The place to stay, minimalist old elegance and right in the heart of CDMX, set back? Parking lot, there is none so if you are out partying and midnight strikes, well good luck finding parking near by. Stick to Uber.

The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly. The food is a little seasoned, but good for palates of strong taste.

The hotel is quite central, has all the excellent amenities, has a gym and a fairly comfortable restaurant, nice, clean and very tasty food, has a boardroom and the attention is quite friendly and efficient, has elevator, stair and parking all these services quite comfortable, it is a good choice to stay, although outside there is exaggerated movement nothing is heard inside the hotel, I also had no problems with the Wi-Fi or the hot water, in summary very comfortable and quite central this hotel.

Hotel very well located, in the heart of the historic centre ed Mexico city, a 2-minute from the Zócalo square. Staff friendly and available, even during a tremeblement of earth (19/09/2017) :-)

I stayed at the NH Hotel in Mexico City back in 2015. The hotel's location could not be better: just a couple of blocks away from El Zócalo Square. That's the reason I chose this hotel in the first place. The hotel facilities and services are good. The breakfast was simply regal with lots of options to choose from. There were a couple of things, though, that I didn't like. First, the fridge in the room was locked with a padlock and you needed to tell staff at reception that you wanted to use it and provide a credit card. Second, there were bikes available for guests but, again, you had to give your credit card details to get one. I thought this was very peculiar, especially since we were guests. What did they suppose we were going to do with the bikes? Steal them?

It was a very pleasant stay. All the service in general were very gracious. They are very efficient in maintenance service as the air conditioner in our room was failing however when calling the front desk to report the situation, they didn't take long to send us to maintenance to the room and effectively They were able to fix the air conditioner and the system didn't fail again. As well as your cafeteria Serbian very good and very rich everything.

Chic hotel in the center of Mexico City DF. Close to the main square, the Cathedral and 5-10 minutes from the Latino Americana Tower and the Palace of fine arts. The staff is friendly. You can eat on the 5th floor with a view of the street (breakfast/lunch/dinner).
Breakfast costs about 500 pesos for 2 people with a tip (€25 approximately). Our room was spacious and with air conditioning. On the other hand we had 2 single beds glued to the place of a large bed 2 places and the mattress is very bouncing (with springs) which is not very comfortable from my point of view.
Possibility to have breakfast delivered to bed (not tested). Luggage storage and computers with free Internet.

Great location 5 minutes from Zocalo with its Metropolitan Cathedral, Palacio National and Templo Major. Also walking distance to the other main attractions in the Historical Centre (like Latino American Tower, Palacio de le Belles Artes). Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast served at the 5th floor. Very clean room. One minor negative point: bathroom pretty small.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel in April 2018. Hotel is conveniently located with shops and eateries around. Very clean and quiet rooms. Food ordered from room service was fast, delicious and reasonably priced. However, the illumination in the room was poor. The A/C thermostat gave out incorrect reading and apparently the room temperature was actually controlled by the management. Last, we were surprised to find no cup in the bathroom for mouthwash.

Great location near the public transport and close to the historic center, ideal for a pleasant stay.

The location is very good, right in the center of the city, a few steps from the Zocalo. The rooms in terms of bed and sheets, of 10. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Reprehensible lack of consideration, in the process of remodeling, do not respect the need for rest of its guests, three in the morning and the sound of the hammering does not cease, it is incredible and a totally reprehensible action. At 11:00 at night they promised that at twelve o'clock they would no longer make noise, a lie.
The room was very small and the bathroom was very good.

Food is terrible and service is very bad at the restaurant in this hotel. We were frequently rushed by staff. Check out Sanborns down the street for authentic food and excellent service.

The service is wonderful, it has a very nice atmosphere. To the attention it fails a bit, but it is worth spending the night at that hotel. I recommend it widely.

We arrived here last night. The location is very easy to find and we were very pleased at the outside of the building. The modern look is always fantastic. The hotel staff was very friendly to us and offered to take our bags to the rooms. We were given fantastic rom and the sheets were very clean. I recommend this hotel for tourists and foreigners to stay when in mexico city.

Great location just 2 blocks from the main cathedral plaza and pedestrian only shopping streetThey have 4 bicycles free to use with a deposit that is refunded when returned. Only bike on Sunday when they close many streets off just for cycling.

Great value for your money.

Very comfortable, spacious and modern. If you have car and you are looking for hotels with parking, this is not a good option, the parking is a block away and it is very expensive, plus they charge per day every time you walk in and out. Very close to the Zocalo and places to eat.

The hotel is a good place if your going to stay for a short time. The bedroom is kind of small and I didn't got enought space to open my luggage. But the place is decent overall. They give u a bottle of water for free everyday. The breakfast is not included in the package, but there are a lot of good places around. I would come back if I had to stay in México City again. The hotel is really close to Zocalo too.

A very good place and so convenient, you don't need a taxi to visit the city.

Nice room. Quiet location. Getting a taxi / uber to/from here can be a pain though, depending on the day and what's going on. Overall a great experience though. We'll be back.

The breakfast we were offered is very good, I have gone to breakfasts, press conferences, the service is very good and the bathrooms are always clean and with paper.

Great location almost next to the Socalo. Easy to walk around that area. Rooms have enough space. The breakfast was nice. It's a buffet but you can order your eggs how you want. It was a pleasant stay.

Hotel in central area has many points of interest such as the souk, palace of fine arts, pedestrian shopping place, etc. I stay with my wife and we really liked her.

at 22.30 the works continued. At 1.30 d the morning too. At 6 A. M noise from the workmen sanding.
I listened perfectly every time Q the host of the room next door entered the bathroom… plumbing… blows…
I had little time to rest and I didn't get it at all.

I came here with my family, and by mistake the page where book is I book only my name. The case is that you book two rooms for two people each. The breakfast is supposed to come included, not what they wanted to do good for my family that the rooms were in the name of a person. When you look at a lot of new, and the prices for one or two people, is the same, so that extra cost for they would not have. Even so they refused to give us breakfast. I don't recommend it, and I don't go to any NH hotel. By the way the manager miroslava still not arrived and we had to give the respyesta the person of reception.

The Internet was too slow for Skype, webex and Netflix. Anything else that may be good about the hotel was overshadowed for me by this.

It is a professional service and the very pleasant atmosphere and very good.

In general very good, with the notable exception of the parking, they have Valet but there is insufficient staff and there is a long wait to receive or turn in the car.

Good breakfast, good room, good location, great for free transfer out to airport. But less international channel (engish) for watching tv.

Nice and modern hotel in the middle of the old town. Modern rooms and good breakfast buffet. Some of the service staff would need to improve English skills — Communication was quite hard sometimes.

Do not have parking, they send you two blocks away to pay a public parking lot. The place is a good hotel, comfortable and functional.

Very nice hotel. Most staff at front desk speak English. They have been very friendly and helpful with all questions and issues we have brought to them. They have some very spacious rooms with king beds. The beds have good mattresses, though they are firmer than what we prefer. It didn't interfere with our sleep, however. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though some of the rooms have a large pillar near the center of the room that blocks the light and renders much of the space unusable. We were first given one of these rooms, but they assigned us to a different, very nice room when we requested a change. The pool on the roof is nice though it is rather small.
