Great location for walking around Mexico City! Staff are very nice! Our room maid Maty was very kind and sweet! Rooms are clean. Breakfast options are definitely different than you are used to but there are hot and cold options included. If you want a peaceful night ask for a room away from the roof terrace.

Excellent and romantic place. Very clean, and central. Good and varied breakfast. Excellent service from your staff. Except for his manager who doesn't care about a guest running one more night. You'd rather have them change your hotel than offer you options for your stay.

Love this hotel. In the heart of the historical city center. Two blocks away from the national plaza. Inside of the hotel was rebuilt but utilized the historical outer wall. Very friendly staff. I booked a king room but as HH Gold, got upgraded to a 2 room suite RM 407, the corner room on the fifth floor if you count from outside. Room has fridge, microwave and safe.

1st class service through out the hotel. 5 stars to Edgar and Alex. This is the place to stay. Breakfast has a decent variety and they help you with tour organization. Close to important spots. Got to stay here again.

Very nice quaint place to stay if you're there for a few days. It has two restaurants on either side of the hotel and they serve breakfast in the morning and they have televisions and free water bottled water and coffee in the room if you want it or make it. The rate is very reasonable and the beds were comfortable. The only thing I noticed was missing were ceiling fans. So if you have to have a fan blowing on you when you're trying to sleep or just standing around you might want to think about bringing a small one with you. We were able to get the room cool enough where we could sleep comfortably without it. I'm assuming because this hotel is in the historical district that that's why they didn't have ceiling fans. I also noticed they were missing in the restaurants.

Located in Centro Historico in an accessible location. Clean rooms. Great service. Breakfast with fresh fruit served every morning. Bottled water always available. Great choice.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Short walk to the Cathedral, Templo Mayor, Palace, and a few other beautiful historic buildings. Breakfast is good, fresh fruit, local and regular coffee, different items every day, breads, juice. Staff is wonderful and friendly. Rooms are perfectly clean. Comfy beds. I booked a suite, as I really wanted windows. Some rooms do not look out, but have interior windows. I could not give a 5 simply because it is so noisy all the time. Outside noises mostly, but also I think there is some remodel going on as during the day there is hammering, but overall it is an awesome hotel, in an awesome city!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. 5 stars if the family Suite overlooking the street had been better soundproofing.

I honestly didn't like it. Looks are old. In the breakfast area, adjacent to the reception, there are the bins for the differentiated. Tables not laid. We were a group of 8 people, 4 rooms. In each of these rooms there was a window with, instead of glass, a mirror and no handle to open it. It's close to the center, but I think you can get better.

Very good service, Omsheila we receive with warmth, equal the service of breakfast, rich and with quality, good services of all maids, reception, Bell Boy. On the terrace I suggest more attention, looks sloppy, the room very well.

Absolutely good enough! Rooms have enough space to store your belongings, safe in the room and free Wi-Fi. Breakfast is quiet simple, but some variety. Scrambled eggs, sometimes ham or sausage. Cereals, yogurt, fruits. Coffee could be hotter… But the location is the best of it. Just a few minutes walk to the Zócalo and the historic center.

The hotel is within walking distance of several popular tourist spots. The rooms are clean as well as the rest of the hotel. There is a seafood restaurant with bar at the entrance. Continental breakfast wasn't stellar bit more than good enough. Cereal, bagels, waffles, o. J. And other fruit juices are on offer. As are scrambled eggs. Pretty standard fare.

Just wanted to leave a review for arguably the best hotel experience I’ve ever had (one on of my best trips too) -Food: Massive selection and amazing quality. Really captures Mexico City’s great food scene right in the lobby. I didn’t know that I could drink straight black coffee. It was life changing. -Building: Impeccable. Stunning tiled floors, back staircase, stained glass ceiling. Room is nice enough, sheets very comfortable. Minimal noise in one of the busiest cities in the world. -Location: Also perfect. Nice busy street so we felt safe walking even after 11 PM. Two blocks south of Zocalo. Tons of shops/bakeries/architecture even within a 2 minute walk of hotel. -Price: Under 100$? For that location and service? Unreal. -Service: Most important. The front desk staff were attentive and treated us personally directly from arrival. Our room stewardess did things that were truly above and beyond (folding clothes, putting drinks on ice, etc). Front desk staff always was positive and welcomed us back with warmth. In particular, had an excellent conversation with a member of front desk staff about the city and plans for final day, and was printed personal directions, and gave further advice. Wonderful overall. We will be back!

Hotel of the Hilton group, does not disappoint expectations. Check in fast and efficient. Attentive service. Comfortable room with the bed and the pillows really comfy. Spacious and functional bathroom. Excellent cleanliness. Good breakfast too, but the space there is not overlooking. All in all a very good hotel and located very well in the old town of Mexico City.

