There is free food for breakfast included in the room rent. Also 24hr cafe is open which serves good coffee and sandwiches. The staff is very efficient and polite. The natural light in the lobby area is amazing.

If you’re coming to Mexico City, you simply can’t stay anywhere else. This hotel is a true gem — clean, comfortable and beautifully renovated, with a 24-hour cafe that provides you with delicious sandwiches and snacks FOR FREE, as well as a sumptuous daily breakfast buffet (also free). The rates are extremely affordable, and the staff is friendly and attentive. I didn’t want to leave!

Our stay at the hotel was in mid June. We were very satisfied with the services provided by hotel. Hotel cleanliness was excellent. Staff was always professional and courteous. Breakfast was great. We had hotel transport pick us up from airport (highly recommend Antonio). Hotel surroundings felt safe at night. Overall, awesome experience in Mexico City!

Very nice hotel! They are meticulous on their cleanliness and quality of service. They also have an on-site taxi service; although it might be a bit more expensive than other taxis they take you door to door to your destination and you can even call then to pick you up and take you to your hotel. I would recommend it as a hassle free way to get from your hotel to the airport. Did I mention the café is included in your bill? Alcoholic drinks excluded.

Visited in late May. A/c went out 2 ND day. They didn't offer to move us. Fixed 1.1/2 days later. Breakfast limited selection. Location I good. Rooms are comfortable. We had balcony. Good are lots of eating placses.

Cannot say enough for this hotel. Very clean, staff courteous. There’s 24 hours free food and drinks available, although alcoholic drinks you have to pay for. Good complimentary buffet breakfast. Right smack in downtown where shops, big name stores and restaurants are. Would come back here!

Trendy. Clean. Friendly. Convenient. This is one of the very best out there. Breakfast is hearty and high quality. Cafeteria is simple yet tasty. You can have a lot of apples. The only recommendation would be the eco-friendly towels thing. Great work from everyone in the staff: Armando, Roxana, etc.

Best hotel in centro! Awesome staff and amenities! Book it if you can because they get booked very quickly. I have stayed at this hotel 4 times now and I will be back again soon.

Very convenient to the Cathedral, the Temple Mayor, shopping and the pedestrian walkway, great restaurants and much more. Friendly and helpful staff. Good basic free breakfast, free bottled water and always apples in lobby to eat. Room is a little small but adequate for 3 people. Good TV with English channels available. They even have their own taxi to the airport at a decent price. We were very happy with this selection.

Only the best hotel in the historic center!

We were delighted with this beautiful hotel in a great location. We had a comfortable, large room at the front of the hotel with a nice view. There were numerous lovely amenities in the room, a good shower, fluffy towels, cozy lighting. The staff in the hotel were outstanding. We had a problem with an item lost in a taxi, and they were able to track it down and get it back to us! Amazing! Always friendly and helpful. Snacks are free for guests, too, a big plus, and a generous complimentary breakfast. We will definitely stay here again!

This in a wonderful boutique Hotel from its atmosphere in its loby to the lounges in each one of its flats Q invite you to sit and relax.
The location is excellent for the central area many shops areas of interest and the Zocalo a few blocks away.
Its staff is the best of all you will feel a five star guest, at breakfast you will be attended by Eduardo, Arturo, Rodrigo and the eggs Dianita station. They'll make you feel like a king.
This hotel is excellent but its staff make it spectacular.

It was a great place. They give you all that you need. The only reason why I didn’t give it a 5 star is that the room was small and hard to move in. Another is the fact that there was no hot water for a shower. I’m not sure if it was because it was late, 3:00am. But if you’re not planning in staying too long in the hotel room then its a good place.

This beautiful hotel is very hospitable and friendly! While checking in, they were very resourceful in giving reccomendations for what places to see that are within walking distance from the hotel and were able to answer our tourist questions. Most of the staff speaks English which was also very helpful. This hotel is very close to the Palace of Fine Arts and many more amazing museums in the Historic Center of Mexico City.

It is a perfect place to stay. I had stayed at lots of hotels all over the world but this is a different kind hotel. Very nice, very romantic, I would like to be here with my girlfriend. Staff also very kind, nice and helpful. There is a cafe inside the hotel, open for 24h, everything is free except beer and wine. If I come again to Mexico City, I will stay here 100%

location super central … upon my arrival on the 15th of June at around 8pm the guys from the reception made me feel at home … the check in was in less than 5 mins very professional friendly and attentive, the facilities first-level clean room and very well decorated and distributed, JAVIER the agent of reception who work night very professional and a excellent deal and helped us in what we need many thanks … the breakfast is clean and very delicious! definitivamete back to this hotel.

Service is very good, nice clean room with very comfortable beds, the only complaint I have is that the shower leaks and the floor gets completely wet and you end up with a mess. The breakfast menu is ok, I was hoping for more selection and variety, but we enjoyed it, and we did really like the complementary drinks and snacks in the cafeteria, that was something very unexpected and we really enjoyed it!

Exactly in the downtown! This is an amazing hotel with perfect service. Coming in you see a different style from other hotels, old city style. Everyone is very nice and helpful. We have been in different hotels like Four Seasons and Hilton in other countries, but this one has its own spirit. Also it's perfectly clean and relaxing. I love it! You will enjoy this place.

Beautiful hotel. Great, knowledgeable staff. Hotel is close to all the beautiful historic neighborhoods, museums and cantinas in Mexico City and a cheap Uber ride from other destinations in the city. Amazing.

The hotel is centrally located, good service, clean and appeared new. The only problem I have so far is that the safe is not bolted to anything. When I asked about the security of the safe they stated that "no one would walk out with the safe. " Go figure!

I LOVE this hotel! The incredible wall of plants is a sight that never gets old. The employees are also very helpful and kind and the breakfast buffet is very good. Will definitely be visiting again.

Their coffee and preparation leave much to be desired. You can walk a few meters more to the seven and buy the same coffee for much less. The decoration and restoration that have done with the place is very good. The rooms are a little expensive.
