A very good atmosphere. The live jazz is super cool.

Incredible location, with a ton of good food and cafes nearby. Their terrace bar/restaurant is awesome and open to the public, and the included breakfast was delicious. We got a "junior suite" which was pretty small, but I'd trade room size for location any day. The bed was full size (called "matrimonial" here). There was a decent amount of noise coming into the room at night and no A/C so if you're picky about those things, you're going to have a bad time. I would stay here again, no questions asked.

This place is literally the worst. Rude staff, so noisy they literally put ear plugs by the bed, my breakfast was clearly off. The rooms are awful and don't even try this place if it might be raining. Honestly I thought I'd wondered into a faulty towers experience hotel. All these other reviews are clearly paid.

The place is nice, the terrace has a very nice atmosphere, the jazz great. Drinks expensive and ill-served, beer served in glasses of 100ml, the food tastes bad, portions derisory and high prices. I think it is worth to pay when you receive quality products. Told Me they could not give me a table in the smoking area on the terrace as it closed at 9, I left at 12, and the area was still full in addition to that they continued attending to the people that there were.

We just had breakfast here and it was perfect. Beautiful restaurant, delicious food (even for vegetarians) and fair prices. I totally recommended it.

Beautiful place. Careful in every detail and transmitting a unique Mexico. Super comfortable, cheerful places and a very nice terrace. Delicious breakfasts and very attentive service.

Very cozy place, food acceptable and good atmosphere. The only complaint is that at 11pm closes the restaurant. But it is a very nice terrace.

It is a Botique hotel. It doesn't have a tv, also not ur own AC control. But the service and the room as such was good. Loved the place and the location. Very near to some of pretty good restaurants.

Sad to decide to spend my anniversary there. The location and public facilities of the hotel are very nice, in fact we decided to stay there to celebrate our anniversary for the good experience we had previously eating in the restaurant. But the room we were given without Windows therefore without natural light and therefore dark and sad, the bathroom without any ventilation or exhaust air. They promised Me some vases to put flowers on and they never came. The customer service overall pretty bad. Even in the restaurant that in the past was good experience now very bad the service of the waiters on Feb. 13 in the morning, nor to clean the table on their own initiative after taking things to the third I had to ask to be cleaned. Mr. Carlos on the 14th in the morning much better service, he is of the few friendly in the hotel. In short, many small bad details that make you not recommend or want to return to the hotel.

Great location, amazing service, beautiful accommodations. The upstairs bar and restaurant are also top notch. Highly, highly recommended.

Amazing that at 10:15 a Thursday any, when there are only 2 tables occupied in the restaurant, come the waiter and say that "the owner has told them that the restaurant is not for drinking coffee, it is only for breakfast, lunch or dinner"… the place is very nice, but the owner's service policy sounds totally absurd!

Very bad service. If you go to terrace there is a waiter every thousand tables, the jazz thing is 20 minutes and they leave. Nothing advisable, the place is nice but the attention is terrible.

One-of-a-kind ambience and decoration. The terrace is not to be missed. The rooms are rather small and less charming, yet comfortable enough. The included breakfast was for very small appetites, though tasty. Location can’t be beaten, right in the heart of Condesa. Good value for money when rate is discounted, not really worth the money at its full rate, may as well go elsewhere, as over 100 eur go a long way in Mexico City.

The drinks and the food are very rich and everything is vast, but the service is not equated to the cost of the same.
The dirty dishes stayed at our table for more than 30 minutes after we were done.
Don't go in large groups, the layout of the tables is uncomfortable.

Very disappointing place, not recommended. I visited on a Saturday with my children The Hotel restaurant, which is located on the third floor of the property. At half a meal, my son got up to go to the toilet and given the restaurant arrangement, he hit his head with a ledge of the tables. The first sentence that came out of the managers was "… so we do not accept children… ". I was annoyed because until that moment I found out that the place was not suitable for children, something that no one had told me. Also, the staff did not have the sensitivity to help my child or try to compensate my child's injury. I don't recommend it for kids.

