 2017) it evidently needed a bit of maintenance work to bring it back to 3 star standard.

Beware of this business, the guy called Alan is a dishonest person, that lies and kept your money for his profit, he says be a representative of this business, but he would play with your time and tell you a million of lies in order to kept your money and and rent you trashy cars.

Excellent location. It has no frigobar, no utensils such as hairdryer, iron. You can spend your drinks and food without problem because it has no restaurant.

The price and location is perfect! Located on the main strip called 5th avenue and 2 blocks from the beach.

Cheap jerks when it comes to water and the maids lost my favorite ear plugs.

Location is great because you are on top of a good coffee shop, 3 restaurants and 2 malls next door… The Wi-Fi is sporadic but the staff try their best to make up for all short comings. Omar is a real superstar, and they even gave me their lobby only employee password (which is still slow). Pretty excellent value for the money, and beach is only two blocks away.

Good location if you want beach and shopping area, but be aware that it means noisy nights until late (1-2am) and the isolation if the rooms are not so good so you will hear every car, bike, bus and track in the Avenida Constituyentes and the mariachis from the bars around. The water from the shower won't run as strong as you want all the time. I hope you don't get some neighbours partying all night like we had leaving the pool full of empty bottles and plastic glasses. The price is good, maybe a bit high for the quality.

I stayed at Caribbean Paradise for a week at the end of February. Overall I enjoyed the hotel very much. Our room was right next to the pool which provided us with a large patio area. The hotel was very quiet with the exception of the construction directly across from the hotel (mall being built). The staff were friendly and helpful and the cleaning staff did a thorough job. The only negative is that there is not a refrigerator in the room but I would definitely consider staying there again.

In my opinion is a well located hotel, there are no luxuries with very good rate. It is the ideal place to spend all day hiking or beach, reach, dressing up and going for a walk to the 5th.

Very good location, but the facilities and staff can be improved considerably, not staff strives for the attention and business that have alliances happens exactly the same.
