El hotel es genial, las habitaciones son muy grandes, la limpieza es impecable, el personal es muy atento y la comida deliciosa.

Excellent place comfortable rooms and beautiful view, close to Santa Fe shopping center and with valet parking as well as Restaurant ViP on the ninth floor with nice panoramic view I highly recommend.

Breakfast is good. There's No pool. It's comfortable like all the Sheraton. It is very far from the center and the airport MEX.

One of the first hotels in the zone, its old fashioned from outside, but still amazing drom inside, food its really good, I attend to an event and the saloon its perfect, it has been renewed to still look like new! Its not so expensive as other hotels more new on the zone but still being a perfect option. Its well located near to lot of activities shopping centers and restaurants just by walking 3 mins from it.

A very nice hotel located in a business area. Considered to be the most modern in Mexico City. It has a kitchenette and all the services of a great tourism hotel. Their beds and pillows are delicious. Room service is superb. It is close to very good restaurants and a great shopping center "Santa Fe" that has all the services including entertainment as cinema.

One of the first hotels in Santafé, its now a little bit old, but still a good option, in the center of santafe downtown. Its clean but old fashioned. Still be an important buisness place, nice restaurants like "Bajio" are nere the hotel, Bajio its mexican food, with amazing quality! The fare rate its good, really good! So go for it!

Traffic awful to arrive or leave the area, valet parking is good but expensive for who goes only to a work event.

Very poor service in terms of associated companies. I thought well no that I would charge my card for things that should cover the company with which I came to interview.

I am in an event and is incredible that in 2016, Wi-Fi is not free in this hotel. I have been in other hotels and Wi-Fi is free.

I went to this hotel with my family, and I enjoyed it. I wanted everybody law that is a reliable place and to and I have to say it's a plus with what these guys have to offer. If you visit the area and you want a mean is everything, you expect in a Mexican hotel I recommend it.
