It's ok to spend a few days if your idea is to meet and not stay at the hotel. Basic rooms.
When we arrived the safe did not work so we changed rooms without inconvenience.

Very clean place, friendly staff and relatively inexpensive. Also very close to the center of town.

Wonderful place! Very accommodating and friendly, especially precious Fernanda. Rooms were very clean and cozy. Although a room with a view is up 4 short flights of stairs it is worth it as your personal balcony overlooks the tree tops and colorful buildings. Highly reccomend!

The hotel photos are not true, the rooms are close as the prison cells in Southeast Asia, in the room stinks boards rotten, the rooms are not cleaned qualitatively, everywhere lying hair cleaners, the water is not washed to the end in the toilet, worth the smell, in Showers the water constantly switches to cold, do not try to go to this hotel, the owner of the Russian-speaking Kidala-Vitaly.

Reservé 3 noches, solo aguanté una, con eso lo digo todo. Sin ascensor, sin rest / bar porque el personal estaba de "fiestas", mala atencion al personal, mala higiene, hab sucia y muy básica, playas a 1h, la info de la web es falsa, etc etc. Me fui antes y les dio igual, obviamente el dinero ni lo ves.
I booked 3 nights, I only endured one, with that I say everything … No elevator, no rest / bar because the staff was "on holiday", bad attention to, bad hygiene, dirty and very basic rooms, beaches at 1h, the information on the website is false, etc. Etc. I left the next day and they did not are at all. Obs moneh is not refundable.

Very dirty, it has a lot of dust, no sweeping and the sink has soap from the other guests,
I don't recommend it! They make a lot of noise in the evenings in the kitchen and in the administration they don't let sleep.

Dirty place very but very dirty, bad Wi-Fi signal, no parking the receptionist a woman's love. Don't be fooled by the pictures nothing to see the reals go. I think they have bots that rank well:/van real photos.

Horrible experience, found multiple dead bugs in our "Deluxe King" room. Furthermore, after a maid cleaned our room, we returned to find dirt/mud all over the floors. Without our permission, someone entered our room and left a mess — the reception wasn't helpful. I would avoid this place unless you want your possessions stolen with no recourse. Wi-Fi barely works and it's not consistent.

Such a great little hotel with a great location! For the price you are not far away from the touristy stuff, but you are much closer to the vibe of the city proper. The location was amazing — quiet with SO much easily accessible around it. A grocery store (Chedraui) just a couple alleys away, an Oxxo (convenience store) right on the corner, a French restaurant at the base level, and a kitchen for breakfast. There were also several very great restaurants within walking distance (I recommend Uruapan across the street for cheap eats, or the Panderia close to it. There is also El Tigre y Toro (Toro y Tigre? ) that had amazing pizza and Yamamoto for some crazy good Japanese food. ) too. The staff were friendly, the rooms were comfortable and the whole place has a modern feel. Room 204 was amazing! We actually re-booked this hotel for our last night in Mexico because we liked the location so much. Highly recommended.

A cute little vacation place to stay in! Unlike the all inclusive hotels in the hotel zone, this is located in the downtown area where "locals" live and local restaurants and supermarket are nearby! If you are interested in "adventure" type of vacation rather than "luxury 5 star hotel vacation", then this is an amazing place! French restaurant under neath the hotel is amazing and cozy♡ thank you Vitali!

This hotel has rooms comfortable with air conditioning and fan, wardrobe, TV and, instead of keys, a system of cards to open the door. The hygiene of the place is very good and has several products like amenities. It also has an evening French restaurant. The service is friendly and efficient. The only two problems of the hotel are that there is no phone in the room and also has elevator.

Our first night in Cancun, booked last minute and couldn't be happier with the service. The bed was massive as well! The French restaurant they have there is an absolute must! Frank, the owner, goes out of his way to make you comfortable and offers all kinds of friendly advice.