BAD! There is no heating on the rooms, when requested they said it’s not a service they provide. Bellow average food on top restaurant and rude employees. Definitely not a place I would recommend. Look around and several buildings collapsed during the earthquake and the building is not exactly new.

The hotel is beautiful with all the decorations including the room I stayed in. Why 2 stars? I was there in Jan and it was FREEZING in my room, felt like 20 Fahrenheit with no heaters or AC. They had extra blanket but it was so thin. Since I couldn’t get refund I had to stay for 3 days, 4 nights. I end sleeping with my parka and would turn on the shower to steaming hot so my room could warm up until I was sleepy. They should let people know this especially if you are paying $100 a night. I should have went to chain hotel since I know they have standard with the same rate. The hotel staff are very nice however. I wasn’t fan of their free breakfast so I went to local places near by.

The decor is excellent with very Mexican touches. The walls full of objects to which you are transported to a small town in Mexico. The service is very good the waiter treated us very well although he looked like he was a bit clueless. The Mezcaleras margaritas are the best as well as the courtesy mezcals. The food gives me a little duty. But with music all I forgot.

I went to the restaurant, the waiter's attention was excelentr, as well as the food, the place is very cozy.

Hotel Parque México is a place to enjoy the comfort of a special atmosphere, surrounded by its Mexican decoration. If you like reading please pass by its very nice Reading Room. Enjoy your stay.

The hotel is located across the street from a very pretty park that is a good hub for maintaining your bearings when traveling on foot. I had stayed in another location close by earlier in the week and used this same park as my major landmark for navigation, so the location of Parque México was perfect. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés within walking distance as well. The decor throughout the hotel, including the rooms, is very artistic and quirky, just my style. Lots of surrealist and traditional art everywhere. The room itself was great, a small kitchen, a comfortable bed, and if anyone has spent a decent amount of time in Mexico, you'll understand the importance of a good shower. I was elated to have hot water and good pressure after almost a week of disappointing showers. There wasn't a television in the room (which was no problem for me), and the Wi-Fi was spotty at best, but I managed just fine. The bar on the terrace is beautiful, and the drinks are great, but I often had to hunt down a server for my check if I was in a hurry to leave. The hotel staff were very hospitable and knowledgeable, I always felt welcome and didn't feel like I was inconveniencing them with requests.

Really nice hotel. Slightly cold at night, but clean, comfortable and good Wi-Fi. Bar is good and breakfast is quite nice. Location is really pleasant on a dog walking park. Lots of good restaurants and bars around.

I just assist for a work event at the hotel's terrace. The hotel itself is nice, and is located in a very quit place. The food at the restaurant was excellent.

Fui a desayunar y cuando llegamos era 1:05pm, y tardaron como 10 min en llegar el primer mesero para atenderlos y nos comentó que ya no habían desayunos. Aún nos esperamos y pedimos algo de comer, cuando vimos a los de al lado les sirvieron unos omelets cosa que nos molesto. Y pedimos. Que se nos cancelar a todo por q ni pan, ni servicios teníamos. Hasta que hablamos al gerente y nos solucionó de muy buena manera. Pero realmente estábamos a 2 de no volver por q los meseros y el servicio dejo mucho que desear.

The room was nice though a bit small, bfasts we're good but service rather slow.

Trip advisor gives great reviews but mainly by foreigners or couples. This is a place to go in couples or date night. Sunday brunch their customer service is plain awful. If you go with family they will not put tables together after 12pm. I strongly suggest to go somewhere else if your party is 5 or above. The food is good but the presentarion is amazing. Great location, nice environment and great view.

Restaurant review: The dim lighting makes it a great place for a romantic dinner date. Authentic Mexican atmosphere and restaurant. Large and fairly priced food portions. Amazing chocolate dessert that comes with a surprise!

