Tranquility, peace, and a very good attention from the hotel.

I just checked into the hotel and the
Staff who are currently in charge gave us a reluctant, somewhat rude and rude service!
It hurts because the hotel is wonderful!

Good hotel for business or leisure trips. The buffet breakfast has from fruit to chilaquiles and pancakes and the taste of the food is quite good. Super attentive staff even opened my bottle of wine despite not having corkscrew. The air conditioner in the room works pretty well. The only detail was that they were in remodeling and I was not notified before and that the front building is also under construction and you hear noise though nothing of much importance. I also wish the bathroom had an extractor or that the Windows could open up. From there on it all well, the Wi-Fi works excellent.

As always every City Express is a guarantee of comfort and good service However the remodeling of this branch affects a little the experience, however it is not serious and it is safe to normalize everything when they finish fixing the mezzanine level.

Rooms are small and not confortable. The elevators were not running and they did a mess with my bill. Excelent location. But everything else was bad.

I stay with a bad taste of the mouth of this hotel since the receptionist Leticia gave us a pesimo service, the dirty sheets asked to be changed and the housekeeper angry throwing everything. It will be the first and last time I go to that hotel.

The Hotel is located in a privileged area where you can access all the city offers and for sure. The staff at the place is very attentive however I left a bad taste in my mouth when paying a high tax cost, more than 10% of what was estimated according to the application where I booked. I did not want to fight for it but should be clearer with prices both the hotel and the application with which you buy.

The attention should improve a bit of some of some employees has been a good hotel but for the attention and friendliness of some employees you may take a bad picture clear there is cleanliness and good facilities and in a good located location it would be great to improve a PO Co and it would be almost perfect stay here.

The rudeness and incompetence in customer service that Liliana Rodríguez gave us just 20min, is a medal. City Express, where do they get their workers?

The maid on Sunday knocked on the door like a desperate room for 8am, to ask if everything was okay? And he did that with every room on the floor. (I understand it's your job but maybe at 10am it would be better). Breakfast looked like school breakfast, egg box, chips with salsa simulating chilaquiles, the truth is that quite precarious but included with your reservation.

Bad service experience and also do not even leave a bottle of pure water, we paid room for 3 people and only left 2 ("by company policy refers to the receptionist") and that they put small 330ml. Even with the pure water they are Avars!

Only 1 out of 3 Ethernet ports worked in the Business Center. They charge for coffee outside of breakfast hours. Wi-Fi speed and connection is unstable. Completely unlike other City Express Hotels.
