The price goes according to the place. The best thing is their restaurant. I recommend this hotel only if your flight arrives at night to Chetumal; The next day you can start from here to any other tourist place.

Quiet and clean. Location in Front of water. Close to bars. Not ideal if you want to be near the city center.

For those traveling from Guatemala through Belize Chetumal is a good stop, just past the Belize Quintaroo border, the hotel is fantastic with large rooms and large sea view balconies.
Breakfast is not included but inside the hotel there is a restaurant which at little cost serves breakfast lunch and dinner.

Right on the water with a great view. The room was codes and overall nice enough. The front desk staff want friendly at all and also didn't seem terrible interested in being helpful. There is a restaurant on site (separate from the hotel so you need to pay for all meals and coffee), but I was surprised that there isn't so much as free coffee available to guests. Not terrible for the price and great location. But nothing impressive either.

Excellent view, the. Super comfortable beds. Old TVs require a replacement.

The rooms are not like the pictures, we got the room next to the entrance 108 terrible! A lot of noise.
To sleep one night is fine.

It is a nice and simple hotel. The view to the bay is great, great sunsets! And walking you can go for marquesitas and traditional delicacies!

The worst hotel I’ve ever been to! The walls are all dirty, the pool is breaking, and their customer service is really bad. The staff were nice, but the manager clearly doesn’t know anything about customer service. We were so uncomfortable that we decided to leave earlier. Having paid the whole thing, the policy was for them to give our money back and the manager refused: despite it being written in the policies. Seriously advice not to stay here!

The worst hotel, the pool is all broken, the rooms are very ugly, there is nothing near, the breakfast offered by the hotel on "offer" lousy (better to pay independently). The manager a real inept who doesn't know what is customer service. We wanted to leave before because we were not comfortable in the hotel, and they did not want to reembolsqrnos the nights that we did not stay there, even though the contract indicates the possibility. We really discourage you from staying there!

Hotel with amazing view in Chetumal, very good restaurant for breakfast, however the rooms do not have the best design, especially the bathroom that gets dirty with ease as it has no ventilation. The deal is really nice on the part of all the staff, except for some waiters on the night shift.

Small boutique hotel right on the waterfront. Restaurant in the same building and a small pool on grounds. It is a good walking distance or taxi ride from most everything except Sam's Club. It's noisey and the decor is old and in need of an update. Beds are pretty much used up. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

Nice hotel, nice rooms, oceanfront views. Marked down because you can't smoke outside on the balconies. I was told that the smoke smell would get inside the room even with the window closed!

Mi estadía en el Hotel fue bastante placentera, la vista que ofrece es increíble. La habitación está muy comoda y limpia, el trato por parte del personal no deja nada que desear, siempre fueron muy amables, tanto en el hotel como en su restaurante, sin duda alguna la próxima vez que tenga que ir de nuevo a chetumal me hospedaré ahí.

Visité el Restaurante Almina al interior del hotel. La comida es deliciosa, el precio corresponde con la calidad y tienen recetas originales con un buen toque. Recomiendo ampliamente los tacos de atún y los rollos primavera, así como la pechuga criolla. Un buen lugar con espíritu para tener un rato agradable.

The restaurant its very nice, and the foof as the coffee its veery good, tha place its confortable and have Wi-Fi free hotspot for guests, tha menu its not too expensive, and the service its very good.

Good place for a night or two. Has A/C. Pool is dirty and doesn't look inviting at all. Only picture of the hotel look better than it is in real. Rooms seen better days too.

Excellent room decor, bathroom is huge, love the sea view from our room; and the beds are extremely soft and oh so comfortable! Love the room service and pool!

I not staying at the hotel, only assisted by the service of Europcar, who are those who serve the hotel. Very friendly. Very clean facilities.

The restaurant is the best. I have not stayed in this hotel, but I've gone in several times to eat at their restaurant, and it is without a doubt one of the best in the city, has dishes fresh and well prepared, the prices are reasonable and the view is very good, right in front of the bay. An excellent option to eat.

By the q charge I expected a little more. In fact, for $50 more you can get something much better. Sheets stank, the parking lot is small, soft regular beds. The room was clean but already needs remodeling. The A/C can not be set, (you freeze you or you melt). Something positive, was the receptionist service, because she was very attentive and friendly.