It's cozy, quiet. They make you feel at home. Excellent atmosphere and decor.

The place is beautiful but left a lot to be desired in the restaurant service at breakfast time, not all breakfast options were available and although the chilaquiles had good taste, it took almost 40 minutes to serve them, arguing that only There were two people in the kitchen area. Of the sweet bread offered, there was only one croissant, at 9 am, and as the miss of the service was dropped, because we had to choose another type of bread; I'm glad we're early!, otherwise they would have told us that there was no bread for breakfast and it was not that the place was very crowded, I think that at that time there should still be enough of each variety they offer. Additionally the plate of the coffee service was dirty with sugar and where they place the envelopes of sugar substitutes, it was also dirty "muddy" something, in short …, I think the place deserves to pay attention to these "details", well worth it.

Beyond being a very cozy place with good service, no TV, no air conditioning and that lowers the level.

Very cookies. With a retro atmosphere, nice and very cozy. The service at the bar is moderately good.

The terrace is a great place to spend unforgettable moments, the food is rich, however sometimes the service by very careful does not manage to compensate for a slow cooker, so you have to take a lot of patience to not spend a bad time.

Poor service. Cost relationship with service and quality is not right They had 5 errors: 1. Service, is the poorest service in the area so far. Had to wait several minutes for a server to come into our table and take our orders 2. The entree was stone cold. Had to return the plate 3. The bill was wrong, they added us dishes and beverages we didn't order. 4. The duck I ordered was not good. Will not come back or recommend this restaurant.

The terrace is very nice and the food is rich but the service is lousy. They brought us the cold food, we had to order more than 2 times the dishes. A good, totally wasted space.

Very nice and panoramic space; But the service and quality of the dishes they offer are inversely negative. I'll never have breakfast there again. I could get sick not only for food, but also for the courage of lousy service.

The place has been made a nice remodel and the food is fabulous. Unfortunately my friends discriminated against them and they would not let them pass by saying that there was no reservation made when I was waiting at the table. It's unforgivable and it does a lot of damage to the country. People who go have to know that they adhere to these despicable practices.

The rerrace has a nice bar that overlooks the park. The rooms look cozy. The bed was terrible, the noise is hard to deal with. (No wonder they put ear plugs right by the bed). Impossible to sleep past 630 am. Never staying here again.

Review for the rooftop terrace restaurant only: Fantastic drinks, good food, service was OK. Two things in particular stand out — it overlooks the park so it has a great greenhouse vibe. And they have a back section that seems to cater to those looking to get some work done (laptop friendly). Good free Wi-Fi!

So beautiful! The staff was very friendly, the design and rooms are very beautiful, simple but so comfortable. Very cool rooftop bar/restaurant also! Everything you could ever need and the location is really lovely too, right on the park! Also, bonus, the shower has great water pressure. We only stayed here one night but would definitely come back.

This has the potential to be a great hotel in a great neighborhood. Condesa is wonderful. Parque Mexico is amazing. The hotel is beautiful and the staff easy to deal with. The complementary breakfast on the roof was very pleasant. We had no problem checking in at midnight on Christmas Day, so it operates like a larger hotel. Three issues stop me from giving this place 4-5 stars: (1) booking was inconsistent (higher price on some websites; lower on Airbnb; no reason as to why there was a massive discrepancy) ; (2) my bedroom was on the first floor and was incredibly wet/humid after showers and didn't really dry much throughout the day, which made our belongings a bit gross; the fan they gave me didn't really fix the issue, so they should probably invest in better vents or dehumidifiers; and (3) the restaurant/bar is incredible, but was closed the entire week of our stay with no warning; a big plus was having that bar at night and it was closed; when open, I bet it's awesome, so it was a real bummer. I felt a little ripped off after paying the higher rate and not getting what I thought I paid for. But again, potentially great hotel in a neighborhood that's vastly superior to most others in DF.
