A safe and friendly hotel with nice coffee in the reception. The staff are helpful and speak very good English. The gym is a little crazy as its in full view of everyone but the equipment works well and its nice to be in such a hotel in Mexico city. The breakfast has a large choice and the dinner was good too.

I liked a lot being at this hotel. The service was really great while I was there for a professional event. The building which I visited is nice and is on Insurgentes Avenue, the longest avenue in Mexico City and one of the most important of it, where you can fin lots of restaurants, night clubs, boutiques, stores, etc.

Cool hotel. Nice standards. Not a very cheap one, its a little extensive but nice. The bathrooms without bathtub, I would preferred one…

Everything is fine… But the air conditioner is viejisimo and sounds awful. All night when he turned on, he woke us up. This chain would be expected to be modernized.

Very spacious hotel with an excellent location and a very good restaurant. Only downside is that it's a bit pricey, but you'll be in one of the most connected areas of Mexico City.

I run a small design studio in Canada and we frequently work in Mexico City. Over the years, my staff often stays at Fiesta Inn hotels as the chain has modern, clean, well-located properties at reasonable prices. On my team's most recent stay on February 8 my cameraman asked the staff in the lobby to look after three cases of photographic and lighting equipment while he went to the front desk to get change for tips. Returning seconds after, two of three cases had been stolen. We have CCTV footage showing the theft taking place in the hotel's property, — it is unclear if the thief acted in collusion with hotel staff. We have the police report, all documentation of the stolen gear and many emails with courteous manager Adriana Gómez, who assured us that their insurance would help us. It has been three weeks since we last heard from them after repeated emails, so we fear the worst. My recommendation is to stay at this hotel during a holiday if you are not bringing anything valuable, — as a business hotel it fails to guarantee the most basic of needs: protection from thieves.

Quiet place, to go with the family, you can also spend a pleasant time, to distract you on a Saturday or Sunday. More people come to this place on weekends. It is very nice, clean, the people are very respectful plus you're going to spend a nice time.

Super attentive… and the cafeteria at the entrance of the main lobby the lady who caters very professional and friendly. There are coffee tables or something light without having to enter the restaurant.

The hotel has a very convenient location, very central. The service is good, nothing outside of what one can expect in a hotel of that category. The food in your dining room are tasty and have very good variety and excellent service.

The service was very good, the problem was the times for check in, the elevators system was very bad and there was not even stairs I mean a priblema, but the rooms are nice and the people who serve you were very friendly and understandable.

Great hotel, staff was very helpful! Unfortunately my rooms phone didn’t work and I tried lots of times to call room service to order food and the food was ok. They need to be more cautious with those situations since they will loose money that way, other than that, great hotel for the price!

The elevator is Awesome. Well actually the whole building is very impressive as from it you can see almost the whole City. In the case of the elevator, it is of the few buildings that have it transparent and in which you can go watching the city while you climb.

Regular beds, pillows are too high for my comfort. We did not get our room clean one day of our four night stance. Personnel are very kind and helpful. Rooms are big, modern and clean.

Fiesta Inn insurgentes and viaduct has a great location. You're steps away from the Countess with access to main roads. The hotel is comfortable, quiet. The rooms are large and functional. LoLrecomiendo widely.

The hotel is very well. But prices are announced with the more economic and when tea charge say that does not cost the same. And they charge you other prices. Argumentandoque the day that the price that fights appeared in promotion. But only that. The other not. So if stay 3 days only the first is promotional price. Others for tea story.

Beautiful modern clean and well staffed. Rooms very contemporary and bright. Beds very comfortable and for my part, excellent firm pillows. The breakfast buffet is outstanding and the service in the restaurant is exemplary.

A hotel with excellent service and facilities, only that is located in a not so commercial part if compared to the historic centre. In spite of that I have had a pleasant experience because in its surroundings you can find food's what you least imagine. Buffet service has a wide variety of food with an excellent flavor and a spacious gym. If what you want is a business visit, I recommend this hotel, only that if take you a little time get transportation if you only go to the street to ask.

The vallet parking service is not the best, but the attention and security inside is good. I went to a business appointment with a company that is located there.

Hotel Downtown but need to improve the service of the restaurant, the rooms are very comfortable and hygienic. The staff is very friendly.

Building designed by Picciotto architects, which is located at the corner of Nuevo León, insurgents and viaduct, good service but abysmal food, and is used in the evenings for "extracurricular" services.

I stayed at Fiesta Inn Viaducto this weekend (Friday 9th of October 2015) just for one night after a long flight from London to Mexico City. I hung my trench coat which I bought in London ($6, 000MXN) in the closet and it disappeared. They practically told me that I was lying about this theft because in the security videos it didn't appear anything. Obviously they didn't want to show me the videos (seriously? ). The General Manager told me that because I didn't keep the tickets (come on? No one keeps clothing tickets when flying) they were not going to reimburse my money, after I called her to follow up the case three days after the incident (her name is Adriana, they told me they were going to write me an email with some news but nothing, I had to call again). She hung up the phone when I was talking to her after I asked her for her last name to report the very bad service. Awful experience, horrible and it is amazing that they prefer to protect the maid who will keep stealing things than to protect an excellent client. Never stay in this place! My room was the 730 and the name of the maid Isabel.

Be careful what you offer. Offered "breakfast included" and they only wanted to accept one despite the fact that we had registered with 3 in the room. The staff with bad attitude, hard to talk with them. Outside of that, the hotel is with very good facilities, good breakfast (although they charge).

Terrible food, the most disgusting thing I have ever seen! In the service of buffet food sale with hair and the grill Cook who was attending had a lot of garbage near the food. Despicable is a service so expensive and so dirty. Only God knows the dirty kitchen will have and as it will be the chef also dirty and irresponsible.
