Excelente servicio, y el buffet sabroso!

It is a great hotel and its not expensive.

Everything was great until the cleaning staff decided to play loud music at 4am. It really pissed me off and I will never stay therw again.

It's and "OK" hotel. Good things: The location is just right outside Metro Chabacano which is a metro station where 3 lines combines under the same ticket (5. — pesos). The hotel rooms are spacious and quite acceptable; it has a small restaurant and it offers breakfast buffet. There are different types of rooms, from simple to luxury with Jacuzzi. The prices are acceptable for the location and the quality of the rooms is far better than other hotels in the same street. WARNING: The hotel staff can be very "unkind"; keep in mind that workers usually have the minimum monthly salary and they follow the owner orders otherwise they might get fired or fined. Having said so, here is my review. The reception will keep you waiting for a room if you arrive in the late evening until there is the shift of personal between 22:00-23:00; it might be because it's extra work for the receptionists already working? it might be the order of the owner? it might be as they claim "the rooms are not clean, so you have to wait"; it might be any other reason, so be aware that you might be waiting without a promise a room. Once the new receptionist starts working, she calls for the people to stand in queue, so you basically must wait around the reception like a hungry lion. It's an annoying and archaic system, but it's Mexico so don't expect them to change or be customers oriented. If you want to book another night the system will be the same.

Everything was perfect not for the bathroom, it was very cold and the shower threw water with a very strong pressure Q hurt, the best of all was the destination very rich.

Very clean and cheap Hotel for any use of Le Dez. The receptionist unkind and also have a firm that does not look bad, the room goes between 260 and 300 the cheapest.

It is quite comfortable and the truth very clean.

The quality of the rooms is very good and the cost is very good, I would definitely recommend it, I only had a situation with the Wi-Fi network because I could never connect.

Good housekeeping and if you forget something ask the revepcion and you get it back with balet parking the only thing if they go in order of SEMA A are likely not to find room.

Excellent service, the hotel is very clean and it is quite economical, the rooms very well, they offer breakfast service a little basic but this well, it is located only a few steps from the apricot station of the Metro, and next to a police station.

Strange. Cold. Dark. Poor food service and restaurant. They're not very nice. I was charged 400 pesos for leaving my suitcases in consignment. The reception looks like a bank with armoured anti-assault glass, which makes you suspicious of what could have happened there…

Is a great hotel And the best is the buffet in the morning.

Good site but deficient in the Internet service. They also raise prices when it is weekend or when there is demand, when raising prices, it gives the impression that the employees are left with the money. The food is good. Details on housekeeping and sometimes there are girls at the front desk who are veeeeery rude.

Although its facade is very hotel-by-step, it is actually a family hotel, business and rest. Located very close to the Metro Apricot, one of the main stations of the Metro network of Mexico City, ideal for fast or prolonged stays, affordable and clean prices.

The hotel is very centrally located, the entrance to the centre is about 15 minutes away and is on a central thoroughfare of the city. The hotel is clean with good finishes, not luxurious but it's decorated in a nice way. You have what it takes to spend the night, a comfortable bed, double curtain, clean carpet, ample and clean bathroom. Their prices are comfortable. If I come back.

Bad attention of them receptionists, are very rude seems that us are making a please to the meet us, in the page says that them rooms have with dvd and not have dvd, them towels broken, there are cockroaches and to the make a reservation x internet make the cargo direct of the card and me made the charge double.

My experience was this stay me this hotel everything went well the 1… the 2… But the 4… day the Lady in charge the floor began to bother because I wanted that day rest and she make cleaning only porq I was wrong to put the sign's place to say do not disturb put cleanup and that Lady I started to say a little things they want now to practically one to let the clean room is not allowed to eat in the room. The almu covers are broken as another is that family hotel has nothing is was not wrong if they go with their families especially with children.
Walking in socks inside the room is dirty her stockings because the floor not cleaned it well. They tell to do you a clean room but lie. There are don't care that you're with your family or baby are well special and because it is a pay to be at ease in a place my family and I came from baja California to visit to Mexico City our visit will be for 8 days but we only stayed there 4 days of horror.

Warning: I have stayed several times at this hotel, for location and price (300 approx) and facilities, peroo. I met a receptionist. I commented on cameras in hotels of lower category, where she has worked (as this), return to the hotel and it seemed to me very strange the arrangement of the mirror of the sink, imagine (if you are) that someone could look at it from that mirror: the bathroom door is transparent, which allows you to record/watch while bathing/do your needs. The other mirrors and disposing of the room are arranged so that you can watch the whole thing from that point of view. Encontrè a complaint in tripavisor for a client that found devices of recording at the hotel (yes, where I say. In the sink that I seemed suspicious) and I demand. I considered myself lucky to have found this hotel each that came from guadalajara, I did not return. I hope i'm wrong, if you are going to stay I recommend you watch what I tell you, the arrangement of the mirrors is very suspicious (and the mirrors on, they look transparent). I read another opinion in another forum that this hotel is the rumour that you recorded, it seems to me that this is not a hotel to be reliable, but go, look, if you can take pictures and give retro. I rented a room, room 437 from September 29 til October 18th. The room or rooms were okay… clean but I was bitten by bugs but never saw a bug… I can only assume that it was fleas or bed bugs … WHAT I did not like most about the hotel was the female clerks did not try to really help or assist no matter how much I tried to speak Spanish which I admit was poor. However the security was pretty nice… and helpful. ALSO I was late one day with paying for my room and the female desk clerk had the Security guy come to my room at 1 AM, I was sleep but he knocked and she called and demanded payment… I thought that yes I owed for the room but was not going to run in the middle of the night. Then when I gave them a $50.00 bill because I was out of pesos I got the UGGH! … and she wanted only pesos… but was allowed to return to my room… when I left I did take a set of pillow cases and the key to the room … and will return the room key when I return to Mexico or I get an apology from the HOTEL Management. The rest of the staff as far as the cleaning crew etc was pleasant and did what was expected… the rooms are reasonable and actually I found it convenient for my purpose. Hotel management are welcome to contact me if they wish but please keep in mind my Spanish is not good but I do invite a response from Management.

A service nefarious attention ppr part of the employees are very despotas and aggressive, and the security, these with your partner and you want to move to the bathroom to see who you are inside, there is no privacy on the part of them.