Pesimo Service, the night we stayed there was no water, and far from providing facilities to bothered when we asked them to give us help or a solution, in a bad way they gave me a bucket and they told me how I can!

Very badly, on Thursday 22 were hosted 3 people of the company, and the hotel does not have water, they provided 3 tubs of water for bathing, that yes the payment for. "Hotel Service" was covered in full in advance. I ask you to consider the reimbursement of the. Amount we pay.

It was a pleasant stay as the rooms were clean and spacious for rest was perfect. It has the center of the capital around so for food you don't suffer. It also has two restaurants on the bottom that you can serve food very easily. Overall very good, highly recommended.

Excellent location a couple of blocks from the Zócalo, old building of beautiful architecture, functional and spacious and comfortable rooms. To highlight the beds and pillows which personally are my favorites in terms of hotels, Wi-Fi service throughout the hotel with excellent signal and coverage. Breakfast included and the attention of the staff of housekeeper of excellence. I'll definitely be back.

This is one of the best hotels I've been to, the people who greet you make it as if you were at home. And they don't take anything when you ask for room service. But the most comfortable is its terrace, you can have a few drinks very comfortable without anyone bother or anything. I highly recommend…

El hotel está bien bonito. Los cuartos limpios. Baños grandes. Buen servicio. Pamela y los empleados fueron una maravilla. Lo único que no me gusto de que me cobraron de más en mi tarjeta. Pero, rápidamente me dieron el crédito. Desafortunadamente se tarde unos días para llegar a mi cuenta. Como estuve viajando ese dinero me izo falta. Pero lo de más fue perfecto. Buen lugar para caminar, restaurantes.

Although rated 3 stars online, it feels closer to a 4 star hotel. Rooms are clean, quiet and plush. Staff is very attentive and helpful, and most spoke English (which seemed to be important since most of the guests were international). Located in an old beautiful, possibly historic building. As for most things in MX, it's hard to judge a place by the exterior (Google Street view). Also centrally located to sites, museums, food and shopping.

Very Poor house keeping staff and concierge. I can't believe that being part of Hilton family, language s a big issue with the staff. Front desk tries to help but not very professional.

Our family has stayed in a lot of hotels. A lot. And I can’t believe how great the staff was here. Everyone was so friendly. The rooftop terrace was a perfect spot for us to gather and relax at the end of the night.

We were staying two weeks ago and really our compliments for all the staff, Gisele at the reception always cheerful with a skin-flowering smile, polite, friendly, Martin who is at the service of the tourist, with a kindness and education impossible to Forget all, the breakfast girls, the maids, etc. ETC Hotel very well located in a super safe area and by hand of everything. Highly recommended and would definitely stay there again. Thank you for so much hospitality!

Great little gem in the historical center of Mexico city, with fantastic staff, great architecture, superb location, though dated linen and furniture. Don't forget to look up at the glass ceiling, or use the back stairs for that extra brush with the history. Fisher's restaurant has amazing, though somewhat oversalted seafood. Oysters and trebiche is a must :)

Love this hotel! Great location in the Centro Historico area, close to so many great restaurants and historical sites. The hotel is in a beautiful building, though the rooms facing the street can be noisy. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The location is great, one block south of the Zocalo. But it's pretty dated and the rooms are really tiny. Not Japan tiny, but not the typical Hampton you are accustomed to. I guess thats what you get being downtown. The staff was very helpful and polite. I would go back since its so close to centro.

Really nice breakfast and starts as early as 6, life saver. Good location. Housekeeping left a half bottle of water behind the tv, ehhh.

Great hotel and very well located. This hotel is in the historical center of Mexico City and it's just 5 minutes walk to th Zocalo area. The hotel is very clean, neat and the rooms are very comfortable. The staff is very helpful and kind and willing to help. The concierge service is fantastic and great for arranging tours and activities in Mexico city. I specially want to congratulate Edgar from the concierge service because he was superb in arranging and helping my family on our tours and visits in Mexico city. I would definetely come back to this hotel.

A very nice hotel. Has a very historic feel but everything still manages to seem modern — nothing is worn out like one might expect from an old hotel. Beautiful lobby area. Also, the hotel is in a great location for tourism.

Very clean and very nice.

The rooms are fine. There are several HBO channels available. The breakfast was not very nice. I guess it's better if you arrive earlier in the morning, but they should treat all guests alike. We went to the restaurant by the entrance of the hotel and paid for food instead. It's recommended. The prices are low and the food is very tasty. All in all this hotel is very true to the concept of mid-range US hotels. I would stay here again as it's very central to historic town.

I really liked this place. The roof is a great late night place to hang out. The free breakfast is good with a lot of fruit. It's close to everything in the historic district. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

5 stars for service. The staff was amazing. 3 stars for noise. Room was nice, but room faced the street and the noise went on all night long. Sleep was frequently interrupted. Maybe a room away from the street would have been better. Breakfast was great. Staff was so accommodating it almost makes up for the noise.

Beautiful hotel in the historic centre of the CDMX. Highly recommended for its service and facilities. The restaurant is fabulous, especially for the high quality of its bakery and confectionery.

Hotel is comfortable, I wish that the breakfast had more options and it can get crowded. I had issues with the water supply, but I'm unsure if that is a constant problem in the hotel or if it was an isolated event. The benefit is that is well located with lots of things to do around during the day. The con is that the building and rooms seem old and at night the neighborhood gets completely alone.

It has comfortable rooms just a couple of blocks from the socket of the cd, breakfast offering is a little low for my taste, but include all the guests.

The best of the hotel is the staff and the bed of the room… the first very attentive and friendly and the bed God, unlike any other, not I give 5 stars for that breakfast is their weak point, very weak.

Excellent hotel, location, service, comfort. Very close to the socket there you can take the metro and turibus, which is also very close to the metro Pino Suarez, are the shops of Liverpool, palacio del hierro, c&a also near fine arts and the house of the tiles and torre latino service: excellent, with great availability of the staff to attend to all the doubts of the host. Comfort: excellent, the room very spacious and comfortable and the bed linen very clean and super comfortable. Building: excellent building 6 floor beautiful both inside and outside, has a terrace. Breakfast buffet: excellent, very rich and very basics. In order to have nothing negative to say about this hotel I loved it. Complies with the standards of quality and service of the chain and its staff very friendly and with great warmth of service.

We stayed in 2 different rooms during our trip — a single queen and a king w/sofabed, both with inside views facing the atrium. Both rooms were very quiet, and we'd definitely recomnend either. The architecture of the building was amazing, and the location is fantastic — only 3 short blocks from the Cathedral, National Palace & Zocalo! The breakfast is served from 6-10am every morning, and had a great all-purpose selection. We tried both of the 2 restaurants onsite — Garabatos and Fisher's Seafood — and would recommend either. Definitely order some dessert pastries from Garabatos to take up to your room! The 5th floor terrace patio was a huge plus, with gorgeous gardens and some stellar views. The staff was fantastic and super helpful with any questions we had, especially in getting us a shuttle service to the airport (200 pesos). We'll definitely stay here again when we come back to Mexico City.

There is not hotel here. It is in the centro historico. Not in the center of Coyoacán.

Where to start… First off, the service by the staff was not up to par with the price. You get better service at a Best Western. The rooms where clean, but are a little on the small side. Considering its an old building it is to be expected. We were at that hotel for a wedding, and was filled with other guests, most of which got things stolen from their room. My wife got her iphone stolen when it was in the room charging and the maid did the room. Her mom got money stolen from inside her luggage. A friend got a perfume stolen from her luggage and another friend had her watch stolen from the room. All on the same day, all on the same floor and the hotel cannot be bothered about it. The will not be held responsible for ANYTHING! Not even a formal apology. I will not ever stay at that hotel again. Be careful if you do! The safety deposit box will not fit all of your things! Para aquellos que hablan español nada mas cuidense de las mucamas, se roban de todo, nos paso a un grupo grande, desde un iphone, dinero, perfume, reloj, etc. Y el hotel dice que nunca le ha pasado, y les vale un cacahuate cuantas veces les marques, te dejan en espera, te dicen que no esta el gerente, te pasan con el guardia de seguridad que esta en la puerta… es un verdadero chiste. No me quedare ahi jamas y no lo recomiendo en lo mas mínimo!

We always stay at Hampton Inn here in the states and the experience we had at the Hampton inn in Mexico City was just as pleasant. We felt right at home. With Beautiful decor and amazing staff. You walk out the front entrance and you get the wonderful aroma from the bakery across the street. We will be back.

Got a room with 2 double bed and a living room with sofa and TV. Very central location. Good value for money. The fish restaurant at level 1 is fantastic! Order dish delivered to our room. The fish was covered with zinc and still hot. The soup was kept in a flask and was steaming hot.

Excellent hotel, very well located, provides everything necessary for a pleasant stay and safe in Mexico city. Special gratitude to all the staff who always showed kind attention to my mother and to me. I highly recommend it.

This is a fantastic Hampton Inn. The hotel itself is gorgeous from the inside and out; all historical detail is preserved, yet the rooms are modern and what you would expect from any new Hampton Inn. There is also a very nice rooftop terrace that seems to get seldom used, so it was nice and quiet. Breakfast served here is better than any other Hampton I've stayed at in the US or Canada; (I don't know if this specific to this location, or to the brand in Mexico), and of course it's included. The staff here are very helpful, polite, and have a sense of humour (and all are fluent in English). The Zocalo is only two blocks north.

I really liked the service and staff at this hotel. Very helpful organising tours and getting around in general.
